The article is a description of the Power Query technology training methodology implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education 3++ taking into account professional standards in the direction of the bachelor’s program “Business Informatics”. The authors propose a set of laboratory works in the form of situational tasks and cases that allow to create professional competencies and labor functions of a future specialist (business analyst) as part of the development of the ETL process for processing data using Power Query technology. The use of situational tasks and cases allows to effectively implement the development of a set of professional competencies, which are elements of generalized labor functions, without tying the material in question specifically to any discipline. As part of the implementation of situational tasks and cases described in the article, bachelors not only learn to use the basic elements of Power Query technology, but also gain the skills and abilities associated with the application of the studied technology in performing standard professional tasks stipulated by a professional standard. The format for describing the methodology is presented in the form of the traditional “Key-by-Key” technology, widely used in obtaining professional IT competencies.

Objective - Individual work performance (IWP) has been researched time and time again in the past few decades. Interestingly enough, existing research on IWP focuses mainly on the area of work production and lacks an in-depth holistic understanding of IWP and other interrelated work behaviours. In this study, IWP is explored in the context of a multidimensional construct that includes the dimensions of task, contextual, and counterproductive behaviours. The purpose of this research is to investigate whether the three variables of work engagement (WE), psychological empowerment (PE), and subjective well-being (SWB) mediate and correlate with the relationship between perceived organisational support (POS) and IWP. Methodology/Technique - 780 employees from 4 organisations in Jakarta were selected to participate in this study. The respondents were tasked with responding to five questionnaires including (1) IWP of Koopmans, (2) POS of Eisenberger, (3) SWB of Diener, (4) WE of Baker and Schaufeli, (5) PE of Spreitzer. The data was analysed using structural equation modelling. Findings - The results show that the proposed structural model aligns with the empirical data [X2 (0, N = 780) = 0, p = 1.000; RMSEA=.000]. This research concludes that the relationship between POS and IWP is best mediated by either WE, PE or SWB. Among the three mediators, WE plays the greatest role in mediating the relationship between POS and IWP. Novelty - These findings expand on previous research on the weak relationship between POS and IWP. Type of Paper - Empirical. Currently, Russian skaters are delivering incredible performances worldwide. In this regard, diverse social groups show increasing interest in this sport. Thus, professionals pay much attention to the coaching for win-win outcomes. It is especially important for single female skaters at the competitions where few hundredths of a point determine results of several participants from Russia, and at the same time dozens of points separate them and skaters from other countries on the podium. The aim of the research is to test the techniques of teaching multi-rotation jumps to female skaters aged 10-11. These techniques are part of training methodology, and they consider harmony, interconnection and versatility of sport training in general. These techniques include special exercises with the use of “Rotator” simulator. Materials and methods of the research. In our research, we used the review and analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observations, pedagogical testing; pedagogical experiment, mathematical and statistical processing of the results. The experiment covered two groups of female athletes born in 2007-2008, with 8 people in each group. All the participants came from the «Zvezda» Center of Physical Culture and Sports of the North-Western administrative district of Moscow. Research results and discussion. Participants of the experimental group were performing the developed sets of exercises on general physical training, special physical training (including “Rotator” vestibular simulator) and training on skating rink during six months. The research revealed a significant increase in the technical and physical fitness of the participants of this subgroup. Conclusion. The developed set of “Rotator” simulator exercises, as well as complexes of auxiliary and special training exercises with increasing coordination complexity are effective in teaching multi-rotation jumps to female skaters aged 10-11 compared with the standard exercises performed in the control group.
