THIS --  paper examines the rubu 'mujayyab as a classical instrument and the work of ulama archipelago. Rubu 'mujayyab keeps the scientific treasures as the primary reference for the development of advanced Islamic astronomical tools. The methodology used in rubu 'mujayyab is the science of a spherical triangle connected with the concept of the earth round. Urgency rubu 'mujayyab in Islamic tradition is as a measuring tool one of them is to determine the distance and altitude. Rukyat al-hilal and the direction of Qiblah is one part that can be measured by rubu 'mujayyab. With the base of the surface point of the earth can be expressed in two coordinates, namely longitude and latitude. Through this paper submitted that rubu 'mujayyab as a measuring instrument of rukyat al-hilal and direction of Qiblah in his time is an accurate and precise tool. However, after a study with contemporary tools the calculation of rubu 'mujayyab did not reach the minute scale. In the process of calculation also requires a long process, because there are several steps that must be taken. Meanwhile, calculations using the scientific calculator method can include data processed with a formula that can produce high accuracy calculations. Yet the spirit of Islamic archipelago in the development of scientific treasures through rubu 'mujayyab still must be preserved.

The manuscript discusses how to monitor the condition of seedlings on agricultural fields planted with winter wheat, fodder maize and areas of fir forest located in the Freudenstadt district of Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany. To solve the range of agricultural problems , they often use modern technologies such as satellite remote sensing of the Earth. The paper displays the monitoring results of the Sentinel-1A radar satellites scenes, as well as visual spectrum imagery of field observations are presented when leaving directly to terrain segments. The processing deployed data chain, consisting of 11 Sentinel-1A scenes acquired in the timefrane from March to November 2018. Specifically, the SNAP Sentinel Toolboxes software was used to process the radar satellite images Sentinel-1А, the. Based on the the research outcomes the Committee of Agriculture of the Freudenstadt district is able to predict the yield amount with high accuracy due to good data convergence. According to the study, the following three important problems can be resolved by means of Sentinel-1A imagery

The paper proposes a new design of high-accuracy On-line Metal Thickness Measuring Instrument, which was based on EP2C20 series FPGA chip, through adding NiosII soft processor and other interfaces to FPGA, equipped with high precision data collection system and TFT LCD module and so on. The key hardware blocks schematics and components of the RC Oscillation Circuit,eddy current sensor Circuit,rectifier and filter Circuit,A/D converting circuit,FPGA Circuit are described,software flow charts and sample codes are given. According to practice, The measurement range of this system is 1~100 mm and the resolving power is 0.1 μm. degree of linearity is 1%, The system has many features including small volume of hardware, low cost, high detecting precision, convenient operating, high intelligent and so on, leading to broad and bright future. من روائع هذا الموروث الديني عن النبي ﷺ، قدرته على مسايرة الحوادث والمستجدات، واستيعاب التنوع والاختلاف الزماني والمكاني والأحوال، بحيث لا يند عن النص أو فهمه شيء. الاجتهاد من فروض الكفاية التي لا يجوز أن يخلو منه عصر، ومن تنادى بإغلاق باب الاجتهاد فقد أخطأ، باب الاجتهاد لا يوصد لأن مسائل العصر متجددة، والنوازل كثيرة، وخاصة في هذا الزمان المتسارع، وإن قل الاجتهاد الفردي إلا أن الاجتهاد الجماعي له دور كبير في إيجاد الحلول التي تحتاجها الأمة. هذا البحث يهتم بصناعة المجتهد، والعناية بإخراج مجتهدين مؤهلين للعملية الاجتهادية، أو الفتيا، وفق شروط المجتهد التأهيلية. خلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: الاهتمام بالشخصية المختارة للصناعة البحثية، وإعداد الاختبارات والمقابلات المنتقاة بدقة عالية لاجتيازها، وتخطي العقبات والتحديات والعناية بالمنظومة التعلمية المهمة في صناعة المجتهد، والاهتمام بالتراث الإسلامي في الاستفادة منه والبناء عليه، واستصحابه بالقدر الذي يكون معينا للوصول للمطلوب. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الاجتهاد، المجتهد، التراث، الموروث الإسلامي. Abstract Among the masterpieces of religious tradition of Prophet S.A.W. is the ability to cope with the events and developments and to absorb the diversity of temporal and spatial conditions, in line with the Islamic verses. Ijtihad is the duties of sufficiency that ones have to bear them. Therefore, whoever intends to close the door of Ijtihad has erred, since the issues of mankind changeable from day to day. Although there are small number of Ijtihad individually but there are Ijtihad collectively that played big role in finding solutions which arise among people. This study discussed the issues of producing Mujtahid, in terms of qualification and youthness, according to the stipulated conditions. The study found that it is important to have selection of qualified person to become mujtahid as well as the selected tests and interviews with high accuracy, so that they could overcome the obstacles and challenges later. The study also found that there should have a concern on the important learning system in producing mujtahid and the Islamic heritage as well. AbstractIn the course of implementing the use of nonrotating origin (Guinot 1979) in astrometric VLBI, for the transformation between celestial and terrestrial frames, we have compared the new approach with the classical one. We have shown that a difference exists between the two procedures at a few milliarcsecond level; this difference is due to the terms generally neglected when considering the equation of equinoxes in the classical representation of the Earth angle of rotation.

For the case of the scheme trajectory command design for the tactical missile, the longitudinal and lateral commands and the compound controller of the attitude and height were designed. In the launch segment, four kinds of heading angle commands were presented adopting the arc method and reduction law. In the variable height flight segment, two kinds of height commands were gained by using the parabolic and exponential function. Considering the earth curvature, the formula of the great circle course and distance was gotten applying spherical triangle solution method, and the flight command along the route dot in the lateral plane was obtained. The simulation results show that the designed scheme trajectory commands are feasible and effectively.

AbstractThe majority of extra-solar planets have been discovered (or confirmed after follow-up) through radial-velocity (RV) surveys. Using ground-based spectrographs such as High Accuracy Radial Velocity Planetary Search (HARPS) and HARPS-North, it is now possible to detect planets that are only a few times the mass of the Earth. However, the presence of dark spots on the stellar surface produces RV signals that are very similar in amplitude to those caused by orbiting low-mass planets. Disentangling these signals has thus become the biggest challenge in the detection of Earth-mass planets using RV surveys. To do so, we use the star's lightcurve to model the RV variations produced by spots. Here we present this method and show the results of its application to CoRoT-7.

Purpose of research. Accuracy improving of product forming additive methods is described in the paper. Analysis is carried out; new device design for product forming by additive methods is done on the basis of parallel-serial structure mechanisms. This device design provides rigidity of technological system, increased accuracy of final element positioning of forming system, thus expanding technological capabilities of additive formation.Methods. Formation of parts surfaces by additive methods is characterized by high formation error size (approximation).  It is necessary to ensure orientation of the surface in order to reduce the size at which normal will coincide with the axis of forming system final link at formed surface point. The paper presents results of the analysis aimed at existing structures installation of additive forming devices on the basis of parallel-serial structure mechanisms ensuring high accuracy of final link positioning of forming system.Results. Device design for additive product forming according to 3DMP technology - technology of additive forming with electric arc in protective gases, application of which provides high accuracy of final link positioning of forming system, excludes possibility of rigid consumable material jamming in the form of wire due to design of supply mechanism, which is rigidly fixed on the device base for additive forming.Conclusion. Application of developed device design will make it possible to eliminate disadvantages of existing devices for additive forming, to ensure accuracy of final link positioning of forming system for additive equipment, to exclude possibility of rigid consumable material jamming, thus expanding application field of additive technologies.
