A review of Randall-Sundrum model with stressing on radion phenomenology is presented. The radion production in the external electromagnetic field is considered. The total cross sections for the conversions in the presence of the electric field of the flat condenser as well as in the magnetic field of the solenoid are calculated in details. Based on our results a laboratory experiment for production and detection of the light radions may be described.

An attempt is made to present experimental predictions of the Kaluza-Klein based models. We consider the creation of gravitons and dilatons by photons in an external electromagnetic field, namely in the electric field of a flat condenser and in the static magnetic field. The relation between the cross-sections of these two processes is given. A numerical evaluation shows that in the present technical scenario the creation of high frequency gravitons and dilatons may be indirectly observable.

Smart and interactive textiles have been attracted great attention in recent years. This research explored three different techniques and processes in developing textile-based conductive coils that are able to embed in a garment layer. Coils made through embroidery and screen printing have good dimensional stability, although the resistance of screen printed coil is too high due to the low conductivity of the print ink. Laser cut coil provided the best electrical conductivity; however, the disadvantage of this method is that it is very difficult to keep the completed coil to the predetermined shape and dimension. The tested results show that an electromagnetic field has been generated between the textile-based conductive coil and an external coil that is directly powered by electricity. The magnetic field and electric field worked simultaneously to complete the wireless charging process.

The classical processes: the conversion of photons into gravitons in the static electromagnetic fields are considered by using Feynman perturbation techniques. The differential cross-sections are presented for the conversion in the electric field of the flat condenser and the magnetic field of the solenoid. A numerical evaluation shows that the cross-sections may have the observable value in the present technical scenario.

SUTET or the Extra High Voltage Transmission Line of 500 kV has passed through larger residential areas in the community. The aim of study is to provide the description of general health condition of community residing under SUTET in the urban poor of Jakarta and surrounding. The design of study was cross sectional, carried out among 1200 respondents which were taken stratified proportional purposively, based on zones of the electromagnetic field exposures. Data were collected through observation, interview and physical examination. The electric field and the magnetic field exposures were separately measured outside and inside the houses. The highest electromagnetic field exposures were measured at one meter height above the ground , for the electric field 3,1 kV/m. and the magnetic field 550 mA/m or 687,5.10-3µT, were identified in zone 1 0-20 ms. The magnetic field was decreasing gradually through zone2 300mA/m and nearing zero in zone 3. Both the highest electric field and the magnetic field exposures were below the threshold values stated by SNI 2003, 5 kV/m dan 0,1 mT or 80.104 mA/m (note: 1 A/m = 1,25 µT). The highest electric field exposure was identified at one meter height from the ground 2,5 kV/m at 02.00–03.00 hours a.m and the highest magnetic field 2400 mA/m at 12.00-16.00 hours p.m. The biggest portion of houses was poor ( 30 %) were beinghoused for morethan 30 years. The major diseases were found similar in all zones i.e., dental diseases, myopia and hypertension. Keywords: SUTET, zones, physical examination, 10 major diseases.AbstrakJaringan SUTET Perusahaan Listrik Negara banyak melalui daerah pemukiman.
Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites are subject to numerous disturbances related to the Earth’s upper ionosphere. Perturbations induced by the activity of the electromagnetic field (EM) at the upper ionospheric layers have not been fully understood yet. This study focuses on the disturbances shown on GRACE-FO accelerometer measurements when the EM field was disturbed by an intense geomagnetic storm occurred on August 2018. A thorough analysis of the accelerometer measurements of GRACE-C as well as the magnetic and electric field measurements from Swarm constellation is conducted, to enlighten their impulse-response relationship. We derive the temporal variations of the magnetic field by removing the main static field and we calculate the Poynting vector employing the Swarm magnetic field measurements and electric field data, by implementing rigorous data analyses to analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics of the energy flow of the electromagnetic field. Results show that GRACE-C accelerometer measurements are highly disturbed in the higher latitudes especially near the auroral regions. The signature of the spatial temporal variations of the magnetic field and the Poynting vector demonstrates very similar behaviour with GRACE-C disturbances. Cross wavelet analysis between Poynting vector and GRACE-C accelerometer disturbances shows a very strong coherence. With the two LEO missions, i.e. GRACE-FO and Swarm, orbiting the Earth in very similar orbits, further analysis towards integrating their measurements will enhance our understanding of the interaction of LEO satellites with the space environment and how this interaction is depicted in their measurements.

Photon - axion conversions in staticelectromagnetic fields of the size \(a\times b \times c\) areconsidered in detail by the Feynman diagram methods. Thedifferential cross sections are presented and the numericalevaluations of the total cross section are given. Our result showsthat the conversion cross-sections in the electric field are quitesmall, while in the strong magnetic field, the cross-sections are much enhanced, which can be measurable in current experiments.

We reconsider the conversion of the photon into axion in the external electromagnetic fields, namely in the static fields and in a periodic field of the wave guide. The total cross-sections for the conversion are evaluated in detail. The result shows that with strong strength of external electromagnetic fields, the cross-sections are large enough to measure the axion production. In the wave guide, there exists the resonant conversion at the low energies, in which the value of cross-sections is much enhanced.

WHO (World Health Organization) concludes that not much effect is caused by electric field up to 20 kV / m in humans. WHO standard also mentions that humans will not be affected by the magnetic field under 100 micro tesla and that the electric field will affect the human body with a maximum standard of 5,000 volts per meter. In this study did not discuss about the effect of high voltage radiation SUTT (High Voltage Air Channel) with human health. The research will focus on energy utilization of SUTT radiation. The combination of electric field and magnetic field on SUTT (70-150KV) can generate electromagnetic (EM) and radiation waves, which are expected to be converted to turn on street lights around the location of high voltage areas or into other forms. The design of this prototype works like an antenna in general that captures electromagnetic signals and converts them into AC waves. With a capacitor that can store the potential energy of AC and Schottky diode waves created specifically for low frequency waves, make the current into one direction (DC). From the research results obtained the current generated from the radiation is very small even though the voltage is big enough. Keywords : Radiance Energy, Joule Thief, and LED Module.

Ionizing shocks for plane flows with the magnetic field lying in the flow plane are considered. The gas is assumed to be electrically conducting downstream, but non-conducting upstream. Shocks whose downstream state has a normal velocity component less than the slow magneto-acoustic-wave speed and whose upstream state is supersonic are found to be non-evolutionary in the face of plane magneto-acoustic disturbances, unless the upstream electric field in a frame of reference where the gas is at rest is arbitrary. Velocity conditions are also determined for shock stability with the electric field not arbitrary.Shock structures are found for the case of large ohmic diffusion, the initial temperature rise and ionization of the gas being caused by a thin transition having the properties of an ordinary gasdynamic shock. For the case where shocks are evolutionary when the upstream electric field is arbitrary, the shock structure requirements only restrict the electric field by limiting the range of possible values. When shocks are evolutionary with the electric field not arbitrary, they can only have a structure for a particular value of the electric field. Limits to the current carried by ionizing shocks and the effects of precursor ionization are discussed qualitatively.
