The article presents an overview of two areas of psychological well-being, economic rationality and economic thinking, as well as empirical research in the form of tests conducted during the pandemic. The topic of the work is formed at the junction of two disciplines: economic thinking and psychological well-being of the individual. The relevance of this work lies in identifying the relationship at the junction of these disciplines and in studying the experience gained to confirm the hypothesis.

Emotional abuse can be defined as a large behavior pattern which the individual is exposed to and can be compiled as, the abasement, violent attitude, exclusion, continuous criticism, unfulfilled need for love and making someone feel worthless. From this point of view the effect on the well being is a key concern about the individuals exposed to emotional abuse. Accordingly the purpose of this study is determined as to analyze of the relationship between the level of emotional abuse and well being of teacher candidates perceive. For this purpose 438 teacher candidates, who study at the Faculty of Education in Uludağ University, were utilized in the study. In the research descriptive method was used and the data was obtained by “Perceived Emotional Abuse Scale” (Ersanlı, Yılmaz, & Özcan, 2013) and “Psychological Well Being Scale” (Telef, 2013). According to the findings obtained in order to determine the relationship between the psychological well being and the emotional abuse that teacher candidates perceive, correlation and simple linear regression analysis were performed and it is found that there is a significant negative relation in between (p<.01). In addition in terms of the variables of gender, developmental period they are in, department and the level of academic success they perceive, it is discovered that the levels of perceived emotional abuse predict their psychological well being between 12% and 24%.

The main purpose of the study is to examine the relationship of organizational dissent with personal values and psychological well-being. The research data were collected from 272 employees of various public institutions in the province of Kocaeli through a questionnaire. Relationships between variables were analyzed using structural equation model. According to results of the study; self-enhancement has a positive effect on displaced dissent; openness to change has a positive effect on articulated dissent and displaced dissent and, self-transcendence has a positive effect on latent dissent. In addition, the articulated dissent has a positive effect on psychological well-being. So, this study presents important results about the individual antecedents and consequences of organizational dissent.

Рассматривается проблема психологического благополучия одних и тех же работников в профессиональной, экономической (материальной) и других сферах жизни. Актуальность исследования определяется недостаточной изученностью данной проблемы в отечественной психологии. Цель исследования состояла в выявлении связей показателей психологического благополучия личности работников, их субъективного профессионального и экономического благополучия. Проведено эмпирическое исследование связей показателей психологического благополучия личности, профессионального и экономического благополучия сотрудников налоговой службы России (260 чел.). Использовался корреляционный анализ Пирсона. Выявлены тесные прямые связи рассматриваемых показателей. The problem of psychological well-being of the same employees in professional, economic (material) and other spheres of life is considered. The relevance of the study is determined by the lack of knowledge of this problem in Russian psychology. The aim of the study was to identify the relationships between indicators of psychological well-being of employees, their subjective professional and economic well-being. An empirical study of the relationship between the indicators of psychological well-being of the individual, professional and economic well-being of employees of the Tax Service of Russia (260 people) was conducted. Pearson's correlation analysis was used. Close direct connections of the considered indicators are revealed.
