Viking Distro cimahi conducts business in manufacturing companies that produce t-shirts for Persib bandung soccer players, researchers conducted a survey and found that the accounting records system that is currently running is still manual, therefore researchers conducted research with the title " Designing a Cost of Production Accounting Information System (HPP) on the Viking Cimahi Distro using Mcrosoft Visual Basic 2008 and the MYSQ Database ". Researchers conduct research using research design that is descriptive research, the type of research using academic research, data using quantitative data, while the research method is survey and conduct interview interviews to collect data according to the surveyed, while researchers in designing using contex charts, data flow diagram and flowchart system The researcher conducts research by making a system of accounting information on the cost of production, with the design can provide input related to the title that the researcher discussed.

Good accounting information system is information system that can generate accurate, on time and reliable information for management decision making.  The use of database  to keep the financial transaction  and operasional transaction data must be integrated.  Integrated database will avoid redundant data and keep the currency of data.  Single database in each division will be time consuming, expensive and will cause inconsistency of data.  This will be the disadvantage for the company to compete.  PT SIG is the company operating in freight forwarding industry.  One of the main responsibility is to manage the delivery of package from one place to another place all over the world and to manage all documents related to the shipping.  The management of documents in this industry is very complex, therefore the need to handle the documents in the efficient, complete, fast and zero errror is the prime need of the management.  The documents distributed in this industry are  complex.  The shipment of the package can be performed if the whole documents are complete.  Unfortunatelly, the company can not manage its documents efficiently and effectively.  Documents are manually generated and also manually distributed.  The analysis in this research is the modelling process analyis that will become the basis for the designing of the system.  Modelling process used in this research is Data Flow Diagram.  The analysis of Information System of PT SIG is capable of giving some recomendation to solve the company problem in getting data accuratelly,on time and also to give the best service to  the customer The reliable accounting information system is the system that can generate accurate, on time and reliable information for management decision making and to serve customer in a better way.Keyword : analysis information system, proces modelling, data flow diagram

This study aims to determine the determination of the cost of production for products produced by PT. DWA. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing industry specialized in automotive components. Its activity is carried out through a series of production processes, so that expenses spent in the production will be calculated into the cost of the production sold. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in Jakarta. Convenience sampling method selected one of the companies that get the confidence to assemble three national car project in Indonesia, namely Timor, Bakrie and Maleo. Test analysis used in this study is to test the calculation of full costing with job order costing. This study shows that (a) determination of the cost elements associated with the cost of production and (b) determining the cost of production on a product-based job costing with full costing approach. Amid competition is so rapid and uncertain economic conditions, every company is required to be more efficient in order tobe more efficient in orderto survive and all of it can not be separated from the role of management.  Management measure which is occupied to measure the success or failure of the company is profit. To produce an efficient profit differential accounting information requires management to select the best course of action among alternatives available. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of differential accounting information in the decision to buy or make your own semi-finished products on UD. Berkat Anugerah. This study uses a descriptive research method. The result of the analysis of research conducted on UD. Berkat Anugerah seen from the cost accounting showed diferential role in the short-term decision making, where the company should buy semi-finished products from third party cost incurred due to lower than producing its own.

Abstrak   - Sistem Peminjaman Berkas Rekam Medis ini dibuat karena berdasarkan dari pencatatan pencatatan peminjaman dan berkas-berkas medis. Sistem peminjman rekam medis ini terkomputerisasi, medis peminjaman dan berkas rekam medis tidak lagi dikukan secara manual. Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan petugas dalam melakukan pencatatan pemijaman dan mengontrol rekam medis. Peminjaman dan berkas berkas medis ini harus dikontrol dan dikendalikan dengan baik untuk mengurangi rekam medis dan miss file. Penelitian kualitatif deskriftif meliputi pengumpulan data atau observasi dan dokumentasi di RSUD Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode waterfall(Pers, 2012). Tahapan Yang dilakukan Yaitu definisi persyaratan, sistem dan perangkat lunak desain, implementasi dan unit testing, Dan integrasi dan pengujian unit. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan design Flowchart, diagram konteks, data flow diagram (DFD) dan entity relation diagram (ERD) kemudian mengimplementasikan hasil desain ke dalam bahasa pemograman Visual Basic menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 . Hasil penelitian adalah sistem peminjaman dan kebijakan Berkas Rekam Medis di RSUD Majalengka. Kata Kunci : Peminjaman, Air Terjun dan Rekam Medis

Koperasi Kredit Karya Bhakti Kotabumi adalah salah satu Koperasi yang ada di kotabumi. Selama ini Koperasi Kredit Karya Bhakti Kotabumi khususnya dalam menentukan kelayakan peminjaman belum memanfaatkan terknologi komputerisasi dalam mengambil keputusan karna masih menggunakan proses yang manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah metode Waterfall,   alat perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah mapping chat, data flow diagram, struktur basis database, desain input, desain output, pengkodean, flowchat program, dan struktur menu aplikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah program SPK dalam bentuk Microsof Visual Basic 6.0 yang dapat membantu team surpey dalam pengolahan data pemohoan yang akan mengajukan peminjaman kredit. Basis data yang di buat adalah DB-PEMINJAM . Dengan demikian disarankan kepada bagian Team SurpeyKoperasi Kredit Karya Bhakti Kotabumi supaya menggunakan program aplikasi ini agar dalam pengambilan keputusan kelayakan peminjaman kredit dapat lebih efektif dan efisien

Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPPT) Jawa Barat that have an address at Jl. PHH Mustofa No. 22 Bandung. Is a govermment agency that is engaged in licensing services. Problems that occur is a recording system that is still done manually so in the execution of recording to the financial statements do relatively long because it susceptible to errors in recording data. So that the problems that occur can be minimized, the authors take the title research “Accounting Information System Design Actual Budgeting on Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPPT) Jawa Barat by Using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and MySQL Database Server”. The type of research use an academic research, the types of data use the qualitative data, the type of study design use descriptive, surveys, and primary secondary data, survey research method, data collection techniques use is a field research, consisting of interviews, system development method use process-oriented methodology, data and output. The structure of the development of the system use was iterations. Information system use context diagram, data flow diagrams, and flowcharts.

This research was conducted at CV ABC which is engaged in the furniture industry. In managing the payroll system this company is still less effective. It can be seen from several salary payment activities to employees who still often make mistakes in the process of calculating salaries and employee attendance records. In addition, in the process of paying salaries to employees, they often experience late payments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the payroll accounting information system in the company which is expected to help resolve the problems faced by the company. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The thing that will be done by the researcher is to describe the use of payroll accounting system on CV ABC. The conclusion of this study is that the payroll system on CV ABC is already good because it has used a computerized system. The internal control in the payroll process is still weak because there are still division of tasks and responsibilities of each part that is unclear, namely there is a double duty and interdependence in working tasks, besides that supervision is still lacking for activities that should be routinely checked or corrected.

The accounting information system for contracts and wages is very important for a company which can assist in making decisions and archieving the implementation of payroll and wages for employees. The goal is to be able to find out how the implementation of the accounting system for payroll and wages at PT. X. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research using data analysis methods, namely qualitative data analysis. This study aims to identify and analyze the payroll and wage accounting information system at PT. X. The results of this analysis indicate the payroll and wages accounting information system at PT. X which is still not supportive, as well as the lack of supervision on the attendance list of employees, this shows the weakness that accours in the company PT. X.

PT. Eagle Indo Pharma merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang farmasi. Perusahaan berada di Jl. Raya Prabu Siliwangi Km 1,1 Desa Alam Jaya, Kec. Jatiuwung Tangerang. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat dan semakin canggih, PT. Eagle Indo Pharma memerlukan sistem penggajian yang dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pemrosesan dan pengerjaannya. Perancangan proses yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), perancangan basis data dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram  (ERD). Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0, basis data yang digunakan adalah pemrograman Microsoft Access 2007, dan Sistem Operasi Microsoft Windows XP. Perancangan sistem informasi yang baru diharapkan bisa menjadi fasilitas yang berguna bagi perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan penggajian dengan lebih baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.
