Soft System Methodology (SSM) is common guidance to conceptualise Knowledge Management (KM) model since its benefit to handle complex situations. This study highlights SSM implementation on KM conceptual model using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to produce insights about current implementation and promising chances in the future. This study also concerns on KM conceptual models as created without certain features in many case studies. Many various interpretation can arise to understand how system should work. This situation affected more spending time to validate KM conceptual model with stakeholders. Using SLR, this study criticises the importance of features as provided in eligible articles. Out of 144 articles from 2009 until 2019 as delivered from Scopus query, this study selected 12 articles about SSM on KM. It classified them into several criteria: published year, sector, and related KM life cycle. By mapping them to solve research questions, this study promoted actors, activities, and sequential order of activities as recommended features. By implementing them, KM conceptual model creation can be faster and accepted by stakeholders.

This study aims to develop a conceptual model of knowledge management for Kelompok Sadar Wisata (a tourism-aware group) Pokdarwis Wonderful Sangiran. Knowledge management system is needed to develop their skill, ability and maintain their adequate knowledge and information as a knowledge-based tourism guide. Conceptual Model is developed using the Soft System Methodology approach, consisting of 7 stages, starting from the situation considered as problematical, the Rich-picture development, the root definition, the conceptual model development, the comparison conceptual model with reality, and determining a change and proposal. The preparation of rich-picture is based on the primary data obtained from several informants, i.e member of Pokdarwis, researchers, academics and government officials selected using purposive sampling. This employs a qualitative method to develop a conceptual model that could bring out ideas for Pokdarwis activities in the future in relation to their knowledge management. Recommendations on developing a knowledge management system could be the media for knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing within the Pokdarwis itself, from Pokdarwis member to researchers, academics, government to Pokdarwis member, and from Pokdarwis to the younger generation. Knowledge management conception in the form of personalization and codification and knowledge creation could be referred to in developing the technology-based knowledge management system.Keyword: soft system methodology; conceptual model; knowledge creation; knowledge management system ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah Model Konseptual pengelolaan pengetahuan bagi Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Wonderful Sangiran.

The handling of digital evidence can become an evidence of a determination that crimes have been committed or may give links between crime and its victims or crime and the culprit. Soft System Methodology (SSM) is a method of evaluation to compare a conceptual model with a process in the real world, so deficiencies of the conceptual model can be revealed thus it can perform corrective action against the conceptual model, thus there is no difference between the conceptual model and the real activity. Evaluation on the IDFIF stage is only done on a reactive and proactive process stages in the process so that the IDFIF model can be more flexible and can be applied on the investigation process of a smartphone.

The purpose of this paper is to identify problems and construct a conceptual model related to the local fiscal health condition. The local fiscal health condition is highly dependent on many factors, indicating that local finance is a complex, systemic and unstructured process. The main emphasis in this research is that the researchers attempt to explore the problem situation with the interpretive and naturalistic approach toward the local fiscal health condition and to study, understand, and interpret the meaning of phenomenon. This study uses a soft system methodology (SSM) that is a systemic approach to describe unstructured issues with a structured approach. The successful conceptual model constructed in this research is the survival mechanism of revenues and expenditures model. The results of this study indicate that the main problem of fiscal health condition is from both revenues and expenditures. Revenues problem is indicated by the low local fiscal independence, while expenditures problem is by the high indirect personnel expenditures. The location taken as the unit of analysis was Bondowoso Regency, East Java, Indonesia with the consideration that Bondowoso Regency is one of the four underdeveloped regencies in East Java Province.

This study aims to find a linkage between Knowledge Management and Sustainable Development through implementation of Triple Bottom Line concept. It is a conceptual paper that applies literature review for proposing a conceptual model as the finding of this study. The model describes how a company should manage the knowledge to maintain good relationships with all of its stakeholders in order to achieve sustainable development in creating mutual benefit value for the good of all parties. This study identifies who the company’s stakeholders are, what their interests, and what knowledge the company should have and manage to fulfill the stakeholders’ interests towards sustainability. The conceptual model needs to be examined empirically. A case study implementing this model into a certain company can be considered as the further research.
