The results of the analysis of the text of the K. Thomas - R. Kilmann questionnaire are presented. It is shown that the formulation of many items is not specific for their unambiguous assignment to the prescribed scales. In some formulations, the context of the mode of behavior that is proposed to be chosen is not clearly defined. In many of the pairs of statements, the options are difficult to distinguish from each other or are not strictly alternative. The directions of work for overcoming the identified vulnerabilities of the questionnaire are proposed.

The article deals with the constitutional understanding of the place modern Internet platforms play in ensuring human rights. Some problematic aspects of the topic are illustrated through the lens of Russian and foreign legal practice, which has developed in connection with the functioning of wellknown digital platforms and promotion of information rights, digital security and privacy rights, freedom of speech within the boundaries of popular social networks, video hosting platforms, online services. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the latest novelties of Russian legislation aimed at regulating the status and new grounds for responsibility of digital platforms. The cornerstone question proposed by the author for discussion is the question of the best model of interaction between the state and digital platforms, as well as the conditions and limits of their responsibility for violations of human rights. The article analyzes the problem of inconsistency of terms of services with generally recognized standards of international human rights law, examines options for unifying the platform’s policies in relation to the content published on them, examines the phenomenon of “refusal of constitutional rights by contract”. Taking into account the deduced features of digital platforms as a space for the realization of human rights, the author’s view of the system of legal measures aimed at improving the standards of protecting human rights on digital platforms, is proposed as conclusions.

The study of the regional legislation of 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation was carried out by the author in order to identify the normatively fixed channels of communication between the state and youth at the regional level, which could make it possible through formalized institutions to carry out dialogue interaction, stimulate the desire of young people to participate in the life of society, participate in the development of the agenda in the constituent entity of Russia. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that the created youth governments, youth parliaments, youth public chambers and other similar institutions in the regions are not a sufficient channel for full-fledged communication with young people. Formalized platforms involve rather loyal youth in a dialogue with the authorities, leaving behind those whose opinion, attitude to the political, economic, and social decisions taken by the authorities is sometimes quite critical.

The article analyzes the features of the regulation of crimes in the field of economic activity with formal, material and truncated structures of the compositions in the 1996 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author notes that the presence in Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of a significant number of criminal-legal prohibitions containing a formal type of structure of a crime is criticized in the doctrine of criminal law and does not always meet the rules of criminalization of a socially dangerous act and the needs of law enforcement practice. The absence of signs characterizing the economic consequences (damage, avoidance of losses, etc.) in many dispositions with a formal structure does not allow us to speak of the presence of the level of social danger necessary for criminalization of the illegal behavior of economic entities. A number of crimes, in our opinion, should be legally transferred to the category of administrative offenses. The author notes that when designing complex alternative compositions, one should carefully select the necessary features with a homogeneous nature and level of public danger. Such alternative signs should be used in a situation where it is impossible to use abstract linguistic terms covering all the signs listed in the disposition. You should also avoid including false signs in alternative constructions of dispositions: repetitive, unreasonable criminologically, intersecting with other elements of crime, etc.

The article presents theoretical and empirical materials that reveal the specifics of the main parameters of the metacognitive sphere of personality as determinants of general management styles. It is shown that one of the most constructive means of such disclosure is to identify the relationship between management styles as one of the central constructs of management psychology, on the one hand, and the main metacognitive parameters (procedural, strategic and other characteristics), on the other. The regularities of the influence of metacognitive factors on the main general management styles are established. It is shown that they are characterized by different values of the indexes of integration (coherence), differentiation (divergence) and the index of general organization of the metacognitive sphere. The provisions are formulated according to which general management styles have a structural, rather than analytical determination in relation to those metacognitive factors on the basis of which they are formed.

The article examines the question of the impact of the pandemic crisis on the basic beliefs of an individual. The results of a comparative study of the structure of basic beliefs during the period of personal crisis, pandemic and outside the crisis period are presented. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, it is concluded that in a pandemic situation, the severity of the conviction that the world around is beautiful and full of goodness decreases, while the «Image of the Self» remains steadily positive. A person perceives the situation of a pandemic detachedly, as an event not related to his individual life.
