The Company was founded with the goal of increasing the value of the company as well as to provide prosperity for the owners or shareholders. Good Corporate Governance and profitability is an effort to enhance company value. This study aims to determine the influence of good corporate governance to company value with profitability as intervening variable. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 - 2014. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling method. Under this method, as many as 123 companies were obtained. The analysis tool to test the hypothesis is path analysis with AMOS software version 21. Data analysis method is descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobeltest. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, the audit committee and the profitability have positive impact toward the of the company value, institutional ownership has positive impact but not significant, non-executive director with negative effect tendency on the company value. The results of this study also showed that profitability cannot mediate the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms on company value. It can be suggested to replace the intervening variable with other variables such as quality of earnings instead of profitability since it is declined as an intervening variable. non-executive director and institutional ownership does not contribute any positive and significant effect on company value and profitability. The following research can use another proxy in the measurement process and consider other theories that could explain comprehensively.

 Company's goal is to maximize the value of the company. Value of the company is very important for the company because the company maximize the value it will maximize the welfare of shareholders. Efforts that can be done to maximize the value of the company in one of the company through asset management. Asset management companies is an activity which is very important because the management is based on the size of the success of the company during a certain period can be known. Asset management is a potential that is owned by organizations or individuals to achieve the vision, mission and goals, or particular. If in research process found by inexistence of relation and influence from assets management and growth of company, so will searching that problem and searching the othe factors perhaps existence relation and influence to value of companiesThe research shows that in PT. Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk, influential assets management according to significant towards value of companies, that is with level significant as big as 0,012. While in PT. United Tractors Tbk, assets management not influential according to significant towards value of companies, that is with level significant as big as 0,576. In PT. Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk, influential growth of company according to significant towards value of companies, that is with level significant as big as 0,015. While in PT. This study aims to get empirical evidence about the infuence of IT spending on corporate value by testing the efect of IT spending on corporate value by using Tobin’s Q. Te higher the stock price, the higher the company value as well as investors’ assessment. The market price of the company’s stocks refects investors’ assessment of the overall equity held. Of the stock price refects investor can provide an assessment of a company. Tobin’s Q is the ratio of the market value of the company’s assets as measured by the market value of the outstanding stocks and debt (enterprise value) to the replacement cost of the assets of the company. The sampling method is based on purposive sampling method with the purpose to obtain a sample that meets the criteria. Tis study used a sample taken from a telecommunications company listed on the Stock Exchange throughout Southeast Asia during the period of 2009-2011. The hypothesis in this study was tested using simple regression. Based on data analysis, the result that the variable IT spending does not afect the company value.Keywords: accounting information system, Tobin’s Q, IT spending, capital expenditure, company performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of institutional leadership, tax planning and foreign board of commissioners on firm value. The population in this study were 615 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling to get a total sample of 325 companies with a total of 975 observations of company data. The results of this study indicate that institutional leadership and tax planning have no role in increasing company value. While the foreign board of commissioners showed a significant influence on the value of the company. This proves that there is a need for diversity in the structure of the board that can trigger an increase in the value of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Keywords: capital structure, company size, profitability and firm value.
