The constitutional regulation of the economic system of modern Russia has undergone changes in connection with the amendments to the Constitution of Russia in 2020 aimed at establishing the ideological and value component of interaction within the system business - society - state. One of the new constitutional principles was the movement towards economic solidarity. However, the content of this category to date does not have a complete understanding and unambiguous interpretation, while the category has received a wide understanding within the framework of sociology, philosophy, economics. It has been established that economic solidarity is a category of legal, has features of constitutional value and constitutional principle.

As current and future economic actors, the younger generation needs to be provided with a complete understanding of the economic system that should be enforced in Indonesia. Until now, the implementation of the economic system has not met the expectations of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. One of the mandates affirmed in the Constitution is the role of cooperatives that play an important role in the national economy. But as reform progresses, the role of cooperatives has deteriorated compared to the previous period. This descriptive qualitative research was conducted with students of the Faculty of Economics in Malang Raya, to determine their literacy in cooperative economics and the Pancasila economy. The results showed that the literacy of the students was good. Keywords: co-operative economic literacy, Pancasila economy

The article aims to present the importance of the role of regulatory agencies in guaranteeing the constitutional principle of Free Competition. In this work, we will address how the Brazilian economic system behaves, how free competition is practiced within this modern context, what are the common legal duties of the Regulatory Agencies, as well as the proposals to standardize the legislation pertinent to them. Based on the cut of two case studies, we will verify how agencies can contribute, within their legal duties, in the task of regulating the economic domain, to guarantee free competition.</p>

The article deals with the issue of freedom of economic activity with reference to Polish constitutional law and presents the manner of its perception resulting from the latter. This freedom, on the one hand, is presented as a constitutional principle of the economic system and, on the other hand – as one of the guaranteed constitutional freedoms of people and citizens.

The present knowledge of the three-dimensional structure of ribosomes is far too limited to enable a complete understanding of the various roles which ribosomes play in protein biosynthesis. The spatial arrangement of proteins and ribonuclec acids in ribosomes can be analysed in many ways. Determination of binding sites for individual proteins on ribonuclec acid and locations of the mutual positions of proteins on the ribosome using labeling with fluorescent dyes, cross-linking reagents, neutron-diffraction or antibodies against ribosomal proteins seem to be most successful approaches. Structure and function of ribosomes can be correlated be depleting the complete ribosomes of some proteins to the functionally inactive core and by subsequent partial reconstitution in order to regain active ribosomal particles.

Recent progress in the application of scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and tunneling spectroscopy (STS) to oxide surfaces has allowed issues of image formation mechanism and spatial resolution limitations to be addressed. As the STM analyses of oxide surfaces continues, it is becoming clear that the geometric and electronic structures of these surfaces are intrinsically complex. Since STM requires conductivity, the oxides in question are transition metal oxides that accommodate aliovalent dopants or nonstoichiometry to produce mobile carriers. To date, considerable effort has been directed toward probing the structures and reactivities of ZnO polar and nonpolar surfaces, TiO2 (110) and (001) surfaces and the SrTiO3 (001) surface, with a view towards integrating these results with the vast amount of previous surface analysis (LEED and photoemission) to build a more complete understanding of these surfaces. However, the spatial localization of the STM/STS provides a level of detail that leads to conclusions somewhat different from those made earlier.

Abstract. Meta-accuracy and perceptions of reciprocity can be measured by covariances between latent variables in two social relations models examining perception and meta-perception. We propose a single unified model called the Perception-Meta-Perception Social Relations Model (PM-SRM). This model simultaneously estimates all possible parameters to provide a more complete understanding of the relationships between perception and meta-perception. We describe the components of the PM-SRM and present two pedagogical examples with code, openly available on https://osf.io/4ag5m . Using a new package in R (xxM), we estimated the model using multilevel structural equation modeling which provides an approachable and flexible framework for evaluating the PM-SRM. Further, we discuss possible expansions to the PM-SRM which can explore novel and exciting hypotheses.

The chapter of “Institutional Economics” textbook is devoted to the development of business-groups as a specific feature of industrial organization in the Russian economy. The main determinants of forming and functioning of business-groups such as allocation of property rights in Soviet enterprises, networks of directors and executive authorities in the Soviet economic system as well as import of new institutes and inefficient state enforcement are in the center of analysis. Origins, structure, organization and management within the groups and the role of shareholding and informal control rights are considered.

The article discusses turbulence of economic processes as a result of relative velocities of economic system elements. It is underlined that turbulence is the property of macroeconomic dynamics. The main reason of turbulence in economic system is the discrepancy between the velocity of deals contracting and the velocity of obligations executing. The process approach to the analysis of economic system as a set of processes is proposed. Using Lorentz transformations for turbulence analysis is discussed.

The author claims that J. Kornai in his paper Innovation and Dynamism (Voprosy Ekonomiki. 2012. No 4) ignored the understanding of socialism as a specific type of culture and not just as an economic system. He also shows profound differences between Schumpeters theory and mainstream economic models. Evolutionary theory, he claims, may itself become mainstream if Schumpeters legacy is not interpreted straightforwardly and if evolutionary economists consider not only micro-, but also macro-level of analysis in studying macrogenerations of capital of a different age.
