The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence POS and extraversion personality to OCB and affective commitment as mediation. The population in this research that all employees Aneka Jaya Supermarket Sambiroto number of 126 employees. Mechanical sampling using saturated sample so that the entire population of the research sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis method is test instrument (validity and reliability), a descriptive analysis of the respondents, and test hypotheses and test path analysis with the data processing program SPSS version 25. The results showed that all hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, the POS has positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Extraversion personality has positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has positive and significant effect on OCB. POS has positive and significant impact on OCB. Extraversion personality has positive and significant effect on OCB. The test results of path analysis also showed that the POS and extraversion personality and sgnifkan positive effect on OCB through affective commitment. POS positive and significant impact on OCB. Extraversion personality positive and significant impact on OCB. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Islamic Work Ethics, Organizational Commitment And Islamic Spiritulity against Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Case Study is Teachers In Islamic Elementary School Al Huda). The number of samples taken as many as 32 respondents with saturated sample method. Data collection using a Likert-scale closed questionnaire. The result of t test shows that the work ethic of Islam and islamic spirituality give positive and significant influence to OCB whereas organizational commitment has negative and significant effect to OCB with regression equation Y = 0,827 + 0,235X1 - 0,367X2 + 1,055X3. F test results show that the ethics of Islamic work, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on OCB. While the value of coefficient determination is 0.892 which means that the work ethic of Islam (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and islamic spirituality (X3) have contribution to OCB (Y) of 89.2% while the rest 10.8% by another factor.

This study aim to determine The Effect of Job Statisfaction, Motivation dan Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with participative leadership style as an intervening variable on the Employees of  PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 section / production employees at PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. The analytical tool used in this study is the path analysis technique (path analysis) with the help of software for the operating system called SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sience) version 25.0. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation also influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), participative leadership style influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), In addition, job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and participative leadership style have a direct and indirect influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as Variable Mediation At PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior in an organization that is not directly appreciated by a formal reward system. Organizations need to pay attention to the factors that affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Samples taken as many as 45 respondents. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 17 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment acts as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior at PT. This study aims to determine the effect of fun at work, transformational leadership on work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior in UPT SDA Sempor civil servants. The variables in this study consisted of four types, namely fun at work and transformational leadership as independent variables, organizational citizenship behavior as the dependent variable and work engagement as mediating or intervening variables. The population in this study is UPT SDA Sempor civil servants, amounting to 30 people with saturated sampling techniques so that the total population is used to be sampled. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, data analysis used was an instrument of validity and reliability, a classic assumption test, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, multiple tests, and path analysis. Data management tools using SPSS 23.0 for windows. The test results of the coefficient of determination show that the substructural Adjusted R2 value of 0.668 means that 66.8% of the work engagement variable can be influenced by fun at work and transformational leadership and 33.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Meanwhile the substructural Adjusted R2 value of 0.778 means that 77.8% of the organizational citizenship behavior variable is influenced by fun at work, transformational leadership, and work engagement, and 22.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Based on the results of the analysis of path analysis tests, multiple tests and t tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the high organizational citizenship behavior is influenced by fun at work, transformational leadership, and workengagement. While fun at work and transformational leadership can directly influence organizational citizenship behavior and work engagement can be used as a partial intervening variable.

<em>This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizationa citizenship behavior on organizational effectiveness in PT. Cosmo Makmur Indonesia. Population and sample ini this study in the number of employee of 169 people. Analysis the data used was the validity and reliability test with path analysis.  From the analysis, the coefficient of the determinan (R<sup>2</sup>) noted that organizational citizenship behavior influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment by 87% and the ramining 13% was influence by other factors which not included in the model. Job satisfaction significantly effect of 3.540, organizational climate siginificantly effect of 2,889 and organizational commitment significantly effect of 2,108 and organizational citizenship behavior significantly effect of 6.862.  The analysis of the test, yhe coefficient of the determination noted that the organizational effectiveness was influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior</em>

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the human resources department of PT. Semen Padang. The independent variable in this study is interpersonal communication and the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of interpersonal communication and the scale of organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study were 75 employees of the human resources department of PT Semen Padang. Validity and reliability test in this study usingtechnique Alpha Cronbach. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of interpersonal communication ranged from rix= 0.323 to rix= 0.680 and reliability of α = 0.939 while on the OCB scale the value of the different power index values ranged from rix= 0.336 to rix= 0.833 with reliability coefficients amounting to α = 0.947. Based on data analysis, the correlation value of r= 0.455 is obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication and organizational citizenship behavior in the human resources department of PT Semen Padang employees.

Good Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) needs to be supported by a strong commitment from human resources since the stronger the employees� commitment, the higher the OCB will be. The improvemnet of Human Resource commitment needs to be supported by strong intrinsic motivation from human resources and organizational justice which is able to encourage human resources in improving organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study was conducted in Regional Secretariat of Semarang regency to 118 civil servants working there. Census was used as the sampling technique in this study in which every member of the population had the same opportunity to be taken as the research sample. Regressive analysis of path analysis model (path analysis) was used as the analysis technique. The research revealed that intrinsic motivation and organizational justice had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and OCB, while commitment had a significant positive effect on OCB.Keywords : intrinsic motivation, organizational justice, commitment and OCB.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of power and trust on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used survey method with path analysis. Sample in this research was used simple random sampling.The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of power  on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of trust on teacher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a positive direct effect of power  on trust.
