Abstract Compensation programs need to be aligned with organizational policies and objectives. This article is a literature review on employee compensation programs in support of organizational policies and goals. Organizations can use a combination of fixed-variable compensation, direct-indirect compensation according to organizational goals. Fixed compensation is more appropriate for routine work, whereas variable compensation is more appropriate for behavioral incentives and performance-based management. The amount of direct compensation will provide autonomy for employees in spending their family needs, however, it does not guarantee employees to allocate it, such as for: education and training costs, sports, health insurance, old age insurance, recreation. These costs are more suitable for indirect compensation. Organizations can consider the amount of compensation both in planning, evaluation through several factors, namely internal employees, organizational environment, and external environment.   Keyword: planning program, compensation, fixed-variable compensation, and organization.

Besides that, to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on visiting interest.                This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 20.0 for Window program, using a questionnaire with a sample of 91 (ninety one) from a population of 910 (nine hundred and ten) visitors to Ladaya. The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth (X1) and destination image (X2) had a simultaneous and partial effect on visiting interest (Y). From the t test, it can be seen that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has a greater t-count coefficient than the destination image (4.631>3.881). Thus, it can be concluded that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has the most dominant influence on interest in visiting Ladaya Kutai Kartanegara.   Keywords: Electronic Word Of Mouth, Destination Image, Visiting Interest

Abstract:                  The purpose of this study was to compare the valuation of HVS paper inventories with the First In First Out (FIFO) method and the Average method in the Muara Kaman photocopy business in Tenggarong. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis. The method of descriptive analysis is to describe the nature of something that has been going on at the time the research is being conducted and examines the causes of certain symptoms. Furthermore, this analysis uses the FIFO and Average methods in inventory valuation.                The results of calculations using the average method produce cost of goods sold which is greater than the First In First Out (FIFO) method. On the other hand, the calculation using the First In First Out (FIFO) method will result in a higher ending inventory value than the average method. So if you want to report the value of current assets (especially inventory) is greater then you can use the FIFO method.   Keywords: Inventory Valuation, FIFO, Average
