This study aimed to determine the influence of work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 64 employee in Purwakarta. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Therefore, employee job satisfaction can be improved through the improvement of a conducive working environment.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale.  Responden adalah 64 pegawai di Purwakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Oleh karena itu, kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work discipline  on teacher performance. The research method used survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 45 teachers of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work discipline  have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Therefore, performance of teacher can be improved though improving work discipline.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale. Responden adalah 45 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh sebab itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan disiplin kerja.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

<em>To determine the effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely through the causal type inferential analysis. This research seeks to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti with 440 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 82 people. Collecting data in this study using a closed questionnaire. The analysis method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, then 1). There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction. 2). There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. 3). There is a significant influence between work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti.</em>

This article aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. The research method used Expalanatory Survey method with data collection technique used questionnaire. Respondents are 80 students grade eleventh from Office Administration major of a vocational high school in Lembang, selected by used sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the research revealed that: (1) the classroom management is in the quite effective category, (2) the students' learning discipline is in the moderate category, and (3) there is a significant influence of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. Therefore, students’ learning discipline can be improved through increased classroom management by teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan disiplin belajar siswa serta ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada sebuah SMK di Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ekspalanatory Survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Respondennya berjumlah 80 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, artinya disiplin belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine a description of the work environment, job stress and job satisfaction of PT Denko Wahana Industri employees, to test and analyze the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT Denko Wahana Industri, to test and analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction. PT Denko Wahana Industri. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this research is descriptive explanatory. This study was conducted on 154 employees, with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a survey method, namely distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program. The results of PLS show that there is a significant influence on the work environment and job stress on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: work environment, job stress, and job satisfaction, PT Denko Wahana Industri

This assessment intends to see the influence of vertical communication and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The study used three variables, namely vertical communication, work environment and job satisfaction. This assessment is a descriptive quantitative research. There is a population of 79 teachers in this study, with sampling using a total sampling technique. Then obtained a sample of 79 teachers. The data collection technique used a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, to see which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The acquisition of this study obtained: 1) vertical communication has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 2) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang as seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 3) vertical communication and work environment together have  a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value . 0.000 <0.05.Keywords : komunikasi vertikal, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Work Stress on The Work Satisfaction of the Go-jek Driver Partners (go-ride) Bandung Area in the Covid-19 Pandemic both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the descriptive and verificative method with data collection using field research and literature research. The population in this study is the driver-partner of PT GO-JEK Indonesia Central Bandung Region. The sample used as many as 115 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that: 1) there is a significant influence together (simultaneously) of financial compensation and work stress on the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. 2) Financial compensation affects the variable Job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. If the financial compensation is getting better, then the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners will increase, as well as if the financial compensation gets worse than the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners will decrease. 3) Work stress has a significant and negative effect on the variable Work satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. If work stress increases, it will decrease the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. Likewise, if work stress decreases it will increase the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners.
