Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah segi empat pada fase konkret, dan fase transisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskritptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 subjek yang diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase konkret yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambar bangun yang diceritakan soal, salah dalam menentukan rumus dan tidak menuliskan rencana penyelesaian, salah melakukan prosedur penyelesaian dan tidak menggunakan rumus secara semestinya, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase transisi yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambarkan bangun yang diceritakan dalam soal, salah dalam menuliskan rumus yang perlu digunakan, pada tahap melaksanakan rencana tidak terjadi kesalahan, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban.</p><p> </p><p>This study aims to describe the mistakes made by students in solving rectangular problems in the concrete phase and the transition phase. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using the test. Data analysis techniques using a model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification of data. Students often made mistakes. In the concrete phase, students making drawings that are told about problems.  Errors in determining formulas and not writing completion plans, error when doing completion procedures and not using formulas properly, and not re-checking answers. In the transition phase, students who are wrong in describing the shapes told in the problem. Errors in writing the formula that needs to be used, at the stage of carrying out the plan there is no error, and not re-checking the answers.</p>

Exploration of Matthematical Symbol and Word Mastery on Mathematics Teacher. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to explore the mastery of symbols and mathematical words in teachers. The subjects in this study were five mathematics teachers ini Lambitu District, Bima. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. Observations were made to observe the mastery of symbols and mathematical words when the teacher carried out the learning process. Interviews were conducted to obtain data on the factors that influence the mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers. Data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and make conclusions. The results showed that the overall mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers were good. There are only a few mistakes or errors that teachers make in the use of symbols and mathematical words. These mistakes or errors are caused by misconceptions and inaccuracies.

This study aims to discuss the creativity of teachers in teaching the Koran to students who have limited speech. It can be seen that students with speech impairment are students who have lives with special needs. Nothing else in the process of studying a religious science, namely learning the Koran, both in terms of reading and memorizing. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of this research data with several parts, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that the methods applied by the Tahfidz teacher in teaching the Koran to students with speech impairment had a good influence. Like the Yanbu’a method and the Talaqqi method.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran menulis puisi anak melalui pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 20. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannnya dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa puisi anak yang buat oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Asmaul Husna sudah sesuai dengan unsur intrinsik teori Nurgiantoro.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the design of learning to write poetry for children through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 20 subjects. The data collection methods were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the research data was tested by triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the children's poetry made by students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Asmaul Husna is in accordance with the intrinsic elements of Nurgiantoro's theory.

This study aims to describe the characteristics of the education budget decision making method in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The research was carried out for six months with the research subjects of the Chairperson of the Ibu Pawiyatan Council, the Head of the Taman Muda Section Mrs. Pawiyatan, the teachers at Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan, the treasurer, several staff involved in budgeting, the parents of students who were involved in finding funding sources, and a person who is always critical in making decisions and budgeting, both at the Ibu Pawiyatan Council level or at the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan section. The research data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research data were analyzed by using the data analysis technique version of Huberman and Miles which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the characteristics of the principal's education budget decision-making method were selective minority and seniority, as well as scientific authoritarian.

AbstractCommunity empowerment is an important thing to do because through empowerment,people's lives become better. Conceptual empowerment in essence discusses how individuals,groups or communities try to control their own lives and seek to shape the future accordingto their wishes. The purpose of this study was to find out how to empower youth groups inrealizing an independent village in Manding Daya village, Manding sub-district. The focus inthis research uses the Chabib Sholeh theory (2014: 81) which suggests three scopes ofcommunity empowerment activities, namely; a) Increasing Role in Each Activity, b)Increasing Efficiency and Effectiveness, c) Increasing Self Competence Automatically. Themethod in this study uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques usedwere observation at the research site, interviews with relevant informants anddocumentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion drawing/data verification. The results of the research that havebeen carried out include a) Increasing the Role in Each of these Activities in the YouthOrganization's empowerment program in the field of catfish cultivation is quite maximal. b)Increasing Efficiency and Effectiveness is a program carried out by Karang Taruna, one ofwhich is socialization of catfish farm waste managed by Karang Taruna which is disposed ofto TPS (Waste Processing Sites) with the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) method. c) AutomaticSelf Competence Improvement supported by the facilities provided by the Manding DayaVillage Government. In this case, it is proven by a comparative study which was attended byyouth of Karang Taruna in Manding Daya Village.Keywords: Empowerment, Youth OrganizationAbstrakPemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan karena melaluipemberdayaan, kehidupan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Pemberdayaan secara konseptualpada intinya membahas bagaimana individu, kelompok atau komunitas berusaha mengontrolkehidupan mereka sendiri dan mengusahakan untuk membentuk masa depan sesuai dengankeinginan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Pemberdayaankelompok karang taruna dalam mewujudkan desa mandiri di desa manding daya kecamatanmanding. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, yakni meliputi a)Peningkatan Peran Dalam Setiap Kegiatan ini dalam program pemberdayaan Karang Tarunadi bidang budidaya lele sudah cukup maksimal. b) Peningkatan Efisiensi dan Efektifitas iniyaitu program yang dilakukan oleh Karang Taruna salah satunya sosialisasi dari limbahpeternakan ikan lele yang dikelola oleh Karang Taruna yaitu di buang ke TPS (TempatPengolahan Sampah) dengan metode 3R (Reduce,Reuse, Recycle). c) PeningkatanKompetensi Diri Secara Otomatis yang didukung oleh fasilitas yang telah disediakan olehPemerintah Desa Manding Daya.Dalam hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya studi banding yangdiikuti oleh remaja Karang Taruna Desa Manding Daya.Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Karang Taruna

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

The source of power Dessy Siska in the election becomes Deputy I, leader of the Pagaralam DPRD (People's Representative Council) became the embodiment of affirmative action at the regional level legislative body. The purpose of this study is to find out what sources of power have driven Dessy Siska to win the first deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRD for the 2019-2024 period. In the 2019 election Pagaralam, there were 25 members of the Pagaralam City DPRD for the number of elected DPRD members, Dessy Siska gets the most votes in the 2019 election. The main factor that encourages Dessy Siska to become the deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRD, the source of normative, personal and expert power. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study, the data used were oral or written data obtained by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique was used at the data stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the data collection. The sources of power by Charles F. Andrain, there are five indicators of sources of power. The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.
