System storage of fodder raw material inventory in the warehouse still done manually record it in a book Raw Materials Inventory so the recording process takes longer. In addition, it can also errors in the information at the time of recording. Based on the analysis of the obstacles that exist in the Parts Warehouse, the authors build a database-based applications using Microsoft Office Access 2013 that can handle the entire data on revenues, expenditures and request for raw materials, and produce information accurately and automatically. Systems development method waterfall method, the tools used in the analysis of system design is Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary and Relation Table. While the implementation of the system design is the programming language Visual Basic for Application (VBA) by using Microsoft Office Access 2013 as the database.

Universal Computer is a business entity in Pekanbaru engaged in the assembly and sale of computers and equipment that do not have a system that integrates well between sales, purchases, and inventory. The recording process is still manual by using the ledger so that the resulting data is less effective and efficient. In addition, the Universal Computer Shop has a weakness in reporting sales, purchases, and inventory that the level of accuracy is still lacking. Entities such as Universal Computer Store will be very good if they have a good information system so that the management of sales, purchases, and inventory in the business will be better. This information system is based on desktop using visual basic programming language .Net and SQL Server 2008 database and information system design that used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and ER diagram for business process to be designed. Information systems are provided for Universal Computer Stores to provide convenience to system users, especially employees, suppliers, customers, inventory, goods, and sales, purchasing, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers and customers. It can be concluded that this application is able to assist the Universal Computer Shop in handling the problem of recording purchases, sales, management, inventory, employees, suppliers, customers making reports on purchases, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers, and customers. Abstrak   - Sistem Peminjaman Berkas Rekam Medis ini dibuat karena berdasarkan dari pencatatan pencatatan peminjaman dan berkas-berkas medis. Sistem peminjman rekam medis ini terkomputerisasi, medis peminjaman dan berkas rekam medis tidak lagi dikukan secara manual. Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan petugas dalam melakukan pencatatan pemijaman dan mengontrol rekam medis. Peminjaman dan berkas berkas medis ini harus dikontrol dan dikendalikan dengan baik untuk mengurangi rekam medis dan miss file. Penelitian kualitatif deskriftif meliputi pengumpulan data atau observasi dan dokumentasi di RSUD Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode waterfall(Pers, 2012). Tahapan Yang dilakukan Yaitu definisi persyaratan, sistem dan perangkat lunak desain, implementasi dan unit testing, Dan integrasi dan pengujian unit. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan design Flowchart, diagram konteks, data flow diagram (DFD) dan entity relation diagram (ERD) kemudian mengimplementasikan hasil desain ke dalam bahasa pemograman Visual Basic menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 . Hasil penelitian adalah sistem peminjaman dan kebijakan Berkas Rekam Medis di RSUD Majalengka. Kata Kunci : Peminjaman, Air Terjun dan Rekam Medis

Koperasi Kredit Karya Bhakti Kotabumi adalah salah satu Koperasi yang ada di kotabumi. Selama ini Koperasi Kredit Karya Bhakti Kotabumi khususnya dalam menentukan kelayakan peminjaman belum memanfaatkan terknologi komputerisasi dalam mengambil keputusan karna masih menggunakan proses yang manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah metode Waterfall,   alat perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah mapping chat, data flow diagram, struktur basis database, desain input, desain output, pengkodean, flowchat program, dan struktur menu aplikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah program SPK dalam bentuk Microsof Visual Basic 6.0 yang dapat membantu team surpey dalam pengolahan data pemohoan yang akan mengajukan peminjaman kredit. Basis data yang di buat adalah DB-PEMINJAM . Dengan demikian disarankan kepada bagian Team SurpeyKoperasi Kredit Karya Bhakti Kotabumi supaya menggunakan program aplikasi ini agar dalam pengambilan keputusan kelayakan peminjaman kredit dapat lebih efektif dan efisien

While the deposit qualities for mineral raw materials are constantly decreasing, the challenges for sustainable raw material processing are increasing. This applies not only to the demand for minimizing the consumption of energy, water, and reagents, but also to the reduction of residual materials, especially fine and difficult-to-landfill materials. Sensor‐based ore sorting can be used as a separation process for coarser grain sizes before the application of fine comminution and separation technologies and is applicable for a large variety of mineral raw materials. Sensor‐based ore sorting applies at various points in the process flow diagram and is suitable for waste elimination, for material diversion into different process lines, for the production of pre‐ and final concentrates, as well as for the reprocessing of coarse‐grained waste dumps and other applications. The article gives an overview of the development and state of the art of sensor‐based ore sorting for mineral raw materials and introduces various applications.

Pelayanan resep rawat jalan meliputi kegiatan administratif dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kebutuhan pengguna dalam pelayanan resep rawat belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh Hospital Pharmacy Information System (HPIS), sehingga perlu dilakukan desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan di RSUD Blambangan menggunakan pendekatan user centered. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan di RSUD Blambangan melalui pendekatan user centered yaitu berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna di instalasi farmasi. Penelitian ini merupakan rancangan deskriptif yaitu analisis kebutuhan pengguna menggunakan metode focus group discussion (FGD) dan telaah dokumen. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 24 otang yang terdiri dari 9 orang apoteker, 13 orang tenaga teknis kefarmasian (TTK), dan 2 orang tenaga administrasi. Kebutuhan data dalam pelayanan resep rawat jalan meliputi data pasien, data obat, data admisi, data pemeriksaan fisik, data pemeriksaan klinis, data pemeriksaan laboratorium, dan data pelayanan resep yang selanjutnya dikelompokkan dalam kebutuhan data skrining resep, labeling, dan penyerahan obat. Desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan yang dibuat merupakan desain dalam bentuk data flow diagram (DFD). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perlu dibuat desain model lanjutan pelayanan resep rawat jalan yaitu entity relationship diagram (ERD), data dictionary, dan system flowchart.

PT. Eagle Indo Pharma merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang farmasi. Perusahaan berada di Jl. Raya Prabu Siliwangi Km 1,1 Desa Alam Jaya, Kec. Jatiuwung Tangerang. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat dan semakin canggih, PT. Eagle Indo Pharma memerlukan sistem penggajian yang dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pemrosesan dan pengerjaannya. Perancangan proses yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), perancangan basis data dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram  (ERD). Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0, basis data yang digunakan adalah pemrograman Microsoft Access 2007, dan Sistem Operasi Microsoft Windows XP. Perancangan sistem informasi yang baru diharapkan bisa menjadi fasilitas yang berguna bagi perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan penggajian dengan lebih baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Na engenharia civil, fundação é aquele elemento que recebe o peso da estrutura e tem a função de distribuir de forma uniforme através da sua base ao solo. As fundações são dividias em dois grupos: rasas e profundas. É a primeira parte a ser construída e que faz contato direto com o solo. São utilizadas como base para as construções e de diferentes tamanhos, sendo construídas na maioria das vezes em concreto armado e próximas ao nível da superfície do terreno. Na atualidade os programas computacionais estão ligados diretamente ao dia-a-dia dos engenheiros civil, fazendo com que facilite o seu trabalho. Este trabalho pretende fazer o desenvolvimento de software atrelado ao MS Excel para dimensionamento de fundação sapata isolada através do visual Basic for Application VBA. O VBA é uma ferramenta que veio do VB (Visual Basic) linguagem esta que tem por base a linguagem BASIC, que é uma linguagem de alto nível. VBA foi desenvolvido para estar presente em aplicações do Microsoft Office, como: Excel, PowerPoint, Word entre outras. O programa tem como o objetivo fazer o dimensionamento de uma sapata isolada e por fim fazer o detalhamento das armaduras, de modo que os projetistas possam trabalhar com rapidez e eficiência. O programa pode ser usado também não só na criação de projetos de fundações como também na edição de projetos em execução, tornando os projetos mais competitivos, pelo fato de ser necessários apenas dois programas: AutoCAD da Autodesk e Microsoft Excel, duas ferramentas de muita importância no cotidiano do engenheiro civil.

The saving and loan information system of the Employees Cooperative in PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Sumber Tengah is an enterprise dealing with saving and loan particularly for the employees of PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Sumber Tengah giving such a service for the members especially in saving and loan. The data management is already computerized even though it is still run by using  Microsoft  Office that it does make the members who want to do saving and loan should wait in longer time because it usually appears data redundancy in the saving and loan data itself. The researcher raises a problem based on what is faced in the saving and loan data management. It is then expected to help the cooperative staffs increase their service to the members as well as save the data or any important documents, so the information can be presented faster and more accurately.The method of developing the information system applies system developing tools such as Flow Map Context Diagram (Contex Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and design tools while the database proposed is ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) relation table. The saving and loan information system that is designed aims at building a computerized information system that can enable the employees in the cooperative department manage the data of member, data of saving, data of loan, and data of installment.

Sistem informasi reservasi hotel pada Hotel Grand Jambrud 2 Samarinda dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan berbasis jaringan. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi, analisis data, analisis kebutuhan, dan analisis teknologi. Metode analisis dan design sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Flow Of Document (FOD) dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Pengujian terhadap sistem menggunakan metode pengujian black box, dengan melakukan pengujian terhadap interface program untuk menganalisis inputan dan mengerjakan seluruh keperluan fungsional program. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem informasi reservasi hotel yang berfungsi untuk menangani masalah pemesanan kamar dan pengelolaan pembayaran.
