Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) is one of the decision-making methods to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on certain criteria. There are several methods that can be used to solve MADM problems including Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesmen (WASPAS). Both methods are applied in the selection of prospective new students. In this study, MTsN Kisaran selected 192 students received from 422 registrans and determined certain criteria to get quality students. The criteria determined are the value of the national exam, the value of the Al-Qur'an test, and the value of the academic potential test. The method applied is SAW and WASPAS with the  weighting Rank Order Centroid (ROC). Then a sensitivity analysis is carried out to determine a viable methods selected to obtain optimal results. This research was designed with the help of the Matlab GUI as a computing tool to simplify and accelerate the selection process. Based on the results of the study, the average percentage value of sensitivity for the SAW method was -0.82% while the WASPAS method was -0.87%. With the existence of sensitivity analysis it can be known the most appropriate method for this case is the SAW method.                                                   Keywords: Students, SAW, WASPAS, ROC, Sensitivity, GUI Matlab.

MAN Asahan is an educational institution that selects new students every year. MAN Asahan sets certain criteria in choosing new students so that selected students are of high quality. The criteria determined are the Al-Qur'an test scores, national exam scores, Academic Potential Test scores and achievement certificates. In selecting new students who were accepted as many as 271 of the 530 registrants the school still used the manual process so that it needed accuracy and a long time. In this study a decision support system was created that could be a solution to assist the selection process according to school criteria. The system will applied is MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Base of Ratio Analysis) method and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) with the weighting method of ROC (Rank Order Centroid). Then the sensitivity analysis is done to determine the appropriate method to be chosen to obtain optimal results. This research was conducted with the help of the MATLAB GUI as a computing tool. The GUI that is built can simplify and speed up the selection process. Based on the results of the study, the average percentage value of sensitivity for the MOORA method is -1.61% while the TOPSIS method is -7.96%. With the existence of sensitivity analysis it can be known the most appropriate method for this case is the MOORA method.Keywords: Students, MOORA, TOPSIS, ROC, Sensitivity, GUI Matlab

Abstract Decision support systems are used to solve a problem that is commonly done by users and industry, in this case one of the application of a decision support system in providing loans to cooperative members. Judging from the form of business, cooperatives are one of the community financial institutions that are formed and are not only business-oriented, but social factors are very strongly applied. Because the cooperative was formed to help and prosper its members, such as saving and borrowing (credit) from its members. In this study, decision making is used to help support the selection of loan applications for members. There are several types of decision models that are integrated in a Decision Support System such as statistical models, optimization models, heuristic models and multi-criteria / attribute models. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used with the basic concept of finding the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each criterion. According to the MADM model which is used as decision support who can select criteria in determining the eligibility of members in receiving loans (credit). The system provides a solution in determining loan recommendations to prospective borrowers in cooperatives. The system is only able to represent 10 sample members as a reference in calculating credit lending.

Beasiswa merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam mendorong dan membantu potensi kemajuan pendidikan di negara Indonesia, salah satunya adalah beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik(PPA) sehingga diperlukan seleksi penerima beasiswa untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian. Permasalahan seleksi beasiswa termasuk kedalam permasalahan Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Penelitian ini menganalisis masalah MADM yaitu pemberian beasiswa dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) dan model pemberian bobot Rank Order Centroid(ROC). Pengujian metode yang sesuai dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis sensitivitas untuk mengetahui kombinasi metode yang paling sensitif dalam menghasilkan perankingan akhir penerima beasiswa. Dari hasil pengujian analisis sensitivitas kombinasi ROC-SAW menghasilkan nilai sensitivitas terkecil dengan nilai 0.000144, dan dari 18 percobaan perubahan bobot yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan ranking hasil akhir didapatkan hasil bahwa metode AHP-SAW menghasilkan perubahan ranking dengan persentase 80,56% dari ranking awal, dan ROC-SAW menghasilkan perubahan ranking dengan persentase 90,83% dari ranking awal. Kata Kunci: Analisis Sensitivitas, AHP-SAW, ROC-SAW, Multikriteria

ABSTRACT Prospective new students are groups of children who want to learn or want to know the science of religion and science, The decision support system of new students is part of computer-based information systems used to support decision making in an organization or company The problem of this study is that every new school year, pesantren receives acceptance and selection of new santri candidates, to know the process of selection of students at Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, this selection process often causes problems such as limited selection committee, duration of assessment, and sometimes subjective assessment causing mistakes analyzing prospective santri accepted or rejected. Therefore, research decision support system (SPK) is done. This research will point to a case that seeks the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the method of Booking Preference Technique with Similarity with Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best santri. The purpose of this study is to facilitate users of information systems decision-making, the method used in this system is by Method method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). to provide appropriate references with appropriate criteria, with delphi programming language and software, support used is Delphi Data collection methods using observation. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah setiap tahun ajaran baru, Pesantren mengadakan penerimaan dan penyeleksian calon santri baru, untuk menentukan proses penyeleksian santri di Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, proses penyeleksian ini sering timbul permasalahan seperti terbatasnya panitia seleksi, lamanya penilaian, serta penilaian yang terkadang subyektif yang menyebabkan kesalahan menganalisis calon santri yang diterima atau ditolak., Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK). Penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu santri terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi pengambilan keputusan, metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini yaitu dengan Metode metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). untuk memberi referensi yang tepat dengan kriteria yang sesuai, dengan bahasa pemrograman delphi dan perangkat lunak, pendukung yang digunakan adalah Delphi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Kesimpulan yang dicapai dengan adanya sistem yang diciptakan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam memberi referensi.

The head of the environment is an extension of the head of the village head in assisting or providing services to the community both in the administration of administration in the village and to other problems. It is natural for a kepling to be appreciated for their performance during their special tenure in the kecamatan field area. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. Total knee replacement (TKR) is a remarkable achievement in biomedical science that enhances human life. However, human beings still suffer from knee-joint-related problems such as aseptic loosening caused by excessive wear between articular surfaces, stress-shielding of the bone by prosthesis, and soft tissue development in the interface of bone and implant due to inappropriate selection of TKR material. The choice of most suitable materials for the femoral component of TKR is a critical decision; therefore, in this research paper, a hybrid multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) tactic is applied using the degree of membership (DoM) technique with a varied system, using the weighted sum method (WSM), the weighted product method (WPM), the weighted aggregated sum product assessment method (WASPAS), an evaluation based on distance from average solution (EDAS), and a technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The weights of importance are assigned to different criteria by the equal weights method (EWM). Furthermore, sensitivity analysis is conducted to check the solidity of the projected tactic. The weights of importance are varied using the entropy weights technique (EWT) and the standard deviation method (SDM). The projected hybrid MCDM methodology is simple, reliable and valuable for a conflicting decision-making environment.

The selection of an optimal material is an important aspect of design for mechanical, electrical, thermal, chemical or other application. Many factors (attributes) need to be considered in material selection process, and thus material selection problem is a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problem. This paper proposes a new MADM method for material selection problem. G1 method does not need to test consistency of the judgment matrix. Thus it is better than AHP. In this paper, firstly, we use the G1 method to determine the attribute weight. Then TOPSIS method is used to calculate the closeness of the candidate materials with respect positive solution. A practical material selection case is used to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
