This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality indicators on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Bank BNI Pondok Gede Plaza, Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that reliability was dominant than the other service quality indicators in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on earnings at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research uses associative research methods. The population used in this study is the entire consolidated financial statements of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk for 13 years from 2006 with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the sample used is 6 years from 2013-2018. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 16 for windows. From the research conducted, the results show that the capital structure has no effect and is not significant to profit. This can be seen from the results of the t test conducted tcount obtained 1.661 <ttable 2.776, and sig value 0.172> 0.05, it can be concluded that the Capital Structure variable has no effect and is not significant on Profit. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap laba pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh laporan keuangan konsolidasi PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk selama 13 tahun dari tahun 2006dengan Teknik sampling yang digunakanyaitu purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan yaitu 6 tahun dari tahun 2013-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS 16 for windows. Dari penelitian yang yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil yaitu Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Laba.  Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji t yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai thitung 1,661 < ttabel 2,776, dan nilai sig 0,172 > 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Laba.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether there is an effect of scouting education activities on increasing the value of the social care character of students at MTs Plus Al-Hadi. In this study, researchers used a regression quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 71 students. The data analysis technique used statistical formulas, namely simple linear regression and multiple regression. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. From the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) based on the results of the tcount of 2.782 and ttable of 1.66724, (tcount> ttable) the coaching pattern variable has an influence on increasing the value of social care character in MTs Plus Al-Hadi; 2) Based on the results of tcount of 5.386 and ttable of 1.66724, (tcount> ttable) the activeness of participating in scouts has an effect on increasing the value of social care character in MTs Plus Al-Hadi; 3) Fcount: 16.535 and Ftable 3.13; means Fcount> Ftable at a 5% error rate, the significance level is 0.000 <0.05 (= 5%), then scouting activities have an influence on increasing the value of social care characters in MTs Plus Al-Hadi.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kegiatan pendidikan kepramukaan terhadap peningkatan nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa MTs Plus Al-Hadi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus statistik yaitu regresi linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Berdasarkan hasil thitung 2,782 dan ttabel 1,66724, (thitung> ttabel) variabel pola pembinaan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai karakter peduli sosial. di MTs Plus Al-Hadi; 2) Berdasarkan hasil thitung sebesar 5,386 dan t tabel sebesar 1,66724 (thitung> ttabel) keaktifan mengikuti pramuka berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai karakter peduli sosial di MTs Plus Al-Hadi; 3) Fhitung: 16.535 dan Ftabel 3.13; Berarti Fhitung> Ftabel pada taraf kesalahan 5%, taraf signifikansi 0,000 <0,05 (= 5%), maka kegiatan pramuka berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai karakter peduli sosial di MTs Plus Al-Hadi.

This research is motivated by low level of competency skill of Office Administration skill by learner on Office Administration. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs, obtain a description of the level of control of the competence of office administration expertise by learners, and to determine whether there is influence from the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work programs to mastering the competence of administrative office skills by participants educate. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method used is explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires. Members of the sample are 58 learners who have implemented prakerin program on Office Administration. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research, obtained information that the implementation of industrial work programs in the category of very effective and control of the competence of office administration by students are in the high category. In addition, the results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of prakerin implementation to the mastery of the competence of office administration expertise by the learners of 17.78% in the Office Administration. Based on the results of the research, the authors suggest that the parties involved in the implementation of prakerin maintain and or improve the effectiveness of prakerin implementation in order to improve the mastery of the competence of administrative skills of the Office by the learners, especially in the supervision and guidance by the school / industry supervisor / mentor to the participants educated during prakerin implementation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri, memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari efektivitas pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri terhadap penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Anggota sampel yaitu 58 peserta didik yang sudah melaksanakan program prakerin pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri berada pada kategori sangat efektif dan penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efektivitas pelaksanaan prakerin terhadap penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik sebesar 17,78% pada pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka sarannya adalah  agar pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan prakerin mempertahankan dan atau meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan prakerin guna meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik terutama dalam aspek pengawasan dan bimbingan oleh tenaga/pembimbing dari pihak sekolah dan industri terhadap peserta didik selama pelaksanaan prakerin.

Indonesia as a predominantly Muslim country has tremendous zaqah potential. Every year, the acquisition of zaqah in Indonesia increases drastically. Of course many things have been done by zaqah institutions to attract muzakki in paying zaqah, such as advertising by using public figures. This study aims to determine the effect of zaqah endorse celebrity on the motivation of tithe. The authors conducted the research by quantitative approach. The sampling technique was by judgment sampling method. The sample in this study was the muzakki who ever tithe at Dompet Dhuafa in Yogyakarta. Simple linear regression with SPSS program was used in data processing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the Celebrity Endorse variable has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of tithe. This study aims to prove the influence of program pemutihan motor vehicle tax (PKB), free transfer of name (BBNKB), and socialization taxation to the taxpayer to pay motor vehicle tax SAMSAT office Brebes. The population of this study are all motor vehicle texpayers registered at   SAMSAT Brebes Joint Office. This sample used in this research is accidental sampling method is the technique of determining the sample by chance, ie anyone who by chance met with the researchers. Data were collected by survey method with questionnaires, and questionnaires were eligible for 100 questionnaires. Data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed partialy had an affect that program pemutihan motor vehicle tax (PKB) with significant value 0,000 < 0,005, free transfer of name (BBNKB) with significant value 0,013 < 0,05,and socialization with significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously all variabels had an effect on taxpayer to pay motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Brebes Joint Office with significant value 0,000 < 0,05.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.
