The establishment of Bank Pembangunan Daerah is aimed to be the main contributor in the local people’s economic development. Therefore, it is very important to take heed of the company’s performance by evaluating its employees’ performance. Based on the result of interviews and observation, it was found that employee performance was influenced by some factors such as career development and organizational culture. The objective of this research was to examine the influence of career development and organizational culture on employee performance. The research used quantitative approach which involved 242 permanent employees of Bank Pembangunan Daerah. The result of statistic analysis showed that career development and organizational culture had positive and significant influence on employee performance. The implication of this research is expected to be able to help the company’s management increase their employees’ performance by carrying out objective, transparent, and fair career development program and strengthen organizational culture by socializing and monitoring the implementation of firm values.

This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

One important factor in sustaining the company's existence in advancing quality and performance management is the mastery of capabilities possessed by human resources and the clarity of career development. A clean and healthy company is certainly due to good employee performance. Employee performance will improve if employees are given the training to improve their abilities and also a clear career development program. This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study is individual employees of academic civities. The population in this study is all employees of academic civities which amounted to 63 employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that training and career development both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to critically examine the application of organizational culture and leadership style carried out by PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV and its impact on organizational commitment and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV by taking data from permanent employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data were collected from 213 respondents who were selected using considerations, namely that they must have criteria as permanent employees and have a service period of more than 1 (one) year. The method of analysis is Structure Equation Modeling with the AMOS program version 24.0. The results show that organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Then, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, but leadership style has no influence on employee performance. In addition, organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.

A clean and healthy company is certainly due to good employee performance. Employee performance will improve if employees are given the training to improve abilities and also a clear career development program. This research aims to determine the effect of recruitment and career development on employee performance in the Radio Republic of Indonesia of Bengkalis. The populations in this research were all employees of the Radio Republic of Indonesia Bengkalis, amounting to 13 people. The results showed that employee recruitment and development influenced employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Self Efficacy have on Employee Performance. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Padang Post. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (b) career development has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (c) self-efficacy has a partially significant effect on employee performance development, (d) ) organizational culture, career development and self-efficacy together on career development, (e) the contribution of organizational culture, career development, and self-efficacy variables together on employee performance is 71.4% while the remaining 28.6 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This paper outlines the Queensland Transport Career Development Program with a particular emphasis on how it came about, what it entails and the challenges faced. Various initiatives have been implemented to date, yet many challenges lie ahead.

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. The results of the study show (1) Employee satisfaction has a significant influence on the compensation system; (2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (3) Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance;(4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; (6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen.

This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance partially at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera (AJSB) Malang . The number of sample there are 44 respondents at agent employees in PT AJSB Malang. The sampling technic in this research was total sampling. The tools analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that career development variables consist of Variables Influence of justice in careers, Attention to supervision, Awareness about opportunities, Interest of workers, Career satisfaction, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. partially , Attention to supervision, opportunity awareness, interest in workers, have a significant influence, while the influence of fairness in careers, and career satisfaction does not show significant value
