The research has the objective of analyzing financial ratios to stock prices of pharmaceutical sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Accumulated buy events often occur in pharmaceutical company shares, but the issuer's share price remains stagnant. Where shares are bought by many investors, but the price is still maintained. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of pharmaceutical entities on the IDX. The population in this research is the financial statements of pharmaceutical entities on the IDX for the period 2016-2020 and that meet the sample criteria, there are 10 companies. This research applies financial ratios including the current ratio, debt to equity ratio. The method applied is a multiple regression linear analysis model. The findings of the F test simultaneously current ratio and debt equity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices. The findings of the current ratio t test have a significant impact on stock prices. debt equity ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. Based on the value of R Square 0.180. This figure is 18% of the percentage of variables studied in this research, the remaining 82% is due to other factors that have not been discussed in the research

<p>Using the method of Petryshyn's fixed point theorem in Banach algebra, we investigate the existence of solutions for functional integral equations, which involves as specific cases many functional integral equations that appear in different branches of non-linear analysis and their applications. Finally, we recall some particular cases and examples to validate the applicability of our study.</p>

The paper deals with the loading test results of an experimental reinforced concrete flat slab fragment, which was supported by an elongated rectangular column. The slab specimens were 200 mm thick and were designed without any shear reinforcement. By experimentally obtained punching shear resistance, the accuracy of the standard design models for prediction punching resistance was compared. The results of the experiments were also compared with the results of a numerical non-linear analysis performed in the Atena program.

This study aims to determine whether the tourist attraction factors which consist of attractions, amenities, and accessibility have an effect on tourist satisfaction at Coffee On The Bus PO. Fortune Transport. The research sample was 50 tourist respondents who visited the Coffee on The Bus. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using multiple linear analysis located in Yogyakarta. The results showed that the three variables simultaneously and significantly affected tourist satisfaction.

In this article, we investigate the impact of bank liquidity level on the relationship between bank concentration and efficiency using a panel dataset of 60 banks across 7 WAEMU countries over the period 2005-2016. Our empirical methodology is based on the 2SLS IV estimator and non-linear analysis. Our results show that the concentration of the banking sector and the bank liquidity are negatively correlated with cost efficiency in the WAEMU. This is consistent with the Quiet Life Hypothesis which established that concentrated market incites suboptimal behaviors damaging to the banking profitability. However, the effects of concentration on cost efficiency are reduced for banks with lower levels of excess liquidity. This result shows that the holding of excess liquidity reinforces the effects of the Quiet Life Hypothesis.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the entire number of employees at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi in October 2021 with 237 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Based on the calculations, the number of samples in this study was set at 149 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis technique. The results showed that there is no effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of communication skill on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. Simultaneously there are effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.170, this result means that 17% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, communication skill, and work environment, while the remaining 83% is explained by other variables that are not researched. Keywords: Motivation, Communication Skill, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, coordination, and work culture on the effectiveness of employees' work in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Special Region of Youth and Sports Education. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 95 respondents. Based on the multiple linear analysis method, it was found that the work environment has no significant effect on work effectiveness because the t-count value is 1.577 < 1.986, the decision shows that the work environment is not always importantto improve the quality of employee performance. Coordination has a positive effect on work effectiveness with a t value of 2.807 > 1.986. Work culture has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employees' work as evidenced by the t value of 5.988 > 1.986. Simultaneously work environment, coordination, and work culture have a significant positive effect on employee work effectiveness with Fcount of 81.861 > 0.020.

This study aims to test whether the price, design, and quality of products influence the decision to buy cloth masks during a pandemic. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents obtained by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data obtained is processed using multiple linear analysis techniques through SPSS software. The results of the analysis in this study showed that (1) price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) design variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

In the past, the magnetorheological (MR) suspension for railway vehicle has obtained great attention for the isolation of vibrations. This work presents a numerical approach to analyse skyhook and ground hook semi-active control methods for railway vehicle suspension. A 10 DoF model of the railway vehicle system is formulated for the comparative analysis between conventional passive and semi-active suspension control in the present study. The non-linear analysis is investigated in time and frequency domain for the sinusoidal excitations from the track.
