Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 75 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that job characteristics in the category is appropriate with the score 86%, job satisfaction is in the high category with a score 85% and job performance is in high category with a score 87%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance issues on employee. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of dicipline, work culture and organizational behavior citizenship.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 90 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that work dicipline in the category is appropriate with a score 65,5% , work culture is in the high category with a score 72,8%, and organizatonal citizenship behavior is in high category with a score 66,2%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription the influence of knowledge management implementation toward employee performance in Bandung city revenue Management agency.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 74 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that knowledge managemnt in the category is good with a score 81,9% , and employee performence is in high category with a score 86%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

 Purpose - The purpose of this study is to know the description of discipline, job performance and promotion positions.Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. An employee analysis unit of 96 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results showed that the work discipline is in the category quite appropriate with the score of 75.4%, job performance in high category with score 76.9% and job promotion in the high category with score 77.9%.Originality/value - This research provides a fundamental understanding for issues of work discipline, job performance and promotion. The difference of this research with the previous research is the object of research that is studied in service sector, theory and reference used are the latest theories.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze empowerment training and job satisfaction.The design / methodology / approach - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 50 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that training in the good category, empowerment in the good category, and job satisfaction in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the training and empowerment on job satisfaction. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kuningan branch office, training variable, empowerment and job satisfaction, and references used by researchers with previous researchers.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to knowing the description of working communiacation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 57 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results indicate that the description of working communication is in effective category according to score of representative 81,3%, job satisfaction is in high category according to score of representative 79,3 %  , and employee performance is in high category according to score of representative 77,8%. Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of working  communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the retail industry that is Toserba Yogya Cabang Sunda Bandung, with the variables studied namely working communication, job satisfaction, and employee performances, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the picture quality of information, shopping enjoyment and purchasing decisionsDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 240 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the study using descriptive analysis, the results obtained the quality of information is in very high category with a score of 83.95%, shopping enjoyment and purchase decisions are in high category with a score of 83.88% and 83.30% respectively.Originality/value -  This research provides a basis for understanding work environment issues, job satisfaction and employee loyalty. The difference of this research with the previous research is located on the object which is the company of onlineshop Instagram Gadget Room, with the variables studied are the quality of information, shopping enjoyment, and using theory or reference different from previous researchers

Purpose - The purpose of this paper was to be found out the influence factors of the dominant country of origin against purchasing decisions on local brandDesign/methodology/approach – the design of the research was a cross-sectional design. This research used verification approach with survey method. A total of 200 respondents were chosen as using non probability sampling. A survey questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect the data from respondents. The analysis technique used SEM analysis tools'Findings - Quality of information and transaction security has influenced on purchase decisions online simultaneously and partially.Originality/value - The paper provides a basis to understand the issues of purchasing decisions on local brand in Indonesia. Aim – The aim of the research was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research design was cross sectional method. This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. The difference of the research and  the previous research was in its object aspect, which was West Java Regional Civil Service Agency in Bandung with the observed variables; emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior by using different theories and references from previous research.

Objective - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of after sale service to repeat purchase intention nissan users on facebook. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research use explanatory survey method. A total of 51 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of Cluster random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis. Findings - Based on the results of research using analysis of verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that After sale service has a positive influence on repeat purchase intention with the influence of being. Originality / value -The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is Nissan User  on Facebook, with variables studied that is After Sale Service and Repeat Purchase Inention, and use theory or reference different from previous researcher.
