Graphic composition occupies an important position in the basic courses of art major. However, the effect is often not brought into play due to the outdated single teaching method. This study introduces the teaching practice of paper-cutting art thinking in the curriculum teaching reform. It analyses how to use paper-cutting art thinking in the curriculum teaching reform and to use art-cutting thinking to help student better understand abstract language. This study also guides students to use paper-cutting for innovative practice in the basic course to improve the composition. The findings showed that the use of paper-cutting art thinking can effectively help students better understand abstract language. Students are constructing basic courses as the course practice of Chinese using this teaching method is richer and more innovative. The paper-cutting art thinking method provides a richer theoretical basis and practical teaching method for teaching reforms.

Blended teaching design is a relatively new-rising teaching mode at present. This paper is mainly based on the compulsory basic course Three-dimensional Composition of the art majors in colleges and universities for the study of the blended teaching design and practice, which has a strong representativeness in exploring the reform of the course teaching methods. Starting from the teaching problems in the research, this paper explores the ideas of the teaching mode reform, conducts the practice of the blended teaching mode, and summarizes the feasibility plan of the blended teaching design, which is of great practical teaching significance in improving the teaching quality and students' learning interest, For example, use tobacco, tobacco boxes and other materials to make the theme course training, and is also valuable in combining theory teaching with practice teaching.

Scientific research is an important function of modern colleges and universities, for teachers who undertake major basic courses, they has undertaken basic teaching for a long time, their scientific research development has been constrained, which are mainly expressed in the following aspects: weak scientific research consciousness, weak scientific research ability, weak scientific research atmosphere, and insufficient scientific research impetus, so it is very necessary to improve their scientific research ability. On the basis of this current situation, this paper proposes to build "strengthen awareness-rational position-training platform-evaluation mechanism" four-in-one ability cultivation system.

Abstract. Development of modern arthroplasty in Ukraine, according to Academician of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine O.O. Korzh, began thanks to the activities of O.Ye. Loskutov (Dnipro) who managed to create his own Ukrainian endoprosthesis on the basis of the relevant enterprises of the city and establish specialized endoprosthetic clinic. The article reflects 30 years of experience in the de velopment of national arthroplasty. To solve the problem of development of national arthroplasty, the Orthopedic Joint Replacement initiative program (ORTEN) has been developed. For this purpose, an intersectoral problem laboratory was created which united the efforts of the scientists of different specialties and key enterprises of the Dnipro region. Biomechanical researches on native studying of mechanical properties of articular sites of bones have been carried out through mathematical modeling. Estimation of a stress-strain state of subchondral, spongy bone and various sites of long bones in "bone-implant" system has been carried out in order to define primary and secondary stability of different kinds of the developed im plants. Numerous biochemical, histochemical and toxicological studies on laboratory animals have been performed to evaluate the effects of implant materials and the developed types of protective coatings. X-ray morphometric and anthropometric studies of articular surfaces of bones were used in various pathologies of the joints for the development of implants; technical methods were used to assess the mechanical properties of implants under load. The developed designs of endoprostheses have passed certification and have been brought into pro duction. Clinical introduction of domestic endoprostheses was implemented in the Ukraine’s first specialized department of joint arthroplasty which was opened in Dnipro. The developed methods and methodological support for the use of the elaborated designs of endoprostheses allowed to organize the basic training of Ukrainian specialists through the Basic Course of Prof. O.Ye. Loskutov which was taken by almost 350 Ukrainian orthopedists.

To implement the ideological and political teaching concept of curriculum is a key measure to establish morality and cultivate talents in the new era, and also a basic requirement of colleges and universities' original mission of "educating talents for the Party and the country". University mathematics, as a basic subject universally offered in colleges and universities, has advantages in the course of ideological and political teaching, but also has obvious shortcomings. Linear algebra is a compulsory basic course for science and engineering majors, aiming at cultivating students' logical training and abstract thinking ability. This article mainly to the "Linear Algebra" teaching as an example, the first to study the Linear Algebra course ideological education and the advantages of the ideological education into the difficulty in the course, and put forward the linear algebra course ideological education the implementation of the specific methods: update teaching ideas, strengthen the teacher training, teaching methods and build a rich curriculum ideological system of the implementation of the path.

Introduction: The World Health Organization declared the 2019–20 coronavirus outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) on 30 January 2020 and a pandemic on 11 March 2020. A poor understanding of the disease among healthcare workers may implicate in delayed treatment and the rapid spread of infection. Objective: To know the perception and knowledge of the health care workers in different districts of Gujarat state about the COVID 19. Method: A cross sectional web based survey was conducted among the 104 health care workers working in different districts of Gujarat during the month of April 2020. WhatsApp and Telegram based questionnaire was sent to each participant and their response was recorded. Data was entered in Microsoft Excel 2016 and was analysed by applying various statistical test using SPSS version 25. Results: Out of 104 participants, 46.15% and 53.85% were male and female respectively. Mean age of participants was 26.40 years. Majority participants were from Saurashtra-Kutch(36.54%) followed by central Gujarat(28.85%) and north Gujarat(23.08%). Out of 63 who had received training of basic course in COVID-19, only 27 were able to give correct answer about criteria for discharge of patient. Conclusion: HCWs in our study are having good knowledge regarding COVID 19. They are aware of the measures needed to be taken to reduce the spread of the disease. HCWs were using authentic sources for information; this ultimately affects knowledge and is reflected in attitude and practice.

Experimental Design and Data Processing is an important core professional basic course for food science majors. This course is theoretical and practical, and there are many formulas, abstract contents and difficult to understand, and there are some problems in the teaching process, such as students' poor interest in learning, insufficient mastery of what they have learned, and inability to combine theory with practice organically. Through analyzing the existing problems, this paper puts forward some reform measures for the teaching mode of experimental design and data processing by using the intelligent teaching of Superstar platform.
