At present in Europe and Russia there are active discussions of the next mega stage of human social and economic development. It concerns the Industry 5.0 concept. In 2020–2021 members of scientific research and technological organizations discussed the aspects of Industry 5.0 at a number of well-known European and Russian forums. Major attention was paid to technologies maintaining Industry 5.0. As a result the world scientific community reached a consensus on two fronts: firstly, on integration of opportunities of the existing technologies of Industry 4.0 with the human-oriented approach of Industry 5.0 which will give way to harmonious interaction of human intelligence with cognitive calculations; and, secondly, on integration of human and machine intelligence to create collective intelligence which will make it possible to avoid technological singularity in future as well as provide for simultaneous humans’ evolution and technologies’ development. These will become the basis for creating a fundamentally new social, economic and cultural strategy of the society’s development for the coming decades. The strategy is based on applying collective intelligence and meta-system technologies in all spheres of life. For the first time in the world scientific practice the authors introduce the concept of Industry 5.0 as a cyber social system which allows the alliance of human and artificial intelligence aimed at creating collective super intelligence and becomes a source of harmonious technological development of human civilization. The authors present a neuro-ecosystem model of Industry 5.0 concept which will make it possible to set the task of implementing the systems of global meta-system strategized development of cognitive production and industry. Such systems are established as part of organization of cognitive production and new types of social and economic, cyber-social and industrial ecosystems by means of implementing collective intelligence and neuro-digital meta-technologies. This is the first stage of a new evolution process of developing Industry 4.0 concept, transition to Industry 5.0 and to meta-system transformations economics.

Revolution Industry 4.0 is one of the biggest era in this century, because in this era the big technological development happening around the world with some of the creation is Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence is one of the technology that exist in the world and can resembles like a human in the other hand Artificial Intelligence can do what actually human do for example Learning, Planning, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, any many more. Therefore several countries using it in the court. Artificial Intelligence use it as evidence to prove some case and made prosecutor, judge and lawyer easier to work. However, in Indonesia there wasn’t the law about Artificial Intelligence therefore it would be difficult to use it in the court as evidence because according to several sources in procedural law there are some valid evidence that can only use in the court. However, the crime that happen in Indonesia usually related to technology made all the government have to forming the law about the Artificial Intelligence.

With the Industry 4.0 (I4.0) beginning, the world is witnessing an important technological development. The success of I4.0 is linked to the implementation of enabling technologies, including Machine Learning, which focuses on the machines’ ability to receive a series of data and learn on their own. The present research aims to systematically analyze the existing literature on the subject in various aspects, including publication year, authors, scientific sector, country, institution and keywords. Understanding and analyzing the existing literature on Machine Learning applied to predictive maintenance is preparatory to recommend policy on the subject.

With Industry 4.0 and another round of scientific and technological reform and development, industrial reform and development, the latest economic development, and the escalating complexity of the upcoming problems faced by human beings all over the world, there is an urgent need for cross-compounding between disciplines and disciplines, resulting in emerging engineering majors. In response to these situations, the article analyzes the characteristics, necessity, and main problems faced by the construction and talent cultivation of emerging engineering majors with multidisciplinary cross-composite and discusses the new initiatives of building emerging engineering majors with multidisciplinary cross-composite and innovative talent cultivation to encourage the cultivation of brave exploration and innovation, cultivate innovative talents with unique insights, and promote innovation and breakthroughs in economic, social, and scientific and technological development needs. Finally, the article takes mechanical and electronic engineering as an example to explore how the crossover and integration between several important aspects of the construction of emerging engineering majors are effectively carried out in order to provide certain reference and reference for the construction of related emerging engineering disciplines and majors.

The study aims to formalize the problems of Industry 4.0 formation in the Donbas from the standpoint of evolutionary economics and substantiate the directions for their solution. The general theoretical foundations of the work are based on a combination of the principles of free will and historical determinism. From the standpoint of free will in society there are two sets: (1) subjects, (2) objects. Subjects are characterized by the presence of (A) a strategy and (B) a resource (for its implementation). From the standpoint of historical determinism, certain scenarios and laws of interaction operate in the world (within the framework of the world-system approach; institutional and evolutionary economics). Within the framework of progressive economics and technological development (evolutionary determinism), significant problems are observed in the development of V-VI waves of innovation in the Donbas. The main reason for both the technological backwardness and the ongoing conflict in Donbas is the behavior model of Ukrainian and foreign large capitals. The main difference between the behavior model of Ukrainian capital is that it views the state as an instrument of budget redistribution and privatization in its favor of state property, that is why the formula “money” - “power” - “money plus” is constantly being reproduced. As a result, concerning the state power, domestic capital is divided into “pro-government” and “oppositional” capital. Large foreign capital sees its own government as a tool for lobbying its interests in the international arena. On the territory of Ukraine, there are conditional aggregates: "western" and "eastern" capitals. The combination of the activities of internal and external actors in Ukraine forms the "Ukrainian cross" configuration, within which two basic contradictions are recorded: between "pro-government" and "opposition" capital, on the one hand, and a group of "western" and "eastern" capitals, on the other. The regime of constant confrontation determines the focus of all groups of actors to extract rent and not investment profit. The conflict in Donbas, which began in 2014, not only worsened the structure of the economy (its compliance with Industry 4.0) both in the territories “controlled” and “not controlled” by the central government, but also reduced investment activity. The main direction for changing the situation in Donbas, from the standpoint of implementing the principle of free will by representatives of big business, is the transformation of the profile of domestic capital to consolidate its negotiating power in the foreign arena and ensure a peaceful settlement of the ongoing conflict.

Throughout history the development of the countries has been generated mainly by the impulse in two complementary axes: Science and Technology, and Trade. At present we are experiencing an exponential scientific and technological development and the Economy in all its fronts is driven by the intensive application of technology. According to these considerations, this research tries to expose the development of Innovation Management as a transversal mechanism to promote the different socioeconomic areas and especially those supported by engineering. To this end, use will be made of Technology Watch in order to identify the advances of the main research centres related to innovation in the world. Next, there will be an evaluation of the main models of Innovation Management and related methodologies that expose some of the existing Innovation Observatories in the world to finally make a proposal for Innovation Management applicable to the reality of Peru, so that it can be taken into consideration by stakeholders (Government, Academy, Business and Civil Society) committed to Innovation Management in the country

The world of work has been impacted by technology. Work is different than it was in the past due to digital innovation. Labor market opportunities are becoming polarized between high-end and low-end skilled jobs. Migration and its effects on employment have become a sensitive political issue. From Buffalo to Beijing public debates are raging about the future of work. Developments like artificial intelligence and machine intelligence are contributing to productivity, efficiency, safety, and convenience but are also having an impact on jobs, skills, wages, and the nature of work. The “undiscovered country” of the workplace today is the combination of the changing landscape of work itself and the availability of ill-fitting tools, platforms, and knowledge to train for the requirements, skills, and structure of this new age.

AbstractShipping plays an important role in the world, transporting over 80% of international trade and employing over 1.5 million seafarers. The maritime industry, including shipbuilding and equipment manufacturing, is extensive. Both of these interconnected businesses are facing rapid change caused by increasingly speedy technological development and the tightening of environmental regulation. This survey-based research analyzes the current and future competence needs of firms operating in maritime logistics and the maritime industry. The findings indicate that in both contexts, the increasing importance of various general competences is understood and the need is recognized in particular to improve those related to environmental regulation as well as technology and automation. Overall, the gap between current and desired levels of competence is expected to widen. In terms of education, this is likely to affect vocational training and university-level learning differently in that functional competences are emphasized more in the former and social and meta-competences in the latter.

Objectives: The emerging COVID-19 pandemic has caused one of the world’s worst health disasters compounded by social confusion with misinformation, the so-called “Infodemic”. In this paper, we discuss how open technology approaches - including data sharing, visualization, and tooling - can address the COVID-19 pandemic and infodemic. Methods: In response to the call for participation in the 2020 International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA) Yearbook theme issue on Medical Informatics and the Pandemic, the IMIA Open Source Working Group surveyed recent works related to the use of Free/Libre/Open Source Software (FLOSS) for this pandemic. Results: FLOSS health care projects including GNU Health, OpenMRS, DHIS2, and others, have responded from the early phase of this pandemic. Data related to COVID-19 have been published from health organizations all over the world. Civic Technology, and the collaborative work of FLOSS and open data groups were considered to support collective intelligence on approaches to managing the pandemic. Conclusion: FLOSS and open data have been effectively used to contribute to managing the COVID-19 pandemic, and open approaches to collaboration can improve trust in data.

Abstract Industry 4.0 is a great opportunity and a tremendous challenge for every role of society. Our study combines complex network and qualitative methods to analyze the Industry 4.0 macroeconomic issues and global supply chain, which enriches the qualitative analysis and machine learning in macroscopic and strategic research. Unsupervised complex graph network models are used to explore how industry 4.0 reshapes the world. Based on the in-degree and out-degree of the weighted and unweighted edges of each node, combined with the grouping results based on unsupervised learning, our study shows that the cooperation groups of Industry 4.0 are different from the previous traditional alliances. Macroeconomics issues also are studied. Finally, strong cohesive groups and recommendations for businessmen and policymakers are proposed.
