This study aimed to determine the influence of The Role of Principal Leadership Situasional and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 38 teachers of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that The Role of Principal Leadership Situasional and Organizational Culture a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance simultaneously. Therefore, the Teacher Performance can be improved through improving The Role of Principal Leadership Situasional and Organizational Culture. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale.  Responden adalah 38 guru di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan swasta di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru secara simultan. Oleh karena itu, Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work discipline  on teacher performance. The research method used survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 45 teachers of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work discipline  have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Therefore, performance of teacher can be improved though improving work discipline.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale. Responden adalah 45 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh sebab itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan disiplin kerja.

Research aimed to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogic competence and student learning motivation on student learning outcomes. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire likert scale models. Respondents are 64 students of Vocational High School in Bandung. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed: (1) the teacher pedagogic competence is in good enough category, student's learning motivation and student's learning result are in medium category, (2) pedagogic competence of teacher and student's learning motivation influences student learning result either partially or simultaneously .ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa.  Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model likert scale. Responden adalah 64 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori cukup baik, motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, (2) kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi di sekolah dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi. Implikasinya adalah adanya kebutuhan untuk Kepala Sekolah atau pemimpin lainnya dalam mengambil tindakan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: kinerja guru, budaya organisasi, motivasi ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND MOTIVATION AS PREDICTORS OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLThe purpose of this study was to analyze influence organizational culture and motivation to teacher performance. This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 64 employee in Purwakarta. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Therefore, employee job satisfaction can be improved through the improvement of a conducive working environment.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale.  Responden adalah 64 pegawai di Purwakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Oleh karena itu, kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.

Research aimed to analyze influence learning facilities and teaching methods as a factor in affecting student  learning outcomes. The research method used explanatory survey method. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale 5 scale models. Respondents are 70 students of vocational high school in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using simple regression. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The result revealed that the learning facilities and teaching methods to learn both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward students learning outcomes.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan metode mengajar guru sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi  hasil belajar peserta didik. The purpose of this study was  to analyze the influence of principal’s managerial skills and quality culture on teacher performance. The research method used survey method. Data collection techniques used a rating scale scale questionnaire with scores ranging from 1 to 5. Respondents are 90 teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Thus the performance of teachers can be improved through improving the principal's managerial skills and quality culture.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu
