The article discusses ways to improve the culture of language communication in the formation of professional competence of future teachers, mastering the system of national values inherent in speech etiquette, as well as studying the traditional principles of ethical standards. The issues of education of students' speech culture, speech culture, cultural literacy are also touched upon. The education of a culture of speech is a moral problem that has social significance. Man's upbringing and culture are clearly manifested in the ability to translate thought into words, the manner of speaking and communicating, and the wealth of vocabulary. Students were offered a brief summary of the educational lecture session with the aim of forming clear theoretical knowledge about the ethical and aesthetic approach to established principles and to reveal the importance of speech etiquette based on national ethical values in improving personal culture in accordance with the future professional specialty

This article aims to identify the definition and the role of personally active approachin future teacher’s foreign language professional competence. Initially, it observes the relevance of the issue of foreign language education and new paradigm in education system globally and in Kazakhstan. Also, the author analyzes different scholars’ opinions about a professionally competent foreign language teacher and his characteristics, supporting it with state and international educational documents. The article also observes the definitions of personally active approach and its usage in education. Furthermore, the article deals with arguments proving the role of personally active approach in future teachers’ foreign language professional competence formation. Analyzing the data from various scientific papers, articles and books, state and international educational standards, the author makes a conclusion in the end of the article.

In the article on the basis of analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical theory and practice, the means of formation the professional competence of future teachers of fine arts are determined. The main basis component of the formation of the art culture of future teachers of fine arts is decorative- usage arts, folk art crafts are noted in it. An important condition for the professional activity of future teachers of fine arts is the formation of art culture, which includes the ability to emotionally perceive of the environment, creatively transform it, culture of work, knowledge of culture people and nations in different periods of development of society, possession of universal values, in particular, the values of creative, which provide of personality of self-realization and self-development in decorative- usage arts and fine arts. The main basis component of the formation of the art culture of future teachers of fine arts is the decorative-usage arts, folk artistic crafts, the cultural and educational mission of which consists, first of all, in the increase of a productive representation of the values of human life, represented in figurative form of art works, the development of art intuition, aesthetic taste, emotional perception of art creativity, the definition of art as a specific spiritual activity in the development of culture of a particular epoch and on this based on the achievement of a high level of their own art skills.The important condition of professional activities of the future teachers of fine arts is formation of art culture is grounded. In the research and mastery of techniques of decorative-usage art in the future a teacher of fine art form of the desire to learn and protect the Ukrainian people’s material and spiritual achievements is determined.

Article is devoted to a problem of social planning in the student’s environment, as a mechanism which acts as the volunteering. The article describes the implementation experiences of social and pedagogical university students of volunteer project aimed at increasing the level of professional competence of future bachelors of pedagogical education in the field of fine arts, on the one hand, and on the other at the inclusion of children from socially disadvantaged groups to contemporary art through the practice of the fine arts and decorative-applied creativ- ity. Corresponding to current educational standards of higher school, the practical preparation of future teachers cannot fully realize the students need for testing their professional skills. One of the possible ways of solving this problem was the creation of the design studio as a socially significant project by volunteer-students. Unlike secondary schools, the work of the studio is not governed by the educational standards, a educational program and strict requirements for development. Consequently, this form allows taking into account the interests of children and the needs of students in obtaining practical experience with the students. The study reveals that the collabora- tive process of future teachers and students has a rather complex structure and includes the following components: cognitive, emotional-valuable, active, reflexive evaluation. Achievement of target indicators of the project and its successful implementation allows continuing the process of social planning in the field of art education, aimed at children with speech development violations’ acquaintance with the work of artists of their native land and create their own copies of the paintings, followed by applying them to the tissue. A.S. Makarenko emphasized that «we need to teach children the desire to achieve some goals, but don’t just teach them» that in the context of our project is implemented through the creation of textiles, panels, accessories in the classroom by children, developing their creativity and encouraging them in a conscious, purposeful and creative activity.

С этой точки зрения на первый план выходит задача формирования общечеловеческих ценностей, которые должны стать главным объединяющим фактором дальнейшего социокультурного развития общества. Обогащение опыта глубокого понимания общечеловеческих ценностей у будущих педагогов в профессиональном обучении способствует формированию подготовленности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в будущем, также важно привить в них систему общечеловеческих ценностей. Annotation. the article touches on one of the pressing problems of our time - the decent education of the younger generation. The article considers the issues of youth education and the formation of universal values. The article deals with the role of the works of Chingiz Aitmatov in the education of youth. With the transition to a new socio- economic period, the moral and spiritual world of young people is changing, including among students. From this point of view, the task of creating universal human values comes to the forefront, which should become the main unifying factor in the further socio-cultural development of society. The enrichment of the experience of a deep understanding of human values in future teachers contributes to the formation of preparedness of future teachers of vocational training in the future, it is also important to instill in them a system of universal values. ABSTRACT Recently there has been much discourse regarding the existence, extent, causes, and consequences of a purported divide between accounting practice and academia. The crux of this issue relates to the charge that many new-generation faculty have a primary focus on academic research, but lack significant practical experience or certification, and the related claim that students may lack the requisite skills upon graduation. This study addresses these concerns by examining the incidence and trend in the possession of practice credentials, experience, and other activities among accounting faculty who graduated between 1994 and 2013. We evaluate how differences in institutional focus, possession of a practice credential, and proportion of credentialed faculty manifest in research propensities, current business experience, and student performance on the CPA exam. We identify a downward trend in practice credential possession that is more pronounced at research-oriented institutions. We further find significant differences in experience and publication activity across levels of both institutional focus and possession of a practice credential. We also find that students from research-oriented universities, schools with separate AACSB accounting accreditation, and those with a higher percentage credentialed faculty perform better on the CPA exam. Other results and the role of adjunct faculty in bridging this alleged divide are also examined.
