Purpose: In the present paper the concept of soft almost β-continuous mappings and soft almost β-open mappings in soft topological spaces have been introduced and studied. Methodology: This notion is weaker than both soft almost pre-continuous mappings, soft almost semi-continuous mapping. The diagrams of implication among these soft classes of soft mappings have been established. Main Findings: We extend the concept of almost β-continuous mappings and almost β-open mappings in soft topology. Implications: Mapping is an important and major area of topology and it can give many relationships between other scientific areas and mathematical models. This notion captures the idea of hanging-togetherness of image elements in an object by assigning strength of connectedness to every possible path between every possible pair of image elements. It is an important tool for the designing of algorithms for image segmentation. The novelty of Study: Hope that the concepts and results established in this paper will help the researcher to enhance and promote the further study on soft topology to carry out a general framework for the development of information systems.

Purpose of the study: In the present paper the concept of soft α -connectedness between soft sets in soft topological spaces has been introduced and studied. The notion of connectedness captures the idea of hanging-togetherness of image elements in an object by given a firmness of connectedness to every feasible path between every possible pair of image elements. It is an important tool for the designing of algorithms for image segmentation. The purpose of this paper is to extend the concept of α –connectedness between sets in soft topology. Main Findings: If a soft topological space (X, τ, E) is soft α -connected between a pair of its soft sets, then it is not necessarily that it is soft α -connected between each pair of its soft sets and so it is not necessarily soft α -connected. Applications of this study: Image Processing. Novelty/Originality of this study: Extend of α -connectedness between soft sets in soft topology.

In this article, we will define the new notions (e.g., b − θ -neighborhood system of point, b − θ -closure (interior) of a set, and b − θ -closed (open) set) based on fuzzy logic (i.e., fuzzifying topology). Then, we will explain the interesting properties of the above five notions in detail. Several basic results (for instance, Definition 7, Theorem 3 (iii), (v), and (vi), Theorem 5, Theorem 9, and Theorem 4.6) in classical topology are generalized in fuzzy logic. In addition to, we will show that every fuzzifying b − θ -closed set is fuzzifying γ -closed set (by Theorem 3 (vi)). Further, we will study the notion of fuzzifying b − θ -derived set and fuzzifying b − θ -boundary set and discuss several of their fundamental basic relations and properties. Also, we will present a new type of fuzzifying strongly b − θ -continuous mapping between two fuzzifying topological spaces. Finally, several characterizations of fuzzifying strongly b − θ -continuous mapping, fuzzifying strongly b − θ -irresolute mapping, and fuzzifying weakly b − θ -irresolute mapping along with different conditions for their existence are obtained.

We introduce fuzzy almost continuous mapping, fuzzy weakly continuous mapping, fuzzy compactness, fuzzy almost compactness, and fuzzy near compactness in intuitionistic fuzzy topological space in view of the definition of Šostak, and study some of their properties. Also, we investigate the behavior of fuzzy compactness under several types of fuzzy continuous mappings.

After the famous article of Moldotsove [10] in 1999 which initiate the theory of soft sets as a mathematical theory to deal  with the uncertainty problems, many research works in the softbmathematics and its applications in various fields are appeared.   In [17], the authers introduced a new definition of the soft metric function using the soft elements. By this definition each soft metric in view of Das and Samanta [6] is also a soft metric in our concept but the converse is not true. In the present paper, some soft topological properties are given in details, namely (soft compactness, soft sequentially compactness, continuity and uniformly continues of soft functions between soft topological spaces).  We hope that the findings in thispaper will help researcher enhance and promote the further study on soft topology to carry out a general framework for theirapplications in practical life.

We introduce and study several interesting properties of fuzzy almost generalized e -continuous mappings in smooth topological spaces with counter examples. We also introduce fuzzy r - 1 2 fT e -space, r -fuzzy ge -space, r -fuzzy regular ge -space and r -fuzzy generalized e -compact space. It is seen that a fuzzy almost generalized e -continuous mapping, between a fuzzy r - 1 2 fT e -space and a fuzzy topological space, becomes fuzzy almost continuous mapping. Index Terms: fage -continuous, r - fge -space, r - fge -regular space, r - 1 2 fT e -space.

AbstractWe study properties of strongly separately continuous mappings defined on subsets of products of topological spaces equipped with the topology of pointwise convergence. In particular, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for a strongly separately continuous mapping to be continuous on a product of an arbitrary family of topological spaces. Moreover, we characterize the discontinuity point set of strongly separately continuous function defined on a subset of countable product of finite-dimensional normed spaces.

We consider the problem of a double fixed point of pairs of continuous mappings defined on a convex closed bounded subset of a Banach space. It is shown that if one of the mappings is completely continuous and the other is continuous, then the property of the existence of fixed points is stable under contracting perturbations of the mappings. We obtain estimates for the distance from a given pair of points to double fixed points of perturbed mappings. We consider the problem of a fixed point of a completely continuous mapping on a convex closed bounded subset of a Banach space. It is shown that the property of the existence of a fixed point of a completely continuous map is stable under contracting perturbations. Estimates of the distance from a given point to a fixed point are obtained. As an application of the obtained results, the solvability of a difference equation of a special type is proved.

The article is devoted to the urgency and necessity of developing the theoretical base and practical recommendations for construction of the integrated library and information systems in science towns (ILIS “Science Town”). It describes the general framework of the information design model. The new approach to research of transition process from traditional libraries cooperation and information services to their alliance, based on the analysis of the impact the interacting elements have on changing the set of their properties and information characteristics.

Background: The National Health Information Network (NHIN) is one of the key issues in health information systems in any country. However, the development of this network should be based on an appropriate framework. Unfortunately, the conducted projects of health information systems in the Ministry of Health of Iran do not fully comply with the concept of NHIN. The present study was aimed to develop a general framework for NHIN in Iran. Materials and Methods: In this study, in the first stage, the required information about the concept of the NHIN framework and related NHIN documents in the USA and the UK were collected based on a literature review. Then, according to the results of the first stage and with regards to the structure of the Iranian health system, a general framework for Iranian NHIN was proposed. The Delphi technique was conducted to verify the framework. Results: The proposed framework for Iranian NHIN includes three dimensions; components, principles, and architecture. Over 80% of experts have evaluated all three aspects of the framework at an acceptable scale. In total, the proposed framework has been evaluated by 83.8% of the experts at an acceptable scale. Conclusion: The proposed framework was expected to serve as the starting point for moving towards the design and creation of Iranian NHIN. At any rate, the framework could be criticized, and it could only be used for the countries whose health system is similar to the structure of the health system in Iran. [GMJ.2020;9:e1792]
