Dynamic loads calculation method in the manual vibration roller drive electric and mechanical systems is proposed. The technique takes into account the electromagnetic processes in the engine, elastic components fluidity, mass fluctuations, and damping in the elastic links.Transient process calculations results in electric and mechanical systems are presented.

Recently, electric vehicles are becoming widespread throughout the world, so the research is relevant. The results of performedresearches of dynamics electric car on the basis of ZAZ-1102 are presented. The calculation method of dynamic loadsin electric and mechanical systems of electric cars is developed. The technique considers the electromagnetic processes in theengine, the elasticity of the elastic parts, the oscillatory processes, and damping in the elastic links. On the basis of the developedmathematical model and using the mathematical software apparatus MathCAD, calculations of transients in the electricand mechanical systems have been obtained, based on the obtained results of the research, the constructed graphs.The obtained results of the study of the electric motor drive mechanism can be used for designing, calculating and determiningthe dynamic loads of electric cars and their hybrids.

This paper introduces a new failure mode pattern of soil slope – the logarithmic spiral slippery fracture. A mathematical model for the logarithmic spiral slippery fracture is established, taking the anti-shear function of the soil-nailing into consideration. The shear of soil-nailing, axial force, and the safety coefficients based on the limiting equilibrium method are derived, leading to an accurate stability analysis of the strengthening of soil slope. A case study shows that the anti-shear function of the soil-nailing can be significant and should not be ignored in engineering design.

In this paper are presented some aspects of transmissibility control of mechanical systems with 1 DOF so that the effects of vibration on their action to be minimized. Some technical solutions that can be used for this purpose is analyzed. Starting from the mathematical model of an electro-mechanical system with 1 DOF, are identified the parameters which influence the effectiveness of the transmissibility control system using an electrodynamic actuator who work in "closed loop".

The analytical mobility method for dynamically loaded journal bearings was presented, with the intent to include it in a general computational program, such as the dynamic analysis program, that has been developed for the dynamic analysis of general mechanical systems. An illustrative example and numerical results were presented, with the efficiency of the method being discussed in the process of their presentation.

To investigate the accuracy of modeling DC motor, the platform for measurement and calculation dynamic parameters is built by the Hardware-In-the-Loop(HIL) method based on dSPACE system. The running state of DC motor has to be changed with adjustment of PWM duty-cycle using ControlDesk software. Having got measurement and calculation parameters value of DC motor, we compare the test results with simulation value using the model of DC motor with cascade control in Matlab/Simulink software according to the classical mathematical model. It confirms the established model of DC motor accurately and reliability using new parameters, which provides the basis of more complex control algorithms and also indicates that the feasibility and generalization application value of measurement and calculation method for DC motor.

This article presents a mathematical model and geometric design algorithm for a new type of roller drive. The pinion has conical teeth in two circular arrays instead of one. This work is based on coordinate transformation and envelope theory, from which the equation of meshing of the cycloid drive is derived. The pinion profiles are the equidistant curves of the epicycloid profiles except the contour of the pinion conical tooth holes. Although there are twice as many pinion teeth as conventional rollers, their speed ratios are identical. This approach can design roller drives in which the pinion has two circular arrays of conical and cylindrical rollers. On the basis of these results, the corresponding solid modelling is constructed by CAD. Four examples are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of this approach. These examples can be a useful reference as a design case for other tooth profiles.

This paper presents examples of hysteresis from a broad range of scientific disciplines and demonstrates a variety of forms including clockwise, counterclockwise, butterfly, pinched and kiss-and-go, respectively. These examples include mechanical systems made up of springs and dampers which have been the main components of muscle models for nearly one hundred years. For the first time, as far as the authors are aware, hysteresis is demonstrated in single fibre muscle when subjected to both lengthening and shortening periodic contractions. The hysteresis observed in the experiments is of two forms. Without any relaxation at the end of lengthening or shortening, the hysteresis loop is a convex clockwise loop, whereas a concave clockwise hysteresis loop (labeled as kiss-and-go) is formed when the muscle is relaxed at the end of lengthening and shortening. This paper also presents a mathematical model which reproduces the hysteresis curves in the same form as the experimental data.

Urgency of the research. Computer models mean new quality in the knowledge process. Using a computer model, the properties of the subject under investigation can be tested under different operating conditions. By experimenting with a com-puter model, we learn about the modelled object. We can test different machine variants without having to produce and edit prototypes. Target setting. The development of computer technology has expanded the possibility of solving mathematical models and allowed to gradually automate the calculation of mathematical model equations. It is necessary to insert appropriate inputs of the mathematical model and monitor and evaluate the output results through the computer output device The target was to describe the mathematical apparatus required for mathematical modeling and subsequently to compile a model for computer modeling. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. When formulating a mathematical model for a computer, the laws and the theory we use are always valid under more or less idealized conditions, and operate with fictitious concepts such as, material point, ideal gas, intangible spring, and the like. However, with these simplifications, we describe a realistic phenomenon where the initial assumptions are only met to a certain extent. In order for the results not to be different from the modeled reality, it is to be assumed that a good computer model arises gradually, by verifying and modifying it, which is one of the advantages of MSC Adams. Conclusions. Working with a mathematical model on a computer opens space for specific synthesis of empirical and ana-lytical method of scientific knowledge. Working with the computer model carries the characteristic features of classical experi-mentation. It represents a qualitatively new way of solving tasks that can not be experimented with on a real object. The result is the equivalence of the computer model and the object being investigated with the features and expressions chosen as essen-tial, with accuracy sufficient to the exact purpose.
