This research is focused on the factors that influence the implementation of knowledge management at Learning Center Group PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)which are transformational leadership and organizational culture. This research uses the explanatory survey method, collecting data with questionnaire from the 54 officers as population at Learning Center Group PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The data analysis used is Path Analysis Model to identify the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The t-test and F-test are used as statistical test. The findings indicate that the simultaneously effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture is 0,5604 (56,04%). Based on path analysis, coefficient of X1to Y and X2 to Y both are positive, which mean that statistically transformational leadership and organizational culture have effect to knowledge management implementation, however transformational leadership is less significant. Partially, transformational leadership has 1,6% effect and organizational culture has 51,2% effect to knowledge management.

The purpose of this research is to give further description how leadership factor and organizationalr cultural factor can contribute or related to the performance gained by the tutors in the organization by looking at (a) the relation between leadership style and tutor’s performance, (b) the relation between organizational culture and tutor’s performance, and (c) the relation between leadership style and organizational culture with tutor’s performance. This positivistic research employed survey method and conducted in Community Learning Center (SKB) Limboto, Gorontalo District, as from September through November 2014. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the tutors, interviewing informant, and studying the document and then analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study indicates (a) leadership style has significant relation with the tutor’s performance, (b) organization culture has significant relation with tutor’s performance, and (c) between leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously has significant relation with tutor’s performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, organizational climate and work commitment on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of The Department of Education and Culture in Banten Province. The research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. To analyze the effect of exogenous variables on the endogenous variables, the path analysis was used. As for respondents, samples of 66 employees were taken. The result of the research indicated that (1) compensation had positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (2) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (3) work commitment had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employee, (4) compensation had a positive direct influence on work commitment, and (5) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees. Thus, improving employees’ performance can be done with increased compensation, good organizational climate, and work commitment.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi, Kejelasan Tugas, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Perawat dan Profesional Kerja juga untuk menganalisa pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Profesional Kerja Perawat di RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Model path analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung seperangkat variabel bebas (eksogen) terhadap variabel terikat (endogen). Model path analysis yang dibicarakan adalah pola hubungan sebab akibat atau “a set of hypothesized causal asymmetric relation among the variables”. Kata Kunci : Dukungan Organisasi, Kejelasan Tugas; Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi dan Profesional  Kerja.   Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, clarity of tasks, work environment on employee motivation and work professionalism as well as to analyze the effect of work motivation on professional work employees of RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. The path analysis model is used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in order to determine the direct and indirect effect of a set of independent (exogenous) variables on the dependent variable (endogenous). The path analysis model discussed is a pattern of causal relationships or "a set of hypothesized causal asymmetric relations among the variables". Little empirical research has looked at casual relationships between transformational leadership,trust and performance impacts on the OCB. Also there is minimal attention to the impact of specific facet oftransformational leadership, trust and performance on OCB of employee BRI Syariah Malang. The purpose ofthis study was to investigate casual relationships through testing path analysis model. This is explanatoryresearch which has goal o test defined hypothesis on the influence of of transformational leadership, trust andperformance toward the OCB of employee. The research population involved 58 employee of BRI SyariahMalang. Quistionnaire is used as research instruments in this research.The result of the research analysisproves transformational leadership, trust and performance give significant influence on the OCB employee.Based on finding, it si further suggested that leader on BRI Syariah Malang should give more attention to thetransformational leadership, trust and performance. The result of this research proves that transformationalleadership, trust and performance give significant influence on OCB.

The research objective is to analyze the direct impact of leadership toward transfer knowledge and work effectiveness in Boven Digoel. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (path analysis) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The research distributed questionnaires to 89 respondents of officers assigned at the secretariat office in Boven Digoel Regency. On the basis of statistical results, it was found that leadership can be said to have impacted positively and significant knowledge transfer and work effectiveness. The knowledge transfer also has a positive impact on work effectiveness.
