Abstract: Child-friendly learning management is intended with the implementation of management functions in the form of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling in the learning process with regard to the rights of children and without any act of violence in the process implementation of all management functions. Based on the result of the research, the implementation effort is done by using the cycle of learning management function, starting from planning, organizing, directing and controlling of learning. Where in each of the learning management functions, there are various activities to incorporate child-friendly elements and integrate with the inculcation of discipline character for students, especially related to activities before learning, in the learning process and at the end of the learning process. The most urgent demands in the development of quality education and relevant to the needs of the community is increased capacity. School principals should be able to give birth to innovative ideas that are useful for generating policy alternatives in building. The education system is an efficient, high quality and in accordance with the needs of society in various fields of life. Effectiveness of management functions in learning activities with the application of the principles of lesson planning, organizing functions in learning, actuating functions in learning, and monitoring functions in learning activities. Learning management application that includes lesson planning, organizing learning, learning implementation, monitoring/ assessment of learning. Learning management can be seen from the number of new students who are always growing, produce learners who excel both in academic and non academic.

This study aims to determine the differences in learning management implemented in Arabic learning by class XI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sabdodadi Bantul and class XI at Madrasah Aliyah As Sakinah Hidayatullah Sleman Yogyakarta as well as the factors that support and hinder the realization of effective learning. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide input in improving the learning process for all parties, especially Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sabdodadi Bantul and Madrasah Aliyah As Sakinah Hidayatullah Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of the study indicate: Arabic learning management can be seen from the management functions carried out by the teacher, namely: lesson planning, research results show lesson planning such as syllabus, lesson plan (RPP), daily program, semester program and annual program. on the academic calendar that has been agreed upon by the regional office (Kanwil). Meanwhile, MA As Sakinah Hidayatullah uses a curriculum that has been prepared by the madrasah, namely the kurikulum diniyah and the Arabic language learning syllabus is also compiled by the madrasah. As for each planning identity, it is only written for class XI A MA and XI B MA. Because in MA As Sakinah, especially in class XI, there are no majors.

Research in this area is focused on 1) analyzing school-based use of online learning management, 2) finding patterns, 3) explaining how online learning management strategies work, 4) identifying both supporting and inhibiting factors. This study employs a qualitative case study methodology. Students and teachers were the primary and secondary sources of information for this study. Observation, interviews, and documentation are used in this study to gather data. To summarize: (1) the concept of online learning management can use WhatsApp to convey information and Google Classroom for learning; (2) the pattern used in school management is to use four steps of management functions; (3) the strategy used in online learning management is to assign tasks and responsibilities based on the abilities and skills of teachers involved in the online learning process; and (4) For those who lack an Android phone and an Internet connection, it can be challenging to connect to the network. Some teachers and students have difficulty effectively navigating and utilizing various forms of media. It is expected that the findings of this study will be used as a guide for online learning in vocational high schools during the pandemic.

Management in Disaster may be a dynamic method. It includes the classical management functions of turning out with, organizing staffing, leading and dominant. Disaster management would so embrace immediate response, recovery, prevention, mitigation, state, the cycle goes on. Asian country is that the country wherever varied varieties of natural disasters overrun once a year, eg. Floods, drought, earthquakes, cyclones and landslides etc. In Asian country uncountable folks are affected every year and additionally the economic losses caused by varied disasters quantity to a big share of the Gross National Product. Natural Disasters are large economic burdens particularly on economically developing countries as Asian country. Every year, large quantities of resources are mobilized for rescue, relief and rehabilitation works following natural disaster occurrences. In India, a far better analysis of what transforms an event into somebody's and economic disaster reveals that the essential issues of development that the country faces are the precise same issues that contribute to its vulnerability to the harmful effects of natural hazards. This text aims to focus on the importance of GIS and remote sensing that how to boost the presently practiced disaster management programs victimization these techniques.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, upaya implementasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan siklus fungsi manajemen pembelajaran, mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan pembelajaran. Dimana dalam setiap fungsi manajemen pembelajaran tersebut, terdapat beragam kegiatan untuk memasukkan unsur ramah anak dan mengintegrasikan dengan penanaman karakter disiplin bagi peserta didik, khususnya terkait kegiatan sebelum pembelajaran, pada proses pembelajaran dan di akhir proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Karakter Disiplin, Manajemen Pembelajaran, Ramah Anak
