The present article provides a retrospective analysis of the views of various authors on the problem of social partnership, considering social partnership as an alternative to social confrontation, as a means to harmonize the interests of various social groups in the process of resolving emerging contradictions in various areas of public practice. It was pointed out that partnership allows striking a balance of mutual interests in achieving an overall objective, effectively allocating the available resources and opportunities. The article presents the analysis of the activities of a trade union organization as a social partner, the analysis of social and labor relations in an industrial business. The authors have revealed significant problems in the field of social partnership, on which they have developed several practical recommendations.The analysis is based on social activity index calculation in a trade union organization. To comply with confidentiality requirements, property rights and trade secrets, the enterprise name is not listed.

From the modern positions of market development, the place of the school of human resources management in the evolutionary scheme of the school of modern management is considered. Comparison of the model positions of the school of human relations and the model of the human resources school is given. The contents of the basic postulates of the school of human resources management are considered in detail, including: the attitude to the human factor as a source of the enterprise's income; creation of conditions for the development of each employee; integration of personnel policy of the enterprise into the general policy of the enterprise and into the social and economic policy adopted in the society; professional development and training of competent and interested employees; development of social partnership through democratization of governance; improving the quality of working life by enriching the content of work. The prospects of using these postulates in the formation and development of modern business strategies are shown.

Abstract The article analyzes the requirements for employee resourcing of human recourses management in the countries of Western, Central and Eastern Europe and the USA. It is found that the set of documents which create the regulatory, methodological and legal support for the functioning of human resources management as a system is incorporated into the regulatory framework of human resources management. In turn, the regulatory and methodological support of the human resources management system is a set of organizational, organizational and methodological, organizational and managerial, technical, regulatory and technical, technical and economic and economic documents, as well as reference documents, which establish norms, rules, requirements, characteristics, methods and other data used in organizing workplace and human resources management and are approved in due course by the competent authority or the leadership of the company. The employee resourcing of the human resources management system is viewed as the necessary quantitative and qualitative composition of human resources employees in the company. It is specified that considerable attention should be paid to the legal support of the human resources management system, that is, the use of means and forms of legal influence on the bodies and objects of human resources management to achieve the effective functioning of the company. It is clarified that the models of social partnership in different countries differ in the organizational mechanism, norms and rules on the regulation of social and employment relations, the level of the procedure centralization and the participation of the state in social dialogue. It is concluded that the main objectives of the legal support for the human resources management system include the legal regulation of business relations which are formed between employers and employees, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of employees arising from employment relations.

The development and expansion of knowledge management as an important management philosophy has a significant impact on human resources management as well as on organization as a whole. In this context, knowledge management processes have been used as a strategic tool within human resources management.Therefore, functions of human resources management must adapt itself to this change. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of human resources management in the management of knowledge and to reveal the effects of knowledge management practices on the functions of human resources byexamining the relationship between human resources and knowledge management. In this context, a theoretical investigation was conducted. It has been determined that significant changes occurred on the functions of human resources management such as selection and recruitment, performance management, remuneration and reward, training and development within the framework of the knowledge management strategies.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.
