Design foundation is an introductory course for landscape architecture majors, and it occupies a very important position in the entire landscape architecture professional teaching. This article is mainly based on the relevant requirements of application-oriented talent training, combined with the current teaching status of landscape architecture design professional courses, analyzes the problems in actual teaching, and makes some adjustments in the teaching content to reform the basic courses of landscape architecture design. The teaching method enhances the enthusiasm of students to learn, and lays a solid foundation for cultivating outstanding applied design talents.

This article, taking the translation courses for English majors in Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Dongfang College as an example, starts from the current teaching problems of translation courses in application-oriented colleges and universities. In order to clarify the teaching system, highlight the local characteristics, and find a way to adapt to the teaching objective of high-quality applied talents, this article establishes the teaching idea of “solid foundation, application-oriented and strong ability” and discusses the teaching reform of translation course by optimizing the teaching syllabus, teaching content, teaching mode, teaching method and evaluation system. The innovation of translation teaching reform mainly lies in the consistency, integration and effectiveness of the “Four-in-One” teaching mode which taking practical ability as the core, integrate the teaching objective, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation as a whole, so as to solve the existing problems of the translation course and follow the changes of social and economic development.

The key performance index (KPI) evaluation provides a guarantee for discipline construction, talent training, and research development and planning in colleges. Based on KPI evaluation model, this paper compares the professional teaching quality of economic management of different types of colleges, different teaching models, and different disciplines, through KPI appraisal. The results show that: teaching quality can be evaluated by several important indices, namely, teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching method, and teaching effect; the most important indices are teaching attitude and teaching content, followed by teaching effect and teaching method. The index scores of professional education mode were much higher than those of general education mode. Teaching effect is the highest rated index among students of accounting, and teaching attitude is the highest rated index among students of business administration. The research results lay the theoretical basis for colleges to improve KPI appraisal system and appraisal supervision system.

The ideological and political construction of curriculum is the inevitable requirement to improve the quality of forestry talent training. The concrete contents of ideological and political teaching design including teaching goal, teaching method, teaching content design, teaching characteristics and teaching summary are expounded and three aspects of further optimization are put forward. From the perspective of multivariate intelligences theory innovation in college sports, the innovation of gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system is essential. Gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system should at least include teaching philosophy, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation of five parts. The alteration of the teaching concept should attach much importance on the teaching democracy, personalized, and diversified teaching so as to boost comprehensive development of students. Meantime, the teaching should pay attention to cultivate the basic knowledge and basic skills of students, and improve students' health, the pursuit of sustainability and practicality. All of these will meet the objective which based on the needs of expansion body and multivariate intelligences in both training objectives and the tennis teaching process, in order to prepare for the part, basic part and the end part of the contents. All in all, all these will advance the overall development of students and combining with the theory of multivariate intelligence, further concluding the intelligence into the tennis teaching method.
