ABSTRACT           The objectives of this study are: to find out how muhadatsah learning includes planning, implementation and assessment. Knowing what problems are faced by students and teachers in muhadatsah learning, and what Arabic teacher solutions are in overcoming problems faced by students at MTs Negeri 6 Barito Kuala and MTs Pondok Pesantren Dakwah Islamiyah.             This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data using observation and interview methods. Documentary, from primary and secondary data sources. Furthermore, it is analyzed using the analysis description technique, and the validity of the data is checked by using the technique, interpretation, triangulation of methods, and triangulation of data sources.            The results showed that the implementation of the Arabic learning process was carried out in 3 stages of learning, the first was the preparation stage, at this stage the Arabic teachers at MTs N 6 Barito Kuala and at MTs Dakwah Islamiyah made planned preparations, as stated in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). . The two stages of the implementation of learning, at this stage the Arabic language teachers at the two madrasas could not fully carry out the learning process according to the lesson plans, because the situations and conditions of students and schools were not supportive. The learning method used in each lesson seems the same. The three stages of learning evaluation, at this stage the Arabic language teachers in the two madrasas only conduct an evaluation at the end of the lesson, which should be evaluated during the learning process and at the end of the lesson. Meanwhile, the problems faced are linguistic and non-linguistic problems. In linguistic problems, there are still many students who are not fluent in pronouncing hijaiyah letters and with vocabulary pronunciation, so they find it difficult to memorize mufradat, understand and apply the rules that have been learned. In non-linguistic problems, when the muhadtsah learning takes place, the teacher uses the mother tongue more as the language of instruction, as a result students are also not used to speaking Arabic, the students have little vocabulary, low interest and motivation, limited time, facilities and facilities. limited family, school and social environment that is less supportive.                   The implication of this thesis is that it becomes a means to overcome the problems of speaking Arabic skills at MTs N 6 Barito Kuala and at MTs Da'wah Islamiyah, and expects all parties, especially Arabic teachers to create a more accustomed environment to use.

This study examines the implementation of the gold gathering in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency in the Perspective of Fiqh Muamalah. The problem in this research is how to implement the Arisan Emas in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency. What are the contracts used in the implementation of this Arisan and how is the view of muamalah fiqh on the implementation of the Gold Arisan in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency. The research method that I use in this research is field research. While the nature of the research is qualitative descriptive, qualitative descriptive research is describing the phenomena that occur in the field as they are according to reality. As the main data source, namely people involved in the implementation of the gold gathering in Simawang Village, and as a source of data obtained include primary and secondary data, primary data sources consisting of the head of the gold arisan and 9 participants of the gold gathering while secondary data sources were obtained through a number of books, journals, articles and other reading sources to strengthen primary data. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques.Based on the results of the research that the authors have done, it can be concluded that the implementation of Asrisanemas in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency is to use the ijarah contract and accounts payable agreement, the payment system is through the membership fees of the gold arisan, fixing the gold price according to the current gold price and giving for the chairman of the Arisan only voluntarily. In the view of fiqh muamalah, the implementation of the gold gathering that took place in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency, Arisan like this is unacceptable because there is no certainty and is detrimental to one of the parties with a shortage and overpayment which is commonly referred to as usury and giving money. To the head of the arisan is a voluntary fee, the voluntary money given to the head of the arisan is considered a wage because the provisions of the muamalah for each job in muamalah are required to have a wage.

The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.
