In Hadroh art, there are so many values that are connected with education aspects like divinity (tauhid), worship, and characteristic. Characteristic values in school can be planted with integrated way in subject, and through extracurricular. At MI Ma’arif Girilyo 1 Imogiri Bantul, Hadroh extracuricullar is one of the subject that becomes one of vessel in Madrasah’s way to plant characterisctic values to students.According to the background above that problem’s formulation in this research is (1) how the Hadroh’s extracuricurral activity process in MI Ma’arif Giriloyo 1Imogiri Bantul, (2) any characteristic values that could be formed through Hadroh extracuricullar activity.This is a qualitative research, kind of field research that takes the place in MI Ma’arif Giriloyo 1 Imogiri Bantul. This research’s subject is Hadroh’s extracuricullarteacher and the students that followed the activity. The supporting informant are the Madrasah’s headmaster and its homeroom teacher. Data accumulation metode that was used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique that was used including data reduction, data presentation, and verification.This research’s result indicates that Hadroh extraculicullar in MI Ma’arif Giriloyo 1 Imogiri Bantul which is followed by 12 male students IV and V where the event’s sequences in every practice are opening, vocal material giving and tabuhan, sholawat reading (song making), and closing. Characteristic values that improved in Hadroh extracullicular are religious, dicipline, hard work, independence, curiosity, patriotism (nationalism), recognize excellence, and responsibility. This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

Pesantren is a live episode that combines various life skills, not least agriculture. Various activities of life in pesantren have encouraged the sense of ideology of Santri. Educational activities that essentially the learning process requires thinking as a strong foundation so that the implementation of education that becomes the duty of his duties performed with a solid and really can be accounted for. This research uses descriptive qualitative, research place at Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Ciwidey district of Bandung. The subject of this research is Santri in pesantren while the informant is the Kiai or Ustādh. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation. I am checking the validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the model of empowering students at Pesantren Al-Ittifaq that is by the establishment of Core Management Unit Agribusiness, - effective practice in the field, establishing the Agribusiness Incubator Center, cooperating with various institutions and institutions, forming Santri agribusiness groups.

Problem-solving is the important part of mathematics curriculum. Most of students still have difficulties and error in prombelm solving. This research aims to know problem-solving ability of students on counting operations of algebra form. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subject is students grade VII-F SMP N 1 Wonosari. The data collecting technique is a problem-solving test. The data analysis according to Miles and Huberman, which is data reduction, data presentation, and making the conclusion. The results of this research showing that: (1) 95.56% of students can understand the problem, 4.44% of students cannot understand the problem; (2) 18.33% of students can devising a plan, 81.67% cannot devising a plan; (3) 28.61% of students can carrying out the plan, 71.39% cannot carrying out the plan; (4) 45% can looking back the answer, 55% cannot looking back the answer.

This paper discusses about the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with students absorption skills. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This paper found that the Islamic religious education teacher at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol Kec. Sojol Kab. Donggala is successful in using learning strategies to increase thinking skills, because it can create fun learning and make students feel faster in understanding the subject matter of Islamic Religious Education. One aspect that affects the success of learning is the ability of the teacher to manage learning. The teacher delivering material learning with calm, not rushing in delivering material. So, the students can analyze the material. Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere in the classroom, making students not feel bored with the material

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

Exploration of Matthematical Symbol and Word Mastery on Mathematics Teacher. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to explore the mastery of symbols and mathematical words in teachers. The subjects in this study were five mathematics teachers ini Lambitu District, Bima. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. Observations were made to observe the mastery of symbols and mathematical words when the teacher carried out the learning process. Interviews were conducted to obtain data on the factors that influence the mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers. Data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and make conclusions. The results showed that the overall mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers were good. There are only a few mistakes or errors that teachers make in the use of symbols and mathematical words. These mistakes or errors are caused by misconceptions and inaccuracies.

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. This study aims to analyze students' difficulties in solving mathematical problems based on mathematical logic intelligence. The population of this research is the fourth-semester students of Mathematics Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun, totaling 52. While the subjects of this research are 3 students based on mathematical logic intelligence. The subject is taken by one student each from high, medium, and low mathematical logic intelligence. This research is descriptive qualitative research using the triangulation technique. Data collection techniques used are tests, interviews, and documentation. Instruments in the form of advanced mathematical material tests and tests of mathematical logic intelligence. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion in this study is that subjects who have high mathematical logic intelligence have no difficulty in working on problems, subjects of mathematical logic intelligence are having difficulty at the stage of re-examining their answers, and subjects of low mathematical logic intelligence have difficulty in solving problems properly and have not been able to re-examine the answers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika berdasarkan kecerdasan logika matematika. Populasi penelitian ini mahasiswa semester IV Pendidikan Matematika Universitas PGRI Madiun yang berjumlah 52. Sedangkan subjek penelitian ini adalah 3 mahasiswa berdasarkan kecerdasan logika matematika. Subjek tersebut diambil masing-masing satu mahasiswa dari kecerdasan logika matematika tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen berupa tes materi matematika lanjut dan tes kecerdasan logika matematika. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah subjek yang memiliki kecerdasan logika matematika tinggi tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengerjakan soal, subjek kecerdasan logika matematika sedang kesulitan pada tahap memeriksa kembali jawabannya dan subjek kecerdasan logika matematika rendah kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal dengan baik dan belum mampu memeriksa kembali jawabannya.

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

The source of power Dessy Siska in the election becomes Deputy I, leader of the Pagaralam DPRD (People's Representative Council) became the embodiment of affirmative action at the regional level legislative body. The purpose of this study is to find out what sources of power have driven Dessy Siska to win the first deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRD for the 2019-2024 period. In the 2019 election Pagaralam, there were 25 members of the Pagaralam City DPRD for the number of elected DPRD members, Dessy Siska gets the most votes in the 2019 election. The main factor that encourages Dessy Siska to become the deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRD, the source of normative, personal and expert power. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study, the data used were oral or written data obtained by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique was used at the data stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the data collection. The sources of power by Charles F. Andrain, there are five indicators of sources of power. Of the five indicators of the source of power, Dessy Siska uses normative sources of power in her position as the deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRDKeywords : Leaders, Power, Women
