Abstract: Child-friendly learning management is intended with the implementation of management functions in the form of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling in the learning process with regard to the rights of children and without any act of violence in the process implementation of all management functions. Based on the result of the research, the implementation effort is done by using the cycle of learning management function, starting from planning, organizing, directing and controlling of learning. Where in each of the learning management functions, there are various activities to incorporate child-friendly elements and integrate with the inculcation of discipline character for students, especially related to activities before learning, in the learning process and at the end of the learning process. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, upaya implementasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan siklus fungsi manajemen pembelajaran, mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan pembelajaran. Dimana dalam setiap fungsi manajemen pembelajaran tersebut, terdapat beragam kegiatan untuk memasukkan unsur ramah anak dan mengintegrasikan dengan penanaman karakter disiplin bagi peserta didik, khususnya terkait kegiatan sebelum pembelajaran, pada proses pembelajaran dan di akhir proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Karakter Disiplin, Manajemen Pembelajaran, Ramah Anak

This study aims to determine the differences in learning management implemented in Arabic learning by class XI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sabdodadi Bantul and class XI at Madrasah Aliyah As Sakinah Hidayatullah Sleman Yogyakarta as well as the factors that support and hinder the realization of effective learning. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide input in improving the learning process for all parties, especially Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sabdodadi Bantul and Madrasah Aliyah As Sakinah Hidayatullah Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of the study indicate: Arabic learning management can be seen from the management functions carried out by the teacher, namely: lesson planning, research results show lesson planning such as syllabus, lesson plan (RPP), daily program, semester program and annual program. on the academic calendar that has been agreed upon by the regional office (Kanwil). Meanwhile, MA As Sakinah Hidayatullah uses a curriculum that has been prepared by the madrasah, namely the kurikulum diniyah and the Arabic language learning syllabus is also compiled by the madrasah. As for each planning identity, it is only written for class XI A MA and XI B MA. Because in MA As Sakinah, especially in class XI, there are no majors.

One aspect that gets the main attention of every education administrator is regarding educational facilities and infrastructure. Etymologically (language) means a direct tool to achieve educational goals. Educational facilities generally include all equipment and equipment that are directly used and supported in the education process must be in accordance with the learning process such as buildings, classrooms or classrooms, educational equipment or media, desks, chairs, laboratories and so on. All the activities of the Administration of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure cannot run alone without being controlled and monitored, meaning that each activity will be monitored at any time by the leadership of the organization and the cooperation of each other is considered. Supervision is not a rigid arrangement and will limit the space for each management function, but is a coordination and acceleration for all administrative management functions, so that waste of time, energy and costs can be avoided.

This research was conducted based on the problems that often arise in formal education learning. This problem has an impact on learning achievement results obtained by students. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the instructional model nuanced guidance data collection techniques using expert rating scale and user rating scale. The results of this study indicate that the nuanced learning model meets the achievement of student learning outcomes in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, by developing students' knowledge and skills in the form of soft skills and hard skills. Guidance nuanced learning model design consists of learning process planning standards, learning process implementation standards, learning process outcome standards, and learning process control standards.

Pandemi COVID-19 menuntut sektor pendidikan untuk melakukan berbagai perubahan maupun inovasi dan adaptasi demi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran tetap berjalan baik. Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong sektor pendidikan terutama perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan perubahan pada model proses pembelajaran dimana proses pembelajaran berpindah dari pembelajaran konvensional atau tatap muka di kelas menjadi pembelajaran online atau daring. Dengan demikian, tenaga pengajar yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa harus siap beradaptasi dan menghadapi terobosan maupun tantangan baru terhadap perubahan sistem dalam  pembelajaran yang diterapkan perguruan tinggi. Learning Management System (LMS) adalah salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mendukung dan mengelola pembelajaran secara online agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan dengan baik selama pandemic COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode semi deskriptif   kuantitatif. Dimana tujuan  dalam  penelitian ini adalah untuk  menjelaskan pemanfaatan Learning Management System sebagai media pembelajaran online yang digunakan selama pandemic COVID-19. Aplikasi Learning Management System seperti Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, serta SEVIMA Edlink dan LMS yang dikembangkan oleh perguruan tinggi maupun yang disediakan oleh pemerintah sangat bermanfaat sebagai media pembelajaran online atau daring selama pandemi COVID-19. Dimana dengan aplikasi LMS ini, sistem pembelajaran dan komunikasi tetap berjalan dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia dalam aplikasi LMS tersebut.   Kata kunci: komponen; Learning Mangement System, Pembelajaran Online, COVID-19   Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic requires the education sector to make various changes and innovations and adaptations for the implementation of the learning process to continue. The COVID-19 pandemic encouraged the education sector, especially universities, to make changes to the learning process model where the learning process moves from conventional or face-to-face learning in the classroom to online or online learning. Thus, faculty, lecturers and students must be ready to adapt and face breakthroughs and new challenges to the system changes in learning implemented by universities. Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the ways used by universities to support and manage online learning so that the teaching learning process continues well during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a semi-descriptive quantitative method. Where the purpose in this study is to explain the utilization of Learning Management System as an online learning medium used during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learning Management System applications such as Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, and SEVIMA Edlink and LMS developed by universities as well as provided by the government are very useful as online or online learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic. - This research is conducted to identify the measurement of planning budgets and their impact on management function and performance measurement in banks, as well as their impact on various management functions, including long-term planning, with performance measurement. The study found that there is an effect on the use of planning budgets in Jordanian commercial banks by increasing the administrative efficiency and achieving the competitiveness of the bank. The planning budgets contribute to the interpretation of the budget of the bank. Strategic plans, optimal utilization of resources, increased profitability and long-term planning. Budgets reflected the future plans of the banks' general budgets and contributed to timely management decisions. There is also an impact on the process of performance measurement as the budget is a general tool for improving the efficiency of management. It also reflects the expectations of senior management and management control. The bank, which found a contribution in interpreting deviations, has a role in supervising the performance of employees.

Learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic has undergone a fundamental change from a face-to-face learning process to online-based learning to minimize the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Online learning is basically a learning model with internet technology media, so that the learning process can be carried out even though it is in different places. The research method in this research is qualitative research by describing the online learning management process that is carried out at SMP LAB UKSW. The instruments in this research include observation sheets, student opinion questionnaires, and interview guides. The results showed that the online learning process applies management principles which include planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The results of student and teacher opinions show that online learning has a positive perception of 83%. The results of the interview showed that the students felt that they were well facilitated by the online learning process that was conducted at SMP LAB UKSW.

Today many schools, universities and institutions recognize the necessity and importance of using Learning Management Systems (LMS) as part of their educational services. This research work has applied LMS in the teaching and learning process of Bulacan State University (BulSU) Graduate School (GS) Program that enhances the face-to-face instruction with online components. The researchers uses an LMS that provides educators a platform that can motivate and engage students to new educational environment through manage online classes. The LMS allows educators to distribute information, manage learning materials, assignments, quizzes, and communications. Aside from the basic functions of the LMS, the researchers uses Machine Learning (ML) Algorithms applying Support Vector Machine (SVM) that will classify and identify the best related videos per topic. SVM is a supervised machine learning algorithm that analyzes data for classification and regression analysis by Maity [1]. The results of this study showed that integration of video tutorials in LMS can significantly contribute knowledge and skills in the learning process of the students.

This chapter uses legislative changes in the structure of federal intelligence information management in the wake of 9/11 to explore problems that arise from the failure to distinguish the centralization/decentralization and coordination/independence dimensions of regulatory authority. According to the 9/11 Commission, created to investigate the intelligence community's inability to thwart the terrorist attacks, the failure of agencies such as the FBI and the CIA to share information with each other, attributable largely to a lack of coordinated information management, was a major contributing factor. The chapter contends that Congress and the 9/11 Commission's report-on which the former relied in 2004 in enacting the most comprehensive structural reform of the intelligence community in fifty years-erred by seeking to address coordination failures by centralizing aspects of the intelligence community through the creation of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. In addition, neither Congress nor the Commission distinguished clearly among three different information management functions-generation, dissemination, and analysis-in assessing past intelligence failures or selecting reorganizational responses to them. The chapter then uses the intelligence information management context to explore the policy tradeoffs of situating authority along both the centralization/decentralization and coordination/independence dimensions for each information management function.
