This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 285 employees and a sample of 167 respondents. This research was conducted in the Engineering Department, PT. Semen Padang by using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis technique and is operated through SPSS 16.0. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation directly had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation through job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, compensation through satisfaction work on performance has no significant effect.

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari; 2) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari; 3) Is there an effect of satisfaction on the performance of the employees of PT. Natafari; 4) Is there any influence of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. The research objectives are 1) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari 2) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the performance of PT Natafari employees; 3) To determine the effect of satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari 4) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. This type of research is associative research. The variables used are compensation, career development, satisfaction and employee performance. The sample used is 70 people with the sampling technique using probability sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results show that 1) there is a significant effect of compensation on satisfaction and there is no influence on career development on satisfaction 2) there is a significant effect of compensation and career development on employee performance 3) there is a significant effect of satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a significant effect on compensation and career development about employee performance through satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human capital, compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Central Statistics Agency in Aceh Province and to determine whether the job satisfaction mediates relationships. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 200 employees for the Central Statistics Agency for Regencies in Aceh Province. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operated through the Amos software. The results showed that human capital, compensation and work discipline can increase job satisfaction and employee performance. Likewise, job satisfaction is direct and significant on employee performance. In addition, the job satisfaction variable also partially mediates the effect of human capital and compensation on performance and the influence of work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency. This study shows that the need for human capital in shaping the performance of employees in government

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. This research was conducted in the police unit of Pamong Praja Batang Hari District as part of regional devices in the enforcement and public order implementation and community tranquility. The purpose of this research is to see how the incentive impact and the discipline of motivation and impact on performance of police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District. This research is a research using a method of descriptive and verificative research, which is a method of researching a human group, an object, the situation and condition of a system of thought with a purpose to make a description, a systematic picture according to the facts being investigated. The verificative research aims to examine the hypothesis of the influence between variables of this study. The samples in this study used the census method, which is all employees in the police unit of Batang Hari Distrct, while the data used in this research is the primary data obtained from the results of the statement in questionnaire provided and has been filled by each employee in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District, the data analysis technique that data used is path analysis, with the help of software program SPSS version 22. The results of this study showed that the free variables of incentive and discipline positively and significantly affect the employee's motivation and have a positive and significant impact on the employee performance of the Pamong Praja Police unit at Batang Hari District, this proves that with the increase of incentives and discipline in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District, it will also increase the motivation that will impact the improvement of employee performance in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. There have been many studies on organizational culture. However, there have been not many studies on safety culture especially in Indonesia. Furthermore, the studies of safety culture in its relations to leadership styles, job satisfaction and employee performance have been little. This study examines the impacts of safety culture and leadership styles on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained from the perception of employees who worked at Mining Operations Division of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, copper/gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province. Data was collected through questionnaires sent to 150 employees, mostly heavy equipment operators and several field foremen. 131 were completed and returned however only 119 were valid for analysis. Statistical method used to test each hyphotesis was path analysis. The results showed that most hypothesis were confirmed. From five hypothesis, only one (H2) that had to be rejected. While four hypothesis i.e. H1, H3, H4 and H5were accepted. These results indicated that safety culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction (H1) but has no significant impact on performance (H2). Whilst leadership style has a significant impact on both job satisfaction (H3) and employee performance (H4). Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance (H5). The performance of nurses as the front line is crucial in handling covid 19. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of employee training, employee engagement, and work motivation on nurse performance in the healthcare industry when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred. The object of this research is a nurse with a staff position and a coordinator who works at the AN-NISA hospital located in Tangerang with 140 respondents from February until March 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach which will use questionnaire measuring tools and employee performance data during 2020. Data analysis using path analysis. This research concluded that appropriate employee training, employee engagement, and work motivation had a significant effect on nurse performance. However, employee training and work motivation have no significant effect on nurse performance through employee engagement when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred.
