Modern realities in the era of Industry 4.0 and the global Covid-19 pandemic place new challenges to education. It is a fact that classical learning, supported by modern information and communication technologies, provides an effective learning process, but the Covid-19 realities require a rapid transition to distance absentee learning. The use of computer-based training systems and cloud platforms has its advantages, but also problems related to the low level of personalization of the learning process and the adaptability of the learning content to the specific characteristics of each student. Cyber-physical and social systems (CPSS) largely solve the problems associated with integrating processes and interactions in the virtual world with the dynamically changing conditions of the physical world in which learning occurs. This gives grounds to draw the attention of specialists to the creation of CPSS educational platforms for secondary school. Following this approach, we created a prototype of ь CPSS educational space called BLISS. The results of the test application of this platform in the school environment give us reason to believe that if we put the learner with his/her peculiarities, goals, and interests at the center of such a system, and present him/her in the virtual space through his / her personal assistant, we could significantly increase the interactivity of the learning process and the adaptability of the offered learning content.

Palavras-chave: Ciberespaço; Ensino Médio; Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação.ABSTRACTThis article deals with the process of teaching and learning in cyberspace based on advances in information and communication technologies (ICTs) that have been changing the way students learn. From the 1990s onwards, several international agreements were signed with the objective of universalizing education. Such action was strengthened at the World Education Forum in Dakar, Senegal in 2000, where 164 countries, including Brazil, signed a commitment to provide Education for all - EPT. To make this possible, it was established as one of the commitments to raise new information and communication technologies to support the effort to reach the EPT goals. Since then, numerous actions have been developed for the insertion of Information and Communication Technologies - ICT's in Education. However, this is not only a reality in Education, as nowadays we are immersed in new technologies, making us have new ways of interacting, communicating and learning. In this context, there has also been an expansion of cell phone use by the population for various purposes. Thus, bringing this instrument as an ally in the teaching-learning process becomes of great value. Thus, a literature review research was carried out, observing the use of cell phones from two perspectives: in general use by the Brazilian population and from the perspective of legislation, in order to contextualize the use of cell phones as an educational resource in contemporary times. At the end, as a result of this article, three studies are presented that demonstrate the use of cell phone applications in the school environment and finally expose four applications for the use of cell phones as an educational resource for continuing education and in the teaching-learning process.

Complex processes are taking place in Ukraine, which contribute to the active transformation of our society into an information one. During the rapid transition of society to distance work, which was caused by the worldwide quarantine, the insufficient level of university popularization in the qualitatively new conditions of virtual space became obvious. The study analyzes the virtual representation of universities during the rapid development of information and communication technologies and the active implementation of distance learning. It is proved that large public universities have significant information potential. When effectively used, this potential can give a fundamental advantage over competitors, form a long-term public effect and consolidate the leadership position in certain areas of the university and provide an opportunity to develop anti-crisis technologies.

Internet of Things is a new world for connecting object space in the real world with virtual space in a computer environment. To build IoT as an effective service platform, end users need to trust the system. With the growing quantity of information and communication technologies, the need to ensure information security and improve data security is increasing. One of the potential solutions for this are steganographic methods. Steganography based on the least significant bit (LSB) is a popular and widely used method in the spatial domain.

Education is a process that simplifies learning. It should be a continuous process in one’s life to attain success. Over the decades, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have gradually begun to play a very important role in education, with their usage in education is growing worldwide continuously. These methods allow access to information through the internet. In education, ICT is the method of teaching that uses information and communication technology to support, improve and optimize the transfer of information, in turn leading to the invention of smart education. This improves the quality of teaching, the learning process of students and ultimately facilitates e-learning. It is commonly believed that technology can empower educators and students, making substantial contributions to knowledge and achievement. This paper gives an insight into the various tools that help instructors to develop online course content using Learning Management System tools. These tools allow the instructors to conduct online classes from any location using tutor tools and desktop recording tools to record screen output for further use. The instructor can assess the students in their course using assessment tools and can also enhance teaching methods using innovative teaching tools. The paper also throws limelight on the feedback taken by the faculty as well as the students about the usage of various tools in higher education which helps in analyzing the best suitable tools.

The realities of our world are imperatively legitimated by the complex relationship between media, technology, and society. Whether we deal with old or new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), the content of the message delivered by the media assumes a fundamental role. The adherence of a large number of individuals to a common idea facilitates the formation of media-enabled personalities and communities within the virtual space. The emergence of Web 2.0 solves the tension from the ‘90s, when the public opinion decomposed into an amalgam of informal opinions of private individuals not entirely convinced by the formal ones, issued by publicistically effective but one-way communication media. While today the Internet provides the most inclusive forum of public deliberation, where communication is negotiated between cyber-women and cyber-men with equal rights, healed of the social diseases of the outer world, an important gap in our knowledge is whether Web 2.0 reflects our existing reality or whether it constructs a new environment, one that is devoid of the old biases. I would like to fill this gap in information, by exploring whether virtual communities represent a continuation, by technical means, of the pre-existing, face-to-face, geographic, stereotyped interactions, or whether they enabled the establishment of substantially different structures with their own intrinsic features and dynamics, where women have access to and control information.
