The total population of Indonesia as of September 2020 is based on the official statistical news number 07/01/th. XXIV, 21 January 2021 issued by the Indonesian Statistics Center, totaling 270.20 million people and 10.88% or 29,397,760 people are the post Gen Z generation born from 2013 onwards with an estimated age up to 7 years of age. The post Gen Z generation is a generation that is categorized as early childhood. Moreover, learning from an early age is important so that children are familiarized with the knowledge they are most interested in and mastered so that it makes it easier for them to understand it. Especially if the learning material is delivered electronically via a smartphone which is associated with the application of the Augmented Reality (AR) method so that they are more interested in learning and with a different atmosphere in terms of delivering face-to-face subject matter in class which is sometimes boring. In this paper, we design and implement a learning model equipped with AR technology to make it easier for young children to learn subject matter that is important for their future and limited to science subject matter. In this paper, a mobile application with AR technology is proposed where users can learn from the images they capture and gain learning from the perspective of these images. What's more, the application of AR technology is also more practical and reduces the burden of carrying heavy and thick books in studying a subject matter. The model was designed using a use case diagram as a business process design and class diagrams for database design including the user interface as a representation of communication between users and applications.

With the rise of information technology and digitization, education has been faced with the need to adopt new learning models using technology to create innovative educational methodologies. In addition, due to pandemic restrictions and in order to help contain the spread of the virus (COVID-19), all educational institutions have been forced to switch immediately to online education. The application of augmented reality (AR) in education provides important benefits, such as increased engagement and interactivity, and can help to minimize the negative effects of the disruption of face-to-face education. Therefore, this paper focuses on describing the effect of an augmented reality mobile application (NetAR) that was developed for engineering students as a complement to traditional education. To achieve this objective, an experimental group and a control group were established to work with the application for three weeks for three hours a day. Moreover, there are a number of usability issues with AR that may impact learning effectiveness and motivation. Therefore, the usability of the application was evaluated with the IBM Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) tool. The usability results show that users are satisfied with NetAR, and the statistical data from the control group indicate that the application positively affects learning.

Performance is the performance shown by educators, both in quality and quantity in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them professionally. Educator performance development is a very decisive factor in the success of the education and learning process. In fact, in Kindergarten Rayon IV, Dumai City, there is still a low level of competency standards possessed by educators. The intended competency standard is from the standard academic qualifications and four competencies that must be possessed by a kindergarten educator, namely pedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies. This is evidenced by educators not yet mastering learning material with the maximum known when the learning process educators are not able to explain well the subject matter, and educators have not shown maximum performance in carrying out their duties and functions. The purpose of this study was to see whether there was an influence on teacher professionalism on teacher performance in Dumai IV Rayon Kindergarten. The results of the study prove that there is a significant relationship between the professionalism of Kindergarten educators and the performance of educators in Kindergarten Rayon IV, Dumai City. This is evidenced by the value of Sig (2-tailed) professionalism on educator's performance of 0,000, so the calculation shows 0,000 <0.05. This means that Ha is accepted, that is, there is a significant relationship between the professionalism of Kindergarten educators and the Performance of Educators in Kindergarten Rayon IV, Dumai City.

The article deals with the approach to developing an advertising multimedia product for the promotion or sale of goods or services. Under the advertising product is an advertising video, an interactive commercial, 3-D advertising, virtual and augmented reality, an online store. Based on the analogy method, a diagram of the process of perceiving the advertising multimedia product by the user is presented. The use of the hybrid approach of customer development for updating the multimedia product and taking into account the virtual values of users is substantiated. Developed scenarios for the development of a multimedia product, depending on the results of achieving the planned goals. The sequence of multimedia product development is proposed based on the convergence of face-to-face and screen-to-screen approaches.

Abstract Issue Real-time access to up-to-date population information is essential to the strategic planning of primary health care (PHC). In the Brazilian public health system community-based health workers (CHWs), working as part of PHC teams, collect health, demographic and socio-economic data from individuals mainly through paper-based forms that are later entered manually into electronic information systems. Mobile applications could help to improve the quality and speed of this process facilitating the CHWs day-to-day work while improving the access to the collected information. Description of the Problem During September of 2019, a mobile application installed in tablets for the collection of health, demographic and socio-economic data was deployed for 432 CHWs of 87 PHC teams in the southern region of São Paulo, Brazil, serving a total population of 283,324 individuals. During implementation, the acceptability and challenges faced by CHWs were evaluated and the time taken to complete data entry. Results Seventy-two hours of training were offered to CHWs and other 139 professionals including managers, nurses and administrative staff (AS). Some CHWs reported concerns about the process change and fear of not being able to operate the application, especially those unfamiliar to the technology. With training and team support, fear was transformed into satisfaction with the realization of the benefits of the system. The main infrastructure challenge was the need for installation of Wi-Fi routers in some health care units, in addition to the replacement 4.4% of damaged tablets. In four months 97.6% of the total population was registered in the application. Lessons A WhatsApp group was created to clarify AS doubts, receive suggestions and disseminate guidelines. AS remained as the reference point at healthcare units and data completeness still needs to be reinforced. Key messages A mobile application was well-accepted by CHWs and could facilitate the collection of population data. A tablet app proved to be a useful tool to generate information for the PHC teams.
