The article presents the results of an empirical research, which purpose is to find differences in the components of moral activity, and in the correlations of these components, between groups of students from different faculties. The sample consisted of 79 students from the Chelyabinsk State University. 40 people are students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy and 39 are students of the Institute of Law. The main hypothesis is the assumption that there are significant differences between the components of moral activity in people who have chosen different paths of professional development. The study discovered a number of significant differences (p <0,05). Also within the framework of the study, we found correlations between the components of moral activity of two groups, and, as a result of this, carry out a comparative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is possible to draw a conclusion about the existence of differences in the moral sphere among people who have chosen different paths of professional development in their lives.

Modern companies operate under conditions of permanent change. A changing organization must be accompanied by changing - developing people. Therefore, if the development is imperative, the question is who has responsibility for it, is it the organization that makes human resources its strategic resource, or is it the employees who, in times of change, redefine the relation to the work. The answer to that question is not conclusive; therefore the article presents a dialectical approach to the responsibility for professional development, which may be located on the side of the organization, the employee or be the result of cooperation between these entities. Based on the results of own research conducted in Poland, a comparison was made of the locus of responsibility for development in the perspective of the organization and employees. The analysis was based on the results of own research conducted in Poland in 2015 on a representative sample of 289 companies and 2,274 employees (The project was funded from means of the National Science Centre conferred on the basis of the decision No DEC-2013/09 / B / HS4 / 02722). The results of the research allowed for a comparative analysis of the prospects of companies surveyed, and identification of discrepancies in this regard. This knowledge can provide guidance for the design of systems of human resources management in order to increase their effectiveness by matching organizational solutions to the expectations of employees.

Washback, i.e., test effects on teaching and learning, has been emerging as an attractive research topic in language training and assessment for over the past 20 years for its significant implications of test validation and fairness for both policy-makers and practitioners. Presently, it deserves more Vietnamese researchers' interest in the context of the enactment of the National Foreign Language Project 2020 (extended to 2025), which puts language assessment as a key innovation requirement. Washback operates either positively or negatively; i.e. promoting or inhibiting learning. Teachers are considered the precursor in the washback mechanism. There is only one washback model on the washback effects on teachers, which is proposed by Shih (2009). This paper aims to critically browse other washback models besides Shin’s (2009) to generate a washback framework on teachers' perceptions and practices. Previous empirical washback research on teachers in and beyond Vietnam is, then, investigated in alignment with the aspects illustrated in the framework to point out achievements and gaps in the field. A qualitative approach of document analysis of over forty studies of differing types, i.e. books, dissertations and articles, has been adopted to reach the research aim. The discussion is divided into two major parts, including the washback models pertaining to teachers to scaffold a model for teachers' perceptions and practices, and the results in empirical research in terms of the aspects mentioned in the model. Findings show that washback on teachers' perceptions ranges from perceptions of the test itself, students' language ability, teaching contents and methodology to teachers' professional development. Plus, washback on teachers' practices concerns their selections of teaching contents and methodology in class as well as their involvement in professional development. The element of professional development can be considered a new light in the reviewed washback model. This has a significant meaning by raising teachers' awareness of developing themselves professionally. The current paper expects to contribute to elaborating the scenario of washback research for interested researchers, practitioners and policymakers not only in but beyond the context of Vietnam.

A felnőttnevelési szakemberek szakmai fejlesztésének kérdésköre a 2000-es évek után nyert létjogosultságot Európa-szerte, amelyhez hozzájárult a Making a European Area of Lifelong Learning a Reality dokumentum megjelenése (European Commission, 2001). A tanulmány érzékelteti, hogy a felnőttnevelési szakemberképzés témaköre egyre nagyobb teret nyer a nemzetközi kutatási szférában, a nemzeti szakmai tanulmányok áttekintésének eredménye alapján arra következtet, hogy Magyarországon továbbra is csekély mértékben valósulnak meg elméleti és főként empirikus vizsgálatok a felnőttnevelési szakemberek professzionalizációjának kérdéskörében. The issue of professional development for adult education professionals gained legitimacy across Europe after the 2000s, helped by the publication of the document Making a European Area of Lifelong Learning a Reality (European Commission, 2001).The study shows that the topic of adult education professional training is gaining more and more ground in the international research sphere, with an overview of national professional studies.Based on the results of its work, it concludes that in Hungary, there is still a small amount of theoretical and mainly empirical research on the issue of professionalisation of adult education professionals.

The article focuses on factors that influence the development of professional competencies, promotes people’s professional improvement, their involvement in their work. Professional insights serve as a bridge between the personal and the professional. The analysis of modern empirical research shows that higher education efficiently promotes the development of people’s professional insights. It also shows that people’s professional development has significant reserves. The hypothesis of the research consists in the assumption that there are certain factors that hinder the development of students’ professional insights in the process of education. The analysis of the peculiarities of professional insights development enables the authors of the article to assume that one of the factors is students’ predisposition towards negative emotions. To prove the hypothesis, students were engaged into learning activities aimed at the development of coping skills. The experiment showed that students’ professional insights were developed more efficiently and rapidly. Therefore, negative emotions associated with the process of education are a factor that significantly hinders the development of students’ professional insights.
