AbstractOver 100 individual and cluster interplanetary dust particles (IDPs) have been analyzed for bulk abundances of 15 elements (C, O, Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, K, Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni). In general, IDPs have chondritic major element abundances, within a factor of 2 of the CI chondrites, and have carbon contents which average ~2-3 times higher than that of the most primitive, carbon-rich, carbonaceous meteorites (CI). The C-rich material is largely amorphous and is distributed throughout the particle as a matrix surrounding individual grains. The carbonaceous material has either smooth or vesicular texture; the latter texture suggests that volatiles could have been lost by particle heating which occurs during entry through the Earth's atmosphere.

Nowadays, Camphor (Cinnamomum Camphora) and its' benefits from various aspects of life has been explained scientifically by scholars. Interestingly, Camphor is reported as one of the major trading commodities and is a backbone of Islamic development in the early 14th century in the archipelago. This study seeks to achieve three main objectives: i) examining Quran and Prophetic Tradition's perspective on Camphor and its' relationship with the archipelago community, and ii) studying the local wisdom of Malay people related to Camphor inside Malay medical manuscripts, and iii) analyzing the benefits of Camphor according to scientific research. To achieve these three objectives, the authors extract data from Quranic verses and hadiths related to Camphor. Subsequently, local wisdom regarding the use of camphor is generated from Malay medical manuscripts. All of these sources are analyzed through a comprehensive study to present a deep understanding. The study found that camphor mixed with other herbs to treat illnesses has been practised long ago by the Malay community, especially in the 19th century, and this is in line with Islamic practices that showed the efficacy of camphor.

Scientific research is focused on the problems of vehicle identification by tire marks on the soil. It is argued that the car can either be a participant in a traffic accident or be used during theft of property or kidnapping. The constructional features of the wheels and tires of a car, which are important in the formation of tracks, are described. When the wheel comes into contact with the soil, the tread pattern is reflected. The features of the vehicle tire marks recorded by the investigator and the forensic scientist during the scene search have been determined. Photo or video recording of car wheel tracks is possible, as well as preparing the impression from the display of the tread on the soil. The possibilities of transport and traceological examination for studying the traces of car wheels have been established. The procedure for appointing an expert examination by an investigator is described. There is a list of materials that are provided for an expert study, as well as a list of questions that can be posed to an expert. It is argued that a problem in proving the involvement of a vehicle in the commission of a crime is the possibility of the vehicle tires or wheels to be replaced immediately after it has been committed. Recommendations regarding the identification of a vehicle based on tire marks on the soil are suggested. To establish the fact of changing tires on a car after the commission of a crime, the investigator must seize all sets of tires that are found in the suspect’s household or garage. It is possible to confirm the fact of changing tires on a particular car by interrogating employees of service stations located near the suspect’s residence. In addition to tire marks, to identify the vehicle, it is worth using the testimony of witnesses regarding the model and color of the car, traces of glass debris and paint chips at the accident site and damage on the car itself.

Systematization of scientific research and their elements imply that the purpose of scientific research is comprehensive study of an object, process or the phenomenon, their structure, communications and relations on the basis of newly discovered or known to science principles and methods of knowledge and also obtaining and implementation in practice of a construction reorganization new methods of the organization of a labor activity and its elements corresponding to these results. The feasibility and necessity of modeling technogenic impacts as an important element of managing the construction reorganization of objects in order to ensure the competitiveness of the proposed organizational and technological solutions are caused by a variety of reasons. The concepts and definitions related to the field of modeling of technogenic impacts are not well-established. Therefore, there are different options of the definition of the same concept. The models of technogenic impacts are considered as diagnostic if the study and use of them allow obtaining information on the causes of the identified problems. Using such diagnostic models, time series of predicted retrospective values of parameters of technogenic impacts are built. Visual displays of such time series (infographic models) are known as “trends”.

The relevance of the study is due to a comprehensive study of the concepts and contents of criminal law, criminological and forensic crime characteristics. The aim is to analyze the criminal-legal, criminological and criminalistic aspects of the crime characteristics as a whole, as well as to consider the problematic elements of some of them. The realization of this aim was achieved using the laws of dialectics, formal logic and the use of general scientific and private scientific research methods. The system approach in studying of considered characteristics of crimes is used. We consider the relations of the studied characteristics in solving common problems of disclosure, investigation and prevention of crimes. We identify, in particular, the content of the criminological characteristics, which is a set of all interrelated features that form its structure. We characterize the elements that make up the above structure, also we adheres to the position that the forensic characteristic is a system of features inherent in a certain type of crime. It is emphasized that in contrast to the criminal-legal characteristics, is not an integral part of the general understanding of the crime and is applied, official nature, necessary to solve the tasks of the investigation. We indicate the main elements inherent in the concept of forensic characteristics. Conducting a comparative analysis of the elements of criminal law and criminalistic characteristics of crimes, it is noted that in both cases, different elements are considered in importance for them, but in the end, determining one-the composition of the crime. The main difference of the considered characteristics was considered on the example of the problems with which they are solved.

The relevance of work is due to a comprehensive study of the meaning of the criminal-law and criminalistic concepts of crime in the detection and investigation. The purpose of work is to analyze the criminal-law and criminalistic concepts of crime as systems, as well as to consider their main elements. The implementation of this purpose is achieved by using the laws of dialectics, formal logic and using of general scientific and private scientific research methods. We examine such criminal-law and criminalistic categories as crime, elements and body of crime, criminal activity, and mechanism of committing a crime. We define and study their specific ele-ments, in particular, in the criminal law concept of a crime, such legal catego-ries as “elements of a crime” and “body of crime” are considered. The crimi-nalistic concept of crime is characterized by the criminal activity of the sub-ject, which is investigated through such categories as mechanism of crime, method of committing a crime, situation, mechanism of trace formation, identity of perpetrator, tools and means of crime. We consider the relation-ship of studied characteristics and their significance in solving problems of detection and investigating crimes. We conclude that the comparison of ele-ments of criminal-law and criminalistic concepts of crime allows us to assert that in both cases different elements are considered in importance for them, but in the end they determine one thing – the body of crime.

In modern Islam, Sayyid Qutb is considered one of the main ideologues of fundamentalism. S. Qutb reinterpreted traditional Islamic concepts for use in political activities. His ideas had a huge impact on the jihadist takfiris. In turn, the worldview and subsequent political concepts of Qutb himself were formed under the influence of many medieval thinkers, including Ibn Taymiyyah. Since the study of the influence of Ibn Taymiyyah on the worldview of this religious and political figure has not received sufficient attention from researchers, this determines the relevance of this work. The purpose of the study is to study the influence of the ideas of Ibn Taymiyyah on S. Qutb, and his interpretation of the teachings of this religious figure. The scientific novelty lies in a comprehensive study of the influence of Ibn Taymiyyah's ideas on the worldview of S. Qutb. In the course of studying this issue, the following methods of scientific research were used: analysis, comparison, chronology, historical-comparative method, which contributed to the establishment of objective and subjective factors that influenced the formation of the teachings of Ibn Taymiyyah and Sayyid Qutb.
