В статье затронута одна из актуальных проблем современности – достойное воспитание молодого поколения. Статья рассматривает проблематику воспитания молодежи и формирования общечеловеческих ценностей. В статье речь идет о роли произведений Чингиза Айтматова в воспитании молодежи. В условиях перехода в новый социально-экономический период меняется нравственно-духовный мир молодежи, в том числе у студентов. С этой точки зрения на первый план выходит задача формирования общечеловеческих ценностей, которые должны стать главным объединяющим фактором дальнейшего социокультурного развития общества. Обогащение опыта глубокого понимания общечеловеческих ценностей у будущих педагогов в профессиональном обучении способствует формированию подготовленности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в будущем, также важно привить в них систему общечеловеческих ценностей. Ключевые слова: общечеловеческие ценности, гуманность, нравственно-этические принципы, духовные ценности, рыночная экономика. Annotation. the article touches on one of the pressing problems of our time - the decent education of the younger generation. The article considers the issues of youth education and the formation of universal values. The article deals with the role of the works of Chingiz Aitmatov in the education of youth. With the transition to a new socio- economic period, the moral and spiritual world of young people is changing, including among students. From this point of view, the task of creating universal human values comes to the forefront, which should become the main unifying factor in the further socio-cultural development of society. The enrichment of the experience of a deep understanding of human values in future teachers contributes to the formation of preparedness of future teachers of vocational training in the future, it is also important to instill in them a system of universal values. This article examines Erich Przywara‘s conceptual understanding of the proofs for the existence of God. It also interprets the proofs of God’s existence. Тhe concept of God in the philosophy of Przywara is considered by exploring the nature of the relations between the transcendent sphere of God and the spiritual world of the human person. From the point of view of historiography, the role of the book “The Analogia entis” by Przywara is highlighted.

In the study, based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, diagnostics and a modeling method, the authors determined indicators of teacher's readiness for educational work, revealed pedagogical conditions and mechanisms to build teacher's readiness for educational work at university.

In the light of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), and the often troubling rush to judgment towards the missionaries by many today, it is well to pause and consider those individuals, flawed as they were, who saw deeper truths in Aboriginal culture than was acknowledged in their day. Consider one known as “Steentje, Little Stone,” in Belgium, and eventually as “Ka Miyohtwat – the good man” among his parishioners. Few Canadian missionaries have had the kind of impact that Roger Vandersteene had upon the Cree of Northern Alberta: he was accorded an extraordinary place in the religious terrain at a time when antagonism towards the role of the Church in residential schools was beginning to swell. This article summarizes some of the key points of his achievement, focusing purposely on his perceptions of his mission and the ramifications for understanding traditional Aboriginal spiritual values. He saw these values expressed most effectively in the close relationship between the spiritual world and the potential for wellness and healing.

The article analyses the main psychological theories and considers the theoretical aspects of the concept of leadership qualities in future teachers. Purpose. The purpose of the publication is scientific study and systematization of experience on this issue, to identify the essential characteristics in the holistic structure of the personality of future teacher leaders in the educational space of Institutions of Higher Education.Methods. In the research were used such a theoretical methods: content analysis, synthesis, classification and generalization of scientific and theoretical provisions of the concept of "leadership qualities" in the modern educational environment. The methodological basis of the article is the scientific concepts of native and foreign researchers who have dealt with issues of leadership and leadership qualities. Different approaches of scientists on understanding the essence of leadership qualities of the individual and their features are considered. The components and criteria of leadership qualities from the standpoint of the psychology of work of the teacher are described. Leadership qualities of future teachers has an important role of the formation.Results. As a result of theoretical and methodological research, we analyzed, systematized and identified the following components of leadership qualities in the holistic structure of the future teacher's personality from the point of view of psychology of pedagogical work: motivational-value, emotional-communicative, organizational-regulatory and reflexive-evaluative.Conclusions. It is concluded that in the conditions of modernization of the educational system the teacher-leader becomes an important strategic resource of all transformations, and is able to generate and perceive innovations, ready to show activity and creativity. Subjectivity and congruence are defined as the fundamental qualities that determine the purposeful development of important personal and professional characteristics that contribute to the development of personality to the position of a leader.Key words: leadership, leadership qualities, future teachers, pedagogical activity. У статті проаналізовано основні психологічні підходи і теорії, розглянуто теоретичні аспекти поняття лідерських якостей у майбутніх педагогів. Мета публікації – наукове вивчення та систематизація досвіду з даної проблематики, виявлення сутнісних характеристик у цілісній структурі особистості майбутніх педагогів-лідерів в освітньому просторі закладу вищої освіти.Методи. Під час проведення дослідження використовувалися такі теоретичні методи: контент-аналіз, синтез, класифікація та узагальнення науково-теоретичних положень поняття «лідерські якості» в системі сучасного освітнього середовища. Методологічну основу статті становлять наукові концепції сучасних вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників, котрі займалися питаннями лідерства та лідерських якостей, зокрема у педагогів. Розглядаються різні підходи та погляди науковців на розуміння сутності лідерських якостей особистості та їхні особливості. Описуються структура, компоненти та критерії лідерських якостей з позиції психології праці педагога. Підкреслюється важлива роль формування лідерських якостей у майбутніх учителів. Результати. У результаті теоретико-методологічного дослідження нами проаналізовано, системати-зовано та виокремлено такі компоненти лідерських якостей у цілісній структурі особистості майбутнього педагога з точки зору психології педагогічної праці: мотиваційно-ціннісний, емоційно-комунікативний, організаційно-регулятивний та рефлексивно-оцінювальний. Висновки. З’ясовано, що в умовах модернізації освітньої системи педагог-лідер стає важливим стратегічним ресурсом усіх перетворень, здатним генерувати і сприймати інновації, готовим проявляти активність і творчість. Основоположними якостями, що зумовлюють цілеспрямований розвиток важливих особистісно-професійних характеристик, які сприяють розвитку особистості до позиції лідера, визначені суб’єктність і конгруентність. Перспективи подальшого дослідження ми вбачаємо в дослідженні лідер-ських якостей та розробленні психолого-педагогічного супроводу в процесі фахової підготовки педагогів.Ключові слова: лідерство, лідерські якості, майбутні педагоги, педагогічна діяльність.

Philology—from the Greek words philologi’ā < philos “friend” and logos “word”—is a multi-faceted field of scholarship within the humanities which in its widest sense focuses on questions of time, history, and literature—with language as the common denominator. Philology is both an academic discipline—there is classical philology, Romance philology, Scandinavian philology, etc.—and a scholarly perspective on language, literature, and culture. The roots of philology go back all the way to the Library of Alexandria, Egypt, where philology began to evolve into a field of scholarship around 300 bce. In Alexandria, the foundations of philology were laid for centuries to come, for example as regards one of its major branches, textual criticism. A characteristic feature of philology past and present is that it focuses on texts in time from an interdisciplinary point of view, which is why philology as an umbrella term is relevant for many fields of scholarship in the 21st century. According to a traditional definition, a philologist is interested in the relationship between language and culture, and by means of language, he or she aims to understand the characteristics of the culture the language reflects. From this point of view, language is mainly a medium. In the analysis of (mostly very old) texts, a philologist often crosses disciplinary borders of different kinds—anthropology, archaeology, ethnology, folkloristics, history, etc.—and makes use of other special fields within manuscript studies, such as codicology (the archaeology of the book), diplomatics (the analysis of documents), paleography (the study of handwriting), philigranology (watermarks), and sphragistics (seals). For a philologist, texts and their languages and contents bear witness to past times, and the philologist’s perspective is often a wide one. The expertise of a philologist is the ability to analyze texts in their cultural-historical contexts, not only from a linguistic perspective (which is a prerequisite for a deep understanding of a text), but also from a cultural and historical perspective, and to explain the role of a text in its cultural-historical setting. In the course of history, philologists have made several contributions to our knowledge of ancient and medieval texts and writing, for example. In the 2010s, the focus in philology is for example on the so-called New Philology or Material Philology and digital philology, but the core of philology remains the same: philology is the art of reading slowly.

Background. This article presents an analysis of the inimitableness of early adolescence and the factors of development of moral awareness during puberty, as well as the methodology for determining moral qualities in students. Methods. Understanding the content of values can vary at different stages of social development and vary in proportion to the social needs of society. It is therefore very difficult to find values that are uniformly universal for different periods. But while this situation has values that are different for different periods and at the same time for different social strata, there are also universal values that are equally important for different historical periods, different cultures, different strata of the population. Results. Adolescents are found to have a sense of social duty, morality, respect for parents, friendship, brotherhood. Adolescents are identified and prevented from misbehaving in the formulation of morality. Being able to feel other people in this way is a manifestation of spiritual values such as altruism, kindness, compassion, love.

The article enlightens the analyze of the system of improving spiritual-moral features, transformation of cognitive and sensual-social, also dialectical unit of individualization of person’s intronization with general human values. Spiritual-moral education, which was developed in our country and enriched with ancient values of our ancestors, leads to improvement of pedagogical process. In the process of the research, there was obtained organization of the process of formation of spiritual-moral features while training future teachers to spiritual-historical values, spiritual-moral bases, professional-educative activities. Spiritual-moral feature as a complicated social phenomenon in the formation process, closely related with national, spiritual, historical, moral and legal factors. At this point, national and spiritual values are not only historical-spiritual heritage of our nation, but also important factors of education and formation of fully complex person. On the basement of the analyze, there were obtained and analyzed that spiritual-moral feature has a complicated structure and covers components such as spiritual-moral knowledge, spiritual-moral skills, spiritual-moral qualifications, spiritual-moral features, spiritual-moral advantages.
