This research is aimed to find out the quality of Marugoto's textbook content: Japanese Language and Culture A1 from the cognitive aspects of Bloom's taxonomy. The quality of textbooks becomes the teacher's consideration in determining which textbooks are best used. Reviewing the quality of textbooks can be done using Bloom's theory of taxonomic learning. Bloom's Taxonomy is a learning grouping based on the level of learning. That is a low level study consisting of qualifications C1 (remembering), C2 (understanding), and C3 (applying), as well as a high-level learning consisting of C4 qualifying (analyzing), C5 (evaluating), and C6 (creating). is a qualitative descriptive research. The main data sources are Marugoto rikai and katsudou textbooks. The analysis was done by analyzing the teaching materials using cognitive qualifications on Bloom's taxonomy. The analysis shows that Marugoto: Language and Culture of Japan A1 achieved excellent results on qualification C1, C2, C3, C4, good analytical results on C5, and the result of analysis is very less on C6. The material presented represents operational verbs in meeting low-level learning needs very well, but only enough to represent operational verbs in meeting high-level learning needs.

This research was to develop a cognitive test tool based on Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy. This study aimed to determine the quality of the test based on experts assessment, to measure the level of validity, reliability, and to determine the difficulty levels of the questions, discrimination power, and distractors. This research employed Research and Development (R&D) method. The development test model used was the 4D procedure which was modified into three steps: define, design, and develop. The subjects were the Science students of XI grade at SMAN 2 Tarakan and SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan.  The results of the study were: (1) the experts validation analysis showed that the cognitive test has been categorized as  valid which the value was 4.28 (2) The quality of cognitive test  were: (A) the 90% items were valid, while 10% were invalid. (B) the reliability value was 0.79 (highly reliable) (C) the levels of difficulty were: easy (27%), moderate (53%), difficult (20%). (D)the test discrimination index were: weak (10%), sufficient (33%), good (53%), and either once (3%). (E) distractors effectiveness: effective category (85%), ineffective (15%). Assessment results from expert validators and empirical tests indicate that this cognitive test device is feasible to use and apply. The uniformity of this level of difficulty makes the quality of items were good to use. The discrimination power of these test tool, which has good value, indicate that the high diversity of items is able to measure students' abilities.

The Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 is a continuation of the era of society 3.0. One of the fields that experienced obstacles in facing this era was the industry sector. In creating experts in the industrial world, especially machinery, is not easy. One of the efforts made in improving the competence of workers in the field of machinery by adopting an appropriate learning model. During this learning model used in the field of machinery including work based learning and project based learning. These models experience constraints including the lack of relevance to the actual industrial world. This study discusses the effectiveness of the TEFA learning model in improving the quality of learning and ultimately producing machinery workers who have good competence in accordance with bloom's taxonomy at level 5
