This research is based on the provisions of law No. 42 of 1999 on fiduciary, in particular in article 34, and the provisions of article 27 paragraph 3 regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 33/POJK. 03/2018. There is a conflict of norms between debtors and creditors. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal consequences for debtors who have been voluntarily submitted to the creditor for a voluntary warranty and to find out the legal protection of a debtor who is in good faith hand over a fiduciary guarantee. The theory used in analyzing data is the theory of the Norms (Stufenbau Theorie), the theory of legal certainty and the legal protection theory. Meanwhile, the method used is normative research with a statutory approach. The result of this study showed that Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 33 /Pojk.03/2018 Regarding Quality of Earning Assets and Formation of Allowance for Earning Assets of Rural Credit Banks, regulating the issue of Collateral Foreclosed can be overridden or become not valid, or at least a material test by the Supreme Court. If violated, it results in being null and void. Furthermore, based on legal protection theory, that Article 15 paragraph (2) of Law Number 42 Year 1999 does not provide legal certainty and justice for debtors.

Electroplating uses aluminum material, where it’s easy to obtain, lighter, and cheaper than other metals. The research goal was to determine the ability of the electric current to power aluminum (Al) coated with silver (Ag) by the electroplating method, to determine the effect of the magnitude of the electric current and the length of time the coating process took on the weight of Al coated with Ag and to determine the strength of the metal Al after tested using Brinnell test. The method used is to compare pure Al and pure Al coated with Ag by electroplating at different currents to determine the effect of the electroplating process. A Brinnell test was carried out to determine the hardness of the Al material after electroplating. The results are the amount of current that flows during the electroplating is directly proportional to the thickness of the electroplating layer attached to the Al surface. If the electroplating process uses a large current, the attached layer will look rough and not smooth, which also affects the material testing by using the Brinnell method. The Brinnell test proves that the hardness value of the Al material is directly proportional to the thickness of the layer.

Abstract Section 5.1.2 of ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11137-1 states that “the potential for induced radioactivity in product shall be assessed.” This article describes how compliance with this requirement may be achieved using qualified test methods. Materials of consideration are conceptually discussed, and results of testing conducted on products processed with a 7.5-MeV X-ray irradiation process are provided. As X-ray becomes more widely used in healthcare sterilization, having standard assessment protocols for activation coupled with a shared database of material test results will benefit manufacturers seeking to utilize this innovative technology.

By referring to the domestic and foreign researches on color anti-skid pavement, the composition of epoxy resin coating material for color antiskid pavement is designed. The purpose of the experiment is to analyze the effect of nano-modified epoxy resin coating by adding 2.5% nano-organic montmorillonite modifier to the existing color anti-skid pavement surface material. Test and compare the change of mechanical properties of nano-modified epoxy resin coating binder before and after nano-modified. Then the effect of nano-modification is analyzed.

In the article, both the test method features and the test results of research of thermal behavior of steel fragment were analyzed. Two types of test conditions for steel construction material were considered. The definition and main features of measurement techniques were presented. Fire retardant material test results for steel plates with hydrogen combustion shown the limit of fire resistance of the tested samples is more than 30 min. The main advantages and disadvantages of the test were determined. The positive and negative aspects of this approach were analyzed. These techniques' effective thermal condition is in an environment of uncertainty and has no limited resources was established. Concepts and principles for establishing validity, and frameworks and methods for validating test methods and their results are important elements of safety systems. The article considers the safety of the technical component of a complex organizational and technical system with the study of the functional relationship between the safety elements parameters: temperature, time, fire retardant – by hydrogen participation.

Tonasa cement, Bosowa cement, and Tiga Roda cement havediffenrence characteristic from procedure to produce andcomposition of ingredients, the difference are probably reach thediffenrence respond or effected from three brands are mixed fromadmixture to be a mix concrete. One of the commonly admixture andeasy to find is Damdex Brand that can increase the strengthness ofthe concrete. The aimed of this investigation to analyse the effect ofadmixture (Damdex) variation toward concrete compressive strengthby comparison the cement brands. The methodology of thisinvestigation is experiment method or material test in laboratory. The concrete compressive strength will calculated during 28 daysage, after giving an admixture (0%,1%, 1,5%,2%, 2,5% dan 3%) withdifferent brands cement variation, but composition of Concrete suchAgregat and Water are same from each treatment. The sample fromeach treatment totally 3 tested samples. The result of thisinvestigation, Tonasa cement is increase with concrete compressivestrength from highest of admixture (Damdex) from admixture level is2% which gain compressive strength 385,24 Kg/cm2 or increasingamount 23,52% from normal concrete compressive strength.Bosowa brand is increase with concrete compressive strength fromthe highest admixture ( Damdex) the level is 2.5 % with compressivestrength gain is 338,00 Kg/cm2 or increase amount 10,15% fromNormal concrete compressive strength.Compressive strength ofTiga Roda brand also gain increase from admixture with highestlevel is 3% which 354,35 Kg/cm2 compressive or increase amount18,60% from normal concrete compressive strength

The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the appropriateness of the comparative material test instrument based on the Revised Bloom Taxonomy to measure HOTS student; (2) the quality of the comparative material test instrument based on the Revised Bloom Taxonomy to measure HOTS student; and (3) analysis of potential effects on the use of test instruments for comparison material based on Revised Bloom's Taxonomy to measure HOTS students'developed. This research is development research with the Tessmer model development design. The subjects of this research were all students of class VIII SMP Koperasi Pontianak. The research data was obtained based on the expert's / expert's assessment of the test instrument, the results of the test small group which will be analyzed in terms of validity, difficulty index, distinguishing power, and item reliability, as well as the results of the tests field test which will be analyzed related to potential effects. The results showed that: (1) the feasibility of the comparative material test instrument based on the Revised Bloom Taxonomy to measure HOTS students'reached the valid criteria level; (2) the quality of the comparative material test instrument based on the Revised Bloom Taxonomy to measure the HOTS of students reaching the criteria level is valid, difficult, has poor distinguishing power, and is declared to have low feasibility as a research instrument; (3) analysis of potential effects on the use of test instruments for comparison material based on Revised Bloom's Taxonomy to measure HOTS to student achieve an effectiveness level of 68.96% with the criteria for positive potential effects.
