The article discusses ways to improve the culture of language communication in the formation of professional competence of future teachers, mastering the system of national values inherent in speech etiquette, as well as studying the traditional principles of ethical standards. The issues of education of students' speech culture, speech culture, cultural literacy are also touched upon. The education of a culture of speech is a moral problem that has social significance. Man's upbringing and culture are clearly manifested in the ability to translate thought into words, the manner of speaking and communicating, and the wealth of vocabulary. Students were offered a brief summary of the educational lecture session with the aim of forming clear theoretical knowledge about the ethical and aesthetic approach to established principles and to reveal the importance of speech etiquette based on national ethical values in improving personal culture in accordance with the future professional specialty

This article aims to identify the definition and the role of personally active approachin future teacher’s foreign language professional competence. Initially, it observes the relevance of the issue of foreign language education and new paradigm in education system globally and in Kazakhstan. Also, the author analyzes different scholars’ opinions about a professionally competent foreign language teacher and his characteristics, supporting it with state and international educational documents. The article also observes the definitions of personally active approach and its usage in education. Furthermore, the article deals with arguments proving the role of personally active approach in future teachers’ foreign language professional competence formation. Analyzing the data from various scientific papers, articles and books, state and international educational standards, the author makes a conclusion in the end of the article.

The article is devoted to the currently topical problem of forming the professional competence of future teachers of technology. The role of labour training in the formation of values and the active life position of the individual is considered. The main methods of the study of this problem is a retrospective analysis, allowing a comprehensive and systematic study of the impact of various factors on the process of formation of professional and pedagogical competence of the future teacher of technology. Essential characteristics of the interdisciplinary approach as factors in the formation of professional and pedagogical competencies of students have been identified. The authors offer own interpretation of the formalization of the future teacher's professional competence in technology, including the mastery of three fundamental components: a high degree of mastery of the conceptual teaching apparatus; high quality of pedagogical problems solving; mastery of professional terminology and basic categories of pedagogy in the process of solving educational and professional problems. The materials of the article are of practical value for students of pedagogical universities, technology teachers and specialists, whose field of activity is connected with labor training and education of students in training organizations.

The present article is devoted to the investigation of conditions of polylingualandmulticulturalidentity formation, the most important of which is the degree of formation of foreign language professional communicative competenceas one of the key educational competences. The competence under analysis contributes to the development of future University graduates’ abilities to: 1) interact with native speakers of a foreign language, representatives of another cultures in the logics of contemporary scientific paradigm, taking into account their professional features, national values and behavior norms; 2) create positive motivation for specific purposes professional communication; 3) use successful means of verbal and nonverbal communication adequate to specific purposes professional communicative situations.

In modern conditions it becomes necessary to strengthen the role of culture education, as there arises a new ideal of human in culture, who possesses the general cultural competence, which determines its vitality, ability to navigate in different areas of social and professional life, harmonizes inner world and its relationship with society. The concept of New Ukrainian School provides knowledge of basic competences, which every individual needs for personal realization, inner development, being active citizen, for social inclusion and future employment. Due to these competences students are able to provide personal realization and achieve success throughout life. One of the ten basic competencies is knowledge and self-expressions in culture – the ability to understand art, to form own artistic tastes, independently express ideas, experience and feelings through different forms of art. Building awareness and self-expression in the sphere of culture is realized through mastering the general cultural competences by future teachers. General cultural competences are defined as a student’s ability to analyze and evaluate the achievements of representatives of national and worldwide culture; freely orient in the cultural and spiritual context of modern society, apply methods of self-education focused on general human values. The developed general cultural competence indicates that a person has certain moral and personal qualities, priorities and opinions that help her/him to properly define the role of culture, orient in pieces of cultural heritage, coordinate own behavior with generally accepted moral norms and both national and accepted foreign cultural values. Therefore, the preparation of future teachers of primary school aims not only on gaining perfect knowledge in academic subjects, but also on acquiring valuable skills of general cultural awareness and other competences formation by means of academic disciplines.

С этой точки зрения на первый план выходит задача формирования общечеловеческих ценностей, которые должны стать главным объединяющим фактором дальнейшего социокультурного развития общества. Обогащение опыта глубокого понимания общечеловеческих ценностей у будущих педагогов в профессиональном обучении способствует формированию подготовленности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в будущем, также важно привить в них систему общечеловеческих ценностей. Ключевые слова: общечеловеческие ценности, гуманность, нравственно-этические принципы, духовные ценности, рыночная экономика. Annotation. the article touches on one of the pressing problems of our time - the decent education of the younger generation. The article considers the issues of youth education and the formation of universal values. The article deals with the role of the works of Chingiz Aitmatov in the education of youth. With the transition to a new socio- economic period, the moral and spiritual world of young people is changing, including among students. From this point of view, the task of creating universal human values comes to the forefront, which should become the main unifying factor in the further socio-cultural development of society. The enrichment of the experience of a deep understanding of human values in future teachers contributes to the formation of preparedness of future teachers of vocational training in the future, it is also important to instill in them a system of universal values. ABSTRACTIt is considered paramount concern depriving, in this globalized world to rethink the axiological models that determine the attitudes of those involved in education, with the aim to reposition the role of teachers in personal, professional and public life learner. In the formative process of teaching and learning, the teacher transmits to his students: values, attitudes and knowledge. If we assume that teaching is to encourage students to reflect to make judgments critically and develop skills in the pursuit of knowledge and reinforce attitudes are looking for the education of students as a result of acting trained teachers and committed ethics and / or securities training, which means establishing scales, deciding on priorities, learn to value their own decisions and not others to choose.RESUMENSe considera de suma importancia la preocupación que priva, en este mundo globalizado de replantear los es-quemas axiológicos que determinan las actitudes de los actores involucrados en la educación, teniendo como propósito el reposicionamiento de la función del docente en la vida personal, profesional y pública del educando. En el proceso formativo de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje, el docente transmite a sus estudiantes: valores, actitudes y conocimientos.
