<p align="justify"><em>This community service activity was conducted in order to ensure that younger and future generations finally have several insights regarding the importance of determining and setting the career path that they want to achieve in the future from the present time in order to ensure that they won’t get lost in determining what they really want to do during the course of their life. It is mainly because most people, particularly those who are from the younger generations, tend to not have a specific and clear intention of what they want to do, or what they want to achieve in their life, in which, they tend to just follow through with their life without having any clear intentions of what they really want to achieve in their life. Therefore, it is important for the younger generations to fully understand the importance and the crucial aspect of understanding their passion, their interest, or their affection toward certain field that they wish to do, in which, such passion could eventually and potentially become their career which they could develop for the entirety of their life. This community service was conducted virtually through Google Meet because of the current COVID-19 pandemic which hamper the possibility that this community service activity was conducted physically to the participants. Meanwhile, a total of 27 participants who participated in this community service session are senior high school students from Bunda Mulia Senior High School. Furthermore, regarding the completion of this activity, author was hopeful that all participants could finally understand the importance of setting their own objectives and career path that they want to pursue in their life in order to prevent them from experiencing much confusion regarding what kind of job or what they want to do during the entirety of their life.</em><em></em></p>

The aim of this development is to produce mathemathics Kinsley learning model of Brainstroming-based Statistics of the Tenth grade Senior High School. This study employed research and development design in which the researcher developed a mathematics Kinsley learning model of brainstorming-based statistics for the tenth grade senior high school students. This study operated the model development of Plomp with 4 developmental steps as follows 1) Preliminary Insvestigation, 2) Design, 3) Realisation, 4) Test, evaluation, and Revision. The instruments used were validation sheet, responses questionnaire, and observation sheet. 35 students of the class X IPA 4 SMAN 3 Malang were involved in this study. The results of this study were validated by two balidators; expert and practitionaire validators. User responses use to evaluate practicion of product. The validity from validators group and user obtain the score at 3,34, this mean the validity is significant. Then the result of development of mathemathics Knisley learning model of Brainstorming can be implementation on mathematic teaching on the class conventionally.

The study deals with the developing interactive media for senior high school students. The objective of this study is to find out how to develop interactive media for better speaking skill of senior high school students. The research was conducted by using Research and Development (R&D). The subject of this research was 2016/2017 students of the eleventh grade of Class XI IPA4 in SMAN 1 Batang Kuis. The number of the students was 30 students. The data of this study was collected by using need analysis questionnaire and experts’ judgment. Need analysis questionnaire was calculated by using percentage to get the information of students’ need before developing interactive media. Experts’ judgment was calculated by using likert data, mean and criteria interval of expert judgment to know the validity of interactive media which has been developed. After the data analyzed, it was found that the experts’ judgment result was 4.80 which had a very good criteria interval. The result of the research find that interactive media is a very good to be used in teaching speaking skill.
