This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment towards Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. This study uses primary data that was collected from questionnaires distributed indirectly (through social media). The population in this study are employee of PwC Indonesia based in Jakarta in the audit division. The samples used in this study are 115 respondents in total that was collected using Slovin formula. The data was processed with Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. Findings of this study show that Work Environment does influence Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. Motivation partially intervenes the influence of Work Environments towards Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara tidak langsung (melalui media sosial). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PwC Indonesia yang berada di Jakarta pada divisi audit. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 responden yang didapatkan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data diproses dengan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.7. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja memang mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai Intervening. Motivasi memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

This study aims is to test and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Smailing Tour Denpasar with population and research sample of all permanent employees that is 90 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, (2) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, (3) the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the employee's performance; (4) the motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for workplace environment to improve employee performance, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the work itself in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by taking into account the effectiveness of employees.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction. Keyword—Role Conflict, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dimediasi stres kerja pada PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis dibantu oleh SEM (Structural equation Model) dengan alat analisis Pls versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci—Konflik Peran, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Turnover Intention in the present study was defined as a situation where employee leaves company due to disturbance in operation, team work dynamics, and unit performance of PT. Patria Migas. This study aims to determine the direct effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover intentions, and the effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The subjects in this study are employees of PT. Patria Migas, with a total of 48 respondents. The model in the study was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) and using software SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the study indicates positive and significant effects both directly of work stress, workload, and work environment on turnover intentions, and mediation of work stress, workload, and work environment turnover intentions mediated by job satisfaction. This study is expected to add insight on turnover intentions and variables such as work stress, workload, work environment an job satisfaction which can create turnover intentions.Keywords: work stress, workload, work environment, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work ability on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Rio Motor Angsana Tanah Bumbu Regency - South Borneo. The research method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) is a multivariate statistical analysis technique used to build, estimate, and test causal relations. Partial Least Square (PLS) estimation method in analyzing SEM and building a desktop-based application for the PLS method that is easy to use. The use of PLS method itself is because it is an alternative method in analyzing SEM models that have small amounts of data and are not normally distributed. This study uses R software to help analyze the use of the PLS method. The results showed that the value of R2 produced was 51%, which meant that the model built was categorized as a good model. In the significance test with a significance level of 5%, the results showed that work motivation and work ability had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) merupakan teknik analisis statistik multivariat yang digunakan untuk membangun, mengestimasi, dan menguji relasi sebab akibat. metode estimasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam menganalisis SEM dan membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis desktop untuk metode PLS yang mudah untuk digunakan. Penggunaan metode PLS sendiri dikarenakan sebagai metode alternatif dalam menganalisis model SEM yang memiliki data berjumlah kecil dan tidak berdistribusi normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan software R untuk membantu menganalisis penggunaan  metode PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R2 yang dihasilkan adalah 51% yang berarti model yang dibangun dikategorikan model yang baik. Pada uji signifikansidengan taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada pada bengkel UD. Abstract. Hedonic motivation, which is often called as intrinsic motivation, plays a role in encouraging a person to use a system to meet their needs. Currently, the popular systems used in the fulfilment of one's needs are games and social media. It has been recorded that the users of Instagram, which has been ranked as the second most popular social media in America, has increased as many as 100 thousand people since the middle of 2016, with the total registered users of 600 million. This development raises a question of what drives a person to use social media. This study aims to identify factors that affect a person to use Instagram based on Hedonic Motivation System Adoption Model (HMSAM). The data were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). After the research was conducted on 245 respondents, the results prove that the motivating factors of a person to use Instagram are perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and control.Keywords: hedonic motivation system adoption system (hmsam), structural equation model (sem), partial least square (pls), social media, instagram. Abstrak. Motivasi hedonis atau sering kali juga disebut dengan motivasi intrinsik berperan dalam mendorong seseorang untuk menggunakan suatu sistem demi memenuhi kebutuhannya. Saat ini sistem yang populer digunakan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan seseorang tersebut adalah game dan social media. Instagram yang menduduki peringkat ke dua sebagai social media terpopuler di Amerika, tercatat mengalami pertumbuhan sebanyak 100 ribu orang sejak pertengahan 2016 dengan total pengguna yang tercatat sebanyak 600 juta orang. Melihat perkembangan tersebut memunculkan pertanyaan apa yang mendorong seseorang untuk menggunakan sosial media. Penelitian ini akan melihat faktor yang mempengaruhi seseorang menggunakan Instagram berdasarkan Hedonic Motivation System Adoption Model (HMSAM) yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). This study aims to determine the motivation of work to mediate the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 2) the effect of training on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 4) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data through research on 62 respondents. Structural Equation is used to analyze data, using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there are 1) positive and significant influence of training on employee performance 2) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance 3) positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through motivation 4) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance through motivation.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor kontekstual dalam pengaruhnya pada intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang telah mengikuti kegiatan BOSS, Business Orientation at Super Suro, yakni kegiatan kompetisi berwirausaha yang diadakan untuk mengasah mental entrepreneurship mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa peserta BOSS, sehingga diperoleh informasi yang berguna bagi evaluasi dan penentuan strategi pelaksanaan BOSS selanjutnya. Faktor kontekstual dipilih dalam penelitian ini, sebagai salah satu faktor yang dianggap penting dalam mempengaruhi intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah mahasiswa peserta BOSS pada tahun 2019. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi program Structural Equation Model (SEM)  Partial Least Square (Smart PLS). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor kontekstual berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa BOSS.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, faktor kontekstual, intensi

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.
