This research is motivated by low level of competency skill of Office Administration skill by learner on Office Administration. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs, obtain a description of the level of control of the competence of office administration expertise by learners, and to determine whether there is influence from the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs to mastering the competence of administrative office skills by participants educate. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method used is explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires. Members of the sample are 58 learners who have implemented prakerin program on Office Administration. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research, obtained information that the implementation of industrial work programs in the category of very effective and control of the competence of office administration by students are in the high category. In addition, the results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of prakerin implementation to the mastery of the competence of office administration expertise by the learners of 17.78% in the Office Administration. Based on the results of the research, the authors suggest that the parties involved in the implementation of prakerin maintain and or improve the effectiveness of prakerin implementation in order to improve the mastery of the competence of administrative skills of the Office by the learners, especially in the supervision and guidance by the school / industry supervisor / mentor to the participants educated during prakerin implementation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri, memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari efektivitas pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri terhadap penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Anggota sampel yaitu 58 peserta didik yang sudah melaksanakan program prakerin pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri berada pada kategori sangat efektif dan penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efektivitas pelaksanaan prakerin terhadap penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik sebesar 17,78% pada pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka sarannya adalah  agar pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan prakerin mempertahankan dan atau meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan prakerin guna meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik terutama dalam aspek pengawasan dan bimbingan oleh tenaga/pembimbing dari pihak sekolah dan industri terhadap peserta didik selama pelaksanaan prakerin.

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of e-filing on compliance of individual taxpayers in North Badung Primary Tax Office with tax dissemination and internet understanding as moderating variables. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents out of 26,624 populations of individual taxpayers in North Badung Primary Tax Office in 2019. The data analysis technique used are simple linear regression test and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) interaction test. The results showed that the application of e-filing has a positive and significant effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers in North Badung Primary Tax Office. Tax socialization and internet understanding was not able to moderate the effect of implementing e-filing on the Obligatory Compliance of Individuals in North Badung Primary Tax Office. The aim of this research is to know the influence of learning motivation to students competence. The method used is survey method with data analysis technique is simple linear regression test. Data in this research getable by distribute a questionnaire with Likert scale to one population that consists of 47 students vocational high school in Bandung. Research result show that learning motivation and students competence is in the quite category and can be concluded that learning motivation has positive influence to students competence. Based on these, required the cooperation of all parties: school, family, and environment to help increase students learning motivation for increase their competence.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kompetensi siswa. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode survey dengan teknik analisis data yaitu uji regresi linier sederhana. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat dengan cara menyebarkan angket dengan skala likert pada satu populasi yang terdiri dari 47 orang siswa salah satu SMK di Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar dan kompetensi siswa berada pada kategori cukup serta dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kompetensi siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan kerjasama dari semua pihak yaitu sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan sekitar untuk membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar para siswa agar kompetensi mereka juga ikut meningkat.

This research aimed to obtain (1) an overview of e-logistics on Marketplace Lazada, (2) an overview of customer satisfaction on Marketplace Lazada, (3) the amount of influence of e-logistics towards customer satisfaction on Marketplace Lazada. Research method used is explanatory survey The sample used in this research are 70 respondents. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression by using computer software which is SPSS 24.0 for Windows. The result of this research shows that eulogistic is in a high category, also customer satisfaction in a high category. E-logistics has a positive influence and significant towards customer satisfaction.

The aim that will be achieved in this research is to investigate the influence of teachers' social support to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City. The research method used is quantitative, with a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The number of respondents involved in this study was as much as 35 students, and the sampling techniques used were random sampling. The results showed that the teacher's social support contributed positively and significantly to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City. (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). While the contributions of effective teachers ' social support variables the teachers to the motivation of achievement of 58.8%, and the remaining 41.2% are influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The results of this research proved that the increasing teachers' social support, the increase also the motivation of achievement of students.

Speaking skills are very important in learning Arabic. However, until now many students have difficulty speaking with Arabic language, because speaking skills must be based on confidence to be able to express and speak correctly and well. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the Talking Stick Method on students' speaking skills in learning Arabic. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted in class VIII A MTs. Al-Amien Putri 1 with a population of 34 students. Data collection techniques used in this study, there are three methods, namely questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is a simple linear regression test with the help of a Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) For Windows versi 16.0. Based on the research results indicate that F count = 7,548 with a significance level of 0,010 < 0,05, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between the Talking Stick method variable (X) on the speaking skill variable (Y).

Abstract Education has an important role in facing the challenges of life, especially for humans in everyday life. Education as an effort to develop the ability of individual potentials so as to live optimally both as a person and as a member of society and have the moral and social as a guide of his life. The ultimate goal of an education cannot be separated from learning outcomes. Learning outcomes obtained by students are one indicator of the success of students in class in participating in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of motor motion on cooperative learning type SAVI assisted media crank on the theme of 8 subtema 1 to the results of the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Bulak Subdistrict Rowosari Kendal. Data analysis technique used is description of analysis with simple linear regression test. The results showed that motor movement variable on cooperative learning type SAVI have an effect on student learning outcomes.  Keywords: Motion Motion, Cooperative Learning Type SAVIAbstrakPendidikan mempunyai peranan penting dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan khususnya bagi manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan akhir sebuah pendidikan tidak lepas dari hasil belajar. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan siswa di kelas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gerak motorik pada pembelajara kooperatif tipe SAVI berbantu media engklek pada tema 8 subtema 1 terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Bulak Kecamatan Rowosari Kendal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi analisis dengan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara signifkan variabel gerak motorik pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SAVI berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Gerak Motorik, Pembelajaran Kooperatif  Tipe SAVI

This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business experience and mentoring on the income of farmers participating in the Lumbung Desa-Sinergi Foundation program in Cibaeud Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sampling technique is saturated sampling twith 68 respondents. Linear regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The results show that productive zakat and business experience have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income, while the assistance has a positive but not significant effect.

This study aims to determine the influence of advertising, price, and brand trust on Revlon cosmetics purchase decision of the undergraduate students of Diponegoro University. Type of research is explanatory research with the population undergraduate students of Diponegoro University, and the number of sample taken is 100. The data collection techniques are questionnaire, documents, and literature review. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques are correlation test data analysis, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test using IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded there is a positive and significant influence between advertising, price, and brand trust on purchase decision partially and simultaneously (together). There are other factors that influence the Purchase Decision. Therefore it can be advised that Revlon has to evaluate their message in Revlon advertisement, increase the discount frequency on certain events, and add some product variants.
