The article deals with the design of wireless automation system. The proposed systems compare wireless data transmission devices. The main components and their parameters, which are necessary for building such system and base steps how to create and test a device are described. The created systems can serve as a suitable basis for remote monitoring and control systems in open space applications such as weather system or small-scale home automation system and can be used as an example in the education of students in fields such as Automation or Mechatronics.

Automasi rumah adalah satu cabang teknologi yang sedang giat diperkembangkan disebabkan kemudahan yang diberikan. Alasan untuk memilih suara adalah kerana ia mudah dihasilkan oleh manusia. Selain itu, penggunaan suara memberikan sistem kawalan yang berkesan dan selesa untuk digunakan. Penerapan sistem ini melibatkan pengubahsuaian sistem suis dari cara tradisional yang merupakan sentuhan fizikal dengan beralih ke cara yang lebih selamat di mana penggunaan suara untuk menggantikan semua sentuhan fizikal. Projek ini melibatkan sistem suis mudah yang menggunakan transistor bersama–sama dengan geganti untuk kesemua sambungan kuasa ke peranti, sistem pengecaman suara yang terdiri daripada cip pengecaman suara HM2007, dan mikro pengawal PIC18F8722 untuk membina sistem. HM2007 berfungsi telinga yang akan mendengar dan mentafsir arahan masukan yang diberikan sementara PIC18F8722 berfungsi sebagai otak dari sistem yang akan menyelaraskan keluaran yang betul dengan arahan masukan yang diberikan. Projek ini boleh mengecam arahan yang dilatih oleh pengguna dan berjaya untuk melaksanakan keluaran yang betul. Projek ini merupakan reka tiga bentuk berskala kecil yang terdiri daripada 8 arahan yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan suis yang berbeza. Arahan ini boleh secara individu untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan suis. Selain itu, arahan juga mampu menghidupkan dan mematikan semua suis pada masa yang sama. Kata kunci: Pengecaman suara; sistem rumah automatik Home automation is currently getting widespread recognition due to the convenience it provides. Home automation may include centralized control of lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), appliances, and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security. This research is focus on creating a voice recognition system as an aid to home automation. Reason for choosing voice is because it is easily being reproduced by human. Besides that, usage of voice gives a control system that can be effective and convenient to be used. The application of this system involve modifying the switching system from the traditional way which is physical contact with a switch to a safer way where the usage of voice to replace all the physical contact. This project involve a simple switching system that used the transistor along with relay to power the devices, a voice recognition system that consists of voice recognition chip HM2007 and the PIC18F8722 microcontroller. The HM2007 serves as the recognition chip that listens and interpret the command by the given input while the PIC18F8722 serve as the brain of the system that will coordinate the correct output with the input command given. This project able to recognize the command trained by the user and successfully to execute the correct output. This project is a small scale design which consists of 8 commands that used to control three different switches. The command is able to individually switch on and switch off each of the switch. Besides that, the command also able to switch on and off all the switch at the same time. Key words: Voice recognition; home automation system

Electronic devices and appliances have become very common in this recent year of technology especially with fast development in smartphones. In this paper, the design of Home automation system with good feature of automation via mobile device are presented. Bluetooth Based smart Automation System Using Android and Arduino is design and implemented. Bluetooth Based Automation System Using Android application and Arduino is implemented and design. This paper describe about smart automation system which would use to enable home lighting, fan, cooler, water pumping motor using a smart phone application with Bluetooth wireless technology. The system included three main components an Arduino Uno for connecting the appliances, a Bluetooth module for signal transfer, and a smartphone with the Android application to control home appliances. The idea of paper is to control home appliances to avoid the dangerous of electric shock and convenience of decrepit physically disable people, who can easily access and control the home appliances by staying at particular place and access them through smart phone without the help of other people.

The urgency of the research. Modern trends in the automation focus on the implementation of new communication protocols, wireless data transfer and reduced costs. The communication part of every automation system is crucial, whether it is in the home or industry. Target setting. During the design of the automated systems and the connection of different devices solution, developers have to address different requirements as addressing, data rates, data security, etc. The newest communication protocols and data transfer technologies provide significant data rate and MCU load reduction. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. To prepare this paper, different free available datasheets and experimental solutions were analyzed as well as conclusions of our previous and other ongoing experiments were used to create the knowledge base about this research topic. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. There are many different communication solutions and every manufacturer of communication device provides its best solution. Not all of them can be described in this article. The research objective. The different communication technologies were analyzed for future implementation to a smart devices for home automation, in this article. The statement of basic materials. To propose a future model of home automation system, it is necessary to implement the newest communication technologies. Using the latest communication protocols, such as MQTT, CoAP or Websocket provides a good basis to solve this issue. Conclusions. The proposed paper provides possibilities of the communication for a smart devices of the home automation system. Compared communication protocols have different advantages and disadvantages. The tested protocols meet the communication requirements for home automation devices.

<p>This paper presents the execution of savvy Smart Home with frameworks and propelled advances. A Home Automation System uses the technology of IoT for the screening and controlling of the electrical and electronic appliances at home from any remote area by essentially utilizing <br /> a Smartphone. The key control framework utilizes a remote Bluetooth system and a remote IoT strategy that gives remote access to the advanced cells. The framework configuration does not expel the current electrical switches yet it gives a more secure control over it with the low voltage utilization method. This framework is intended to control electrical gadgets all through the house easily by introducing it, usability, savvy plan and actualize. There has been rising interest for a secure framework that must be tried, true and fast in reaction to the ventures and organization. Arduino makes the circuit and programming technology to design and operate wireless water monitoring system. The Water level in the tank is displayed on the Smartphone by the Water level app.</p>

According to the demands of electric equipment monitoring and control, a design of on-off control system for electric equipment based on WiFi is presented. The system introduces WiFi wireless communication technology into the communication network construction, which realizes the rapid wireless data transmission, simplifies the network organizing method and saves the network building cost. The WiFi on-off control device and the host computer program based on C# are designed. The WiFi on-off control device has the functions of on-off control of electric equipment and WiFi communication. The host computer program realizes the functions of system login, electric equipment terminal configuration, electric equipment on-off state display and control. The system test and analysis results show that the designed system can realize the remote wireless control of multiple electric equipments and the operation effect is good.

This paper reviews basically about Bluetooth based home automation system. It is controlled by PIC microcontroller. Home automation can be defined as the ability to perform tasks automatically and monitor or change status remotely. These include tasks such as turning off lights in the room, locking doors via smartphone, automate air condition systems and appliances which help in the kitchen. Now a days several wireless devices are available such as Bluetooth, Zigbee and GSM. Since Bluetooth is low in cost than the other two and hence is used more. In this paper we have described the methods of automating different home appliances using Bluetooth and pic microcontroller. Different sensors are involved in this system to advance and make it smarter. Sensors such as temperature sensor, liquid sensors, humidity sensor etc. can be used.
