Pulsation Simulation and Energy Consumption Analysis of Series Pump Valve Cooperative Control Hydraulic System

In order to reduce the pulsation and the energy consumption of the hydraulic system, the series pump and valve cooperative control hydraulic system is designed, and the pulsation simulation and energy consumption analysis of it is carried out. Firstly, the working principle of series pump valve co control system is studied. Secondly, the mathematical model of series pump valve cooperation control system is established. And then the Controller of series pump valve cooperation control system is designed. Finally, the simulation analysis of the proposed hydraulic system is carried out, and results show that the proposed system has high stability and low energy consumption.

AbstractThis article first introduces the current research status of space optical communication, and gives a brief overview of the development and application prospects of space optical communication, explaining its important research significance. Then, the working principle of ATP in space optical communication system is studied, the mathematical model of ATP control system is established according to the actual needs, and the ATP control system design of space optical communication is designed. By selecting appropriate motors and gyroscopes as the actuators and detection elements of the system, substituting the actual parameters for simulation analysis, and correcting and verifying the results, some useful results are obtained. The simulation results show the rationality and effectiveness of the ATP design scheme.

In stamping production the traditional manual feeding and pick-up manner can lead to potential safety problem. The automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device can ensure the production safety and ease workers’ labor intensity. A kind of automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device and its control system are designed. The configuration, function and working principle of the mechanism were described. Hydraulic system was taken as power supply. Siemens S7-200 was adapted as the center of control system, Hall-effect switch sensor CS1020 was used to detect the position of components. Control theory was studied and programmed. The device described in this paper can realize stamping automatic. Adjusting the position and number of sensors can realize the feeding and pick-up automation of all kind of workpiece, make the system has flexibility and suit the change of production.

This paper introduces the working principle of the ultrahigh pressure sterilization equipment, the hydraulic system of hydraulic cylinder promoting the plug moving is analyzed by simulation, and then the hydraulic system added synchronous motor is analyzed by simulation, which found that the latter hydraulic system has higher synchrony measure , and it can improve the working performance of the original equipment, and it has certain reference significance to the improvement of the hydraulic system of the equipment.

The working principle of wet clutch was analyzed and the mathematical model was established for torque deliver. Experimental verification and simulation analysis was carried out for the clutch model in the situation of constant pressure engaging process. An efficiency examination of wet clutch implemented on the test rig and provided theory evidence for pressure precisely control.

In the combined transportation of multiple girder transport vehicles, the lifting of multiple hydraulic cylinders must ensure a certain synchronization accuracy, otherwise the bridge structure will be damaged, and even serious construction accidents will occur. The synchronous lifting of a large prefabricated bridge is studied. According to the requirements of synchronous lifting of the bridge, the appropriate control strategy is selected and the hydraulic system of synchronous lifting device is designed. The mathematical model of the synchronous lifting hydraulic system is established, and the fuzzy PID controller is applied. The simulation of the fuzzy adaptive PID control system for the synchronous lifting device is carried out by using MATLAB simulation software, and the simulation results indicate that the rationality of the control system is verified. The experimental results show that the control of the system is convenient and the synchronization accuracy is high, which can provide a reference for the synchronous lifting control.
