Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran pimpinan pada dinas lingkungan hidup kabupaten lampung utara. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan soft system methodology. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu pimpinan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan semangat kerja pegawai yang mana pemimpin yang ideal yakni pemimpin yang mampu berkontribusi positif dalam mencapai target dan tujuan dari organisasi. Peran pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi dan kepemimpinan yang positif, penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang ideal, pengambilan keputusan yang adil, ketegasan dan konsisten dalam menerapkan sanksi disiplin, pengawasan yang ketat akan dapat memberikan efek yang positif dalam meningkatkan peran pimpinan dalam membentuk pegawai yang memiliki disiplin yang tinggi dan juga semangat kerja yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai di dinas lingkungan hidup kabupaten lampung utara. Adapun rekomendasi yaitu pemimpin diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan sekaligus melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan terhadap hambatan yang muncul mengenai kondisi kedisiplinan dan semangat kerja pegawai demi peningkatan kualitas pegawai sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi perkembangan organisasi, selain dari itu hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dasar bagi pimpinan dalam menciptakan kebijakan strategis guna kepentingan dinas lingkungan hidup kabupaten lampung utara.

Introduction. Inductor systems, as tools for metal processing, widely used in industrial  technologies  using the energy of powerful pulsed electromagnetic fields. Problem. A common disadvantage of the known works on the creation of tools for magnetic-pulse impact on conductive objects has the use of physical and mathematical models, in which the exciting currents do not depend on the ongoing electromagnetic processes. Such the assumption, have distorts the picture of the real energy in the working area of the inductor system. Goal. To obtain design ratios and numerical estimates of the mutual influence of exciting and induced currents of a flat inductor system with a circular solenoid located between massive well-conducting objects, moreover to carry out a theoretical analysis of electromagnetic processes in this system. Methodology. Have applied integrating Maxwell’s equations using the Laplace and Fourier-Bessel integral transformations in the approximation of the ideal conductivity of the metal objects to be processed. Results. The calculated relations for the theoretical analysis of electromagnetic processes have obtained in the high-frequency approximation. It shown that the inductance of the studied system decreases as the objects being processed approach the solenoid and increases as they move away from it. It found that for the invariability of the power indicators, of the proposed tool, a corresponding correction of the amplitude (on average up to 20 times) of the exciting current has necessary in the solenoid winding. Originality. For the first time, the tool design with a circular solenoid located between the massive metal objects has proposed for flat magnetic-pulse stamping. As a result of the theoretical analysis, the influence of electromagnetic processes on the currents flowing in the system has confirmed. Practical significance. The use of the results obtained will allow to increase the efficiency of the tool of magnetic-pulse technologies, and to reduce the energy costs for performing the specified production operations.

Applying Knowledge-Based Systems (KBS) for hazardous medical waste (HMW) are still limited according to knowledge sources. The two mechanisms of the KBS are commonly known as rulebased and case-based, which can be extracted based on existing regulations that are divided into global, national, provincial, and local authorities. This study used Soft System Methodology and regulation approaches to find out the gaps in coordinating and managing HMW in Indonesia. It is used to depict the rule, processes, and stakeholders for identifying the features of the KBS. The study was taken using fourstage of SSM conducted to classify the objects and their feature requirements. The knowledge source was verified and validated using Focus Group Discussion and represented on CATWOE mode. Most of the regulations are not complying with the practicality of the HMW since it is produced until disposal. The methods give an alternative for knowledge engineers to feed the basis of knowledge.

The purpose of the article is to clarify the genre-thematic classification of video blogging and the specific features of its affiliation with stylistic characteristics through the lens of a scientific approach. At present, there is no official classification of video blogging, but there are some types that help partially group all the variety of content into a single system. Methodology. The following methods were used during the study: scientific, content analysis, descriptive, statistical, comparative. The scientific novelty is to investigate video blogging as a subject of scientific analysis and study the genres of individual video platforms and online communities in terms of risks and opportunities. Conclusions. Video blogging is a relatively new concept that embodies an activity that is described by a communication function and a hybrid genre that has emerged as a result of technological progress. This phenomenon combines several genres, including the genres of comments and posts, and accompanies communicative situations on the Internet. The genre of this phenomenon is explained by its mobile features, because new modern videos are created every day, and they are difficult to refer to a specific topic because they are constantly mixed and modified with each other. The author's attitude towards his or her audience depends on aspects of individuality and aspects of personality. Today, a considerable number of successful video blogs are products of mass Internet consumption, devoid of monotonous content, which factor in the interests of the audience and help the film as efficiently as possible due to additional effects and editing.

The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for results processing in Moodle electronic system. Methodology: the authors presented formulas for calculating the reliability of the tests used to verify students' training, the description of what is required for monitoring, the actions of the teacher to perform a quality assessment system. The process of calculating the final grade for the course is presented, which will provide the necessary conditions for conducting student knowledge control. Results: in the process of study, it was concluded that modern methods of processing the data used during the control measures in higher education institutions within the framework of the Moodle system contribute to improving the graduates training.

Purpose Public-rented flats in Jakarta Province operated by the Management Unit of Public-Rented Flats (MUPRF) experienced budget cuts for the maintenance and treatment activities during the COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia in the early 2020. Currently, the budgeting scheme of the MUPRF uses the local government’s budget in determining the expenditures of public-rented flat. This papers aims to propose an alternative budgeting scheme for the MUPRF. Design/methodology/approach Soft system methodology (SSM) was adopted to understand the public-rented flats as a whole system, so an alternative budgeting scheme for the MUPRF can be identified and developed. Interviews with an employee of the Department of Community Housing and Settlement of Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta Province were conducted. A rich picture, customer, action, transformation, worldview, owner and environment analyses, conceptual model and a proposed model were developed during the process. Findings Based on the SSM, it is found that becoming a local public service agency, the MUPRF can be more independent and flexible in managing their budget. The income generated by the public-rented flats can be used directly for their expenditure. Research limitations/implications Through the SSM, only a conceptual model is developed, which has not yet been implemented in practice. Future studies need to be carried out to evaluate the feasibility of the conceptual model. Originality/value This research analyses the public-rented flat as a whole system through SSM to identify factors and parties that are involved in the daily activities in public-rented flats to propose a suitable alternative for its budgeting scheme.
