Introduction. The professional activity of medical workers (MW) is in close contact with daily contact with various factors of the production environment: physical, chemical, biological, and labor processes. Until 2020, tuberculosis and viral hepatitis prevailed in the structure of occupational diseases (OD) of the medical workers in the Russian Federation. According to the State report "On the state of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in the Russian Federation in 2020," the first ranking the second place in the structure of occupational diseases, depending on the impact of harmful production factor took the illnesses associated with the action of biological factors - 20,19%, while the main reason for the growth in the incidence of healthcare workers in coronavirus infection COVID-19 (further COVID-19). The study aims were to identify problematic aspects in the establishment of the COVID-19 work from MW. Materials and methods. We have given descriptions of clinical cases, as well as a retrospective analysis of issues of OD according to the patient registers of the following medical institutions: the Center of Occupational Pathology of Sechenov University, the Republican Center of Occupational Pathology of the Ministry of Health, Republic of Tatarstan, the Regional Center of Occupational Pathology of the Samara Region. Results. In 2020, COVID-19 was the most common OD with fatal outcomes and complications in healthcare workers. Today, difficulties in determining the connection of COVID-19 with the profession arise when assessing the epidemiological history, the consequences after a coronavirus infection, and the formulation of the diagnosis. Conclusions. For a qualitative examination of the connection of COVID-19 with the profession, it is necessary to develop a list of clinical conditions with the definition of the timing of complications.

In preparing this article the author has set out to substantiate the thesis about the multifaceted phenomenon of the President of Ukraine as a phenomenon of state and legal reality, which necessarily requires enrichment of the content of the same concept. The analysis of scientists’ judgments revealing the content of the concept under study, gives grounds to conclude that the President of Ukraine is a complex socio-legal phenomenon, and therefore a comprehensive picture of this phenomenon can be obtained only as a result of its multifaceted consideration: - from the point of view of the theory of the mechanism of the state, the President of Ukraine is an important element of the state apparatus - a single, elected, supreme body of the state, which has general competence. This aspect is somewhat contradictory regarding that state bodies are usually established as legal entities that cannot be said about the head of the Ukrainian state; - in terms of a certain constitutional and legal status he/she is the head of the state and acts on its behalf. A significant clarification of this judgment is the thesis about the President of Ukraine as a legal form of the head of state, who is elected by the people and receives power for a fixed term by delegation. As for the recognition of his/her highest official, we consider the relevant judgment to some extent conditional and evaluative, because in the national legal doctrine and current legislation the issue of the hierarchical system of officials in Ukraine is not yet developed; - from the point of view of ontology (of his/her being, existence) the President of Ukraine is an individual who has reached at least 35 years of age. A significant shortcoming of the current legislation is a rather limited, in our opinion, set of requirements for a candidate for this elected position, and in the future, in case of winning the election, describe the current head of state. The legislator did not envisage as a condition for the emergence of constitutional and legal relations, within which a citizen of Ukraine can be elected President of Ukraine, or the fact of higher education (in epistemological terms, the President of Ukraine must be an active subject of knowledge, because it is cognitive capabilities provide him/her to gain higher education; it should be noted that the President is both an object of knowledge of the social sciences, most of which study the impact of this institution on various social processes and are designed to increase its effectiveness in a constantly changing environment. At the same time some them (history, history of the state and law) explore his/her personality, achievements, personal role in society, neither he/she has significant experience of professional activity, nor the recognition of a high level of his/her competence as a professional in general, nor he/she has high moral qualities; - in terms of the system of constitutional law the President of Ukraine is a constitutional and legal institution, the rules of which determine: 1) the place and role of the head of state in the state mechanism and its relationship with other state bodies; 2) the procedure for substituting this position; 3) functions and powers of the head of state; 4) his/her responsibility for treason or other crime; - in terms of doctrine and practice of public administration, the head of state is one of the most im-portant elements of the modern system of public administration. He/she converges large volumes of infor-mation flows from other elements of this system. Analysis of information, development of management decisions and control over their implementation - these are the main President’s functions in this system; - in terms of the attitude to this constitutional and legal institution and the personality of the head of state by society and government institutions, the President of Ukraine is an honorary title protected by law and retained for his/her life, unless the President of Ukraine was removed from office by impeachment.

There is presented data of the analysis of the influence of various types of the psychological gestational dominant of the mother on the health of born children, which is important for the development of preventive and corrective measures. Children with disabilities were found to be more often born by mothers with euphoric, anxious and rejecting variants of the psychological gestational dominance, which should be taken into consideration long before the birth of the child. The state of health of the child is closely related with the course of pregnancy and the type of the psychological gestational dominant of the mother. Pathological types of the psychological gestational dominant of the mother are associated with certain forms of somatic pathology in born children. Women with pathological variants of the psychological gestational dominant were shown to more often deliver children with impaired vision, hearing, speech and musculoskeletal system. This indicates to a negative impact of the pathological gestational dominant on the health of the fetus and the newborn. The authors believe all pregnant women to have to be tested for determining the type of psychological gestational dominance with following monitoring of the fetus and newborn’s condition for timely correction of health disorders and medical, psychological and pedagogical support of children at all stages of the development.

The article is devoted to the study of burnout, which is interpreted as the inability to perform professional duties at the proper level due to prolonged physical and/or mental overload. The main content of the study is to determine the possibilities of prevention of professional burnout of a social worker in order to ensure his physical and mental health.Scientific opinions and positions on the relevance, purpose, multifaceted nature, content of prevention, objective and subjective factors of prevention, differences in organizational and psychological and pedagogical influences of prevention, the specifics of social prevention and prevention. As well as the impact on the professional activities of social norms and deviations from norms, values, responsibilities. The causes of burnout can be differentiated by the nature of the determination. Among the main groups of determinants – social, medical, biological, psychological. The conducted survey among social specialists on the state of professional burnout revealed certain tendencies and regularities among them. This was evidenced by statistics relating to the factors influencing the professional burnout of the specialist, as well as their dynamics. The basis of professional activity should be to provide conditions for this. However, collective life, in addition to having advantages, is also endowed with negative features. Indicators of collective distress that have a direct impact on the professional burnout of an individual member of the team are identified. These include problems and / or lack of corporate culture; dissatisfaction with the psychological atmosphere prevailing in the team; presence of conflict situations, quarrels, intrigue; absence or problems of interpersonal communication in the team, division into groups; low level of mutual assistance and support, unwillingness to maintain friendly relations; no punishment for guilt, reaction to negative behavior of colleagues, control over subjective factors; lack of prospects for team development; lack of conditions for personal development and formation; lack of measures to prevent occupational burnout. For comparison, the experimental study involved people who did not suffer from burnout and people who survived the state of burnout. Thus, people who have experienced a state of burnout have much deeper psycho-emotional disorders. Their professional experience is characterized by significant negative experiences and beliefs. Positive corporate social ties have been disrupted in their lives, which can lead to disruption in other areas: family, personal, spiritual and emotional. That is, it causes a number of other shifts. Certain trends are evidenced by statistics on the assessment of the existing risks of burnout, which concern specialists in various fields: almost all recognized the fact of burnout to varying degrees; the vast majority of respondents assess the ability to perform professional duties generally well, but the lack of an absolute answer also indicates the risks involved; mostly the presence of risks of burnout is assessed indirectly. On the basis of statistical indicators of occupational burnout, their dynamics can be distinguished victim groups. Given the classification of propensity to burnout, prevention technologies can be used. In each of the three cases, the approach will be different. It is established that a special place is occupied by the subjective factor of professional activity. Professional burnout is caused by various factors: social and organizational conditions of functioning of collective, legislative and normative-organizational maintenance of process of work; individual and personal qualities of personality, stress resistance, motivation of activity; compliance of qualities and personality traits with the requirements of the chosen profession, professional competence; ability to work in a team, ability to take into account the opinions and positions of others, sociability; availability of life, professional experience; psychological compatibility of individual team members; ability to control the situation in the team by management; corporate culture, the presence of common interests and activities, interest in the development and prosperity of the team. Theoretical analysis and experimental study of problems related to burnout indicate the presence of risks in the professional activities of professionals from different social structures. That is, it depends not so much on objective factors as on the subjective attitude of the individual to himself and his mental and physical health. And the problem looks not so much psychological as psychological and pedagogical.

Introduction and purpose of the study. Analysis of statistical data, dynamics of absolute and integrated indicators of anthropogenic and technogenic loading on the environment indicates that the ecological situation in Ukraine can be characterized as a crisis. In Ukraine, the ecological crisis is unfolding in the context of limiting natural resources, economic instability, exacerbating social and political problems, the lack of moral foundations in many members of society, and the intensive pollution of the human environment by negative factors, including mutagens and teratogens. Taking into account the above, the urgency of the problem of the interconnection of the environmental state of the environment and the state of health of the population is increasing. The hypothesis of scientific research. It is anticipated that the poorly investigated are the social consequences of environmental threats and challenges, and the state of social consciousness in the field of the environmental paradigm of health is not sufficiently taken into account. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of negative environmental (anthropogenic) factors on the basic indicators of public health and the means of their elimination and minimization through bioprophylaxis and the formation of ecological consciousness. Methods of research: theoretical analysis, synthesis, comparison and comparison in order to determine the state of disclosure of the research problem in the scientific literature, quantitative indicator of the state of health of the population – health index, study of expert surveys. Results: the risks of negative environmental impact on human health are disclosed. The dependence of health and the environment on certain indicators is shown. The relationship between ecological factors and the development of modern diseases is revealed. The group of diseases related to the environmental impact have been analyzed. The leading role in etiology and pathogenesis of diseases of heredity and the state of the environment has been determined. Conclusions: The current ecological crisis in Ukraine is related to the influence of the complex of environmental and professional-production factors in combination with stress, neuro-psychological overloads. Today, there are many environmental challenges and threats that cause deterioration of physical and mental health, threatening the nation's gene pool. The deterioration of the environment leads to an increase in ecologically dependent chemical pathology and the emergence of new ecologically conditioned diseases.

Abstract Parks in urbanised areas fulfil an important function as they create a positive climate in cities and contribute to the good health of their inhabitants. The study gives an answer to the question of which of the species under investigation is the most suitable for planting in urbanised areas. The aim of the research conducted from 2013 to 2014 at selected sites in Poznan (Poland) was to determine the state of health of Tilia cordata Mill., Acer platanoides L. and Quercus robur L. trees and to compare their state of health depending on the location of the research sites. The aim of the research was also to determine the environmental variables that may have an influence on the state of health of the tree species under analysis. The research included statistical analyses and models based on discriminant analysis. The research revealed that the state of health of the tree species under investigation growing in the city is determined by anthropogenic factors. The closeness of the city centre, main thoroughfares and estates heated with fossil fuels are the factors that have the most negative influence on the state of health of oak, maple and lime trees. Acer platanoides L. was the species in the best state of health in parks, whereas in forests it was Tilia cordata Mill.
