<p><em>Abstract</em></p><p><em>This research aimed to analyze the factors that influence regional management information system (SIMDA) using modified DeLone and McLean model approach in the government of Palangka Raya. This study applied a quantitative approach with the questionnaires as data collection techniques. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with 2.0 SmartPLS program. The sample used in this study were 84 respondents drawn from 28 SKPD Government of Palangkaraya. The results of this study indicate that construct quality systems affect the use and satisfaction of users, then the importance of the system affect the user satisfaction and user satisfaction effect on net benefits</em></p><p>Abstrak<em></em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan sistem informasi manajemen daerah dengan pendekatan model DeLone dan McLean yang dimodifikasi pada pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program SmartPLS 2.0. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 84 responden yang diambil dari 28 SKPD Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruk kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan dan kepuasaan pengguna, selanjutnya pentingnya sistem berpengaruh terhadap kepuasaan pengguna dan kepuasaan pengguna berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersih.</p>

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon of government financial reports that have not received an unqualified opinion because they have not presented financial information that is following applicable standards and is not transparent and accountable for the management of regional finances, makes the level of trust of users of financial statements doubt the various information presented. The demand for clean governance is also a strong foundation so that the bureaucratic apparatus is able to present quality financial statements. This study aims to understand the effectiveness of the application of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) and the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) currently being applied and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The research method used was a survey method. Then the data is collected from the results of questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. Data analysis is descriptive and verification. The results showed that SPIP and SIMDA had a significant impact on the quality of financial statements in Cireunghas District, Sukabumi District.    Keywords: financial statements, quality, SIMDA, SPIP

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal manusia dan pemberdayaan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin khususnya masyarakat miskin yang diberdayakan oleh lembaga zakat  sehingga bisa dibuat strategi  yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kesehteraan mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksplanatori dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Anggota sampel ditentukan dengan metode non-probability sampling khususnya dengan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan secara cross section dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik modal manusia maupun pemberdayaan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin khususnya masyarakat penerima pemberdayaan zakat. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of human capital and empowerment on the welfare of the poor, especially the poor, who are empowered by zakat institutions so that the right strategy can be made to improve their health. This research is a descriptive study conducted using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) approach. The sample members are determined by the non-probability sampling method, especially by purposive sampling. Data were collected by cross-section and analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that both human capital and empowerment affected the welfare of the poor, especially those who received zakat empowerment.
