The establishment of the features of the change in the indices of the functional state of the organism under the influence of the multifactorial environment of children is a complex process since the level of any system is supported by a number of compensatory mechanisms, based on the multiparametric interaction of organs and body systems. In this regard, the search for a “weak link”, which, first of all, undergoes changes in the system of regulatory processes for maintaining homeostasis, is topical. The analysis of data on the variability of cardiac rhythm in children aged 7-10 years exposed to complex effects of intraschool environment factors in accordance with a comprehensive assessment of the learning and upbringing conditions within 670-679.5 points and environmental factors, the total anthropogenic load factor of which was within 10.5 -25.8 units revealed no specific changes in statistical indices of the cardiac rhythm variability due to the inclusion of a complex of compensatory mechanisms, which are the basis for multiparametric interaction of the body’s functional systems aimed at maintaining a certain level of functioning of the cardiovascular system, sufficient to adapt to changing environmental conditions a habitat. The established signs of the autonomic dysfunction in children aged 7-10 years in conditions of the comprehensive influence of the factors of the educational process, learning conditions and the environment can testify to the development of disadaptive reactions in the organism of the schoolchildren under study

The article discusses the problems of cyber-security of participants of the educational process, emphasizes the fact that these problems are not limited to the technical aspects of the protection of information resources, they must include in their entirety the following types of protection: legal, technical, informational, organizational and psychological. Among the psychological tools for securing cyber-security, it is proposed to distinguish cognitive ones, as the general population, and especially children and youth, increasingly become targets of cyber-attacks, first of all, their cognitive sphere, becoming the most vulnerable (weak) link in the network. In anthropocentric networks, which make up an ever-increasing share among common networks, the network itself acquires new properties, acting as an independent component (in addition to factors such as the network node, interface and links). Threats to participants in the educational process from the cyberspace should be regarded as passive and active, developing adequate means of protection and viability of the system "subject of educational process-learning-environment". The most significant among cyber-threats for the participants of the educational process are the social engineering methods, which knowledge and resistance can be the most effective for providing cyber-security. As part of the training of participants in the educational process on cyber-security, it is proposed to use "cyber vaccination", that is the formation of a conscious cognitive experience of staying under the influence of a cyber threat and counteracting it as a system of training activities that include, in addition to traditional methods, training of "cyber attacks", as well as the formation of knowledge and skills of resilience (recovery) in relation to cyber-threats. Further research is suggested to focus on the detailed development of types of threats to participants in the education process, as well as methods of counteraction. A special place should be a problem of resistance to cyber-threats, which can use the experience of training operators in emergent industries, including assessing the current state of the person and necessary adjustments in order to optimize its performance.

This chapter explores Citizenship Education in Malaysia in the context of its current experiences as we approach the era of Fourth Industrial Revolution. As a cultural discourse, the problematic conception of citizenship is a product of social fragmentation in Malaysia. Citizenship can carry two meanings - legal and sociological. The legal simply refers to a subject’s right and duties to be recognized as a legally permanent inhabitant of a state. Secondly, the development of citizenship, understood in sociological terms, would involve a transformative process in which individuals come to see themselves as part of a wider citizen body, to which they owe obligations involving duties as well as having rights. As such, ‘citizenship’ in this chapter refers to an educational process: learning and teaching to improve or achieve the aims inherent to the legal meaning. The objective of this chapter is to pull together citizenship and education as central themes, - not legal but the sociological aspects, with the ‘nations-of-intent’ as a conceptual framework. Nevertheless, the present effort of citizenship education in Malaysia is based on a particular form of ‘nation-of-intent’ (Bangsa Malaysia). As nation-building in Malaysia is a state without a nation (and it has many nations-of-intent), the present effort does not include ideas to the nation when promoting citizenship education- the notion of ‘equality in diversity’ and not only ‘unity in diversity’. The concept of citizenship and citizenship education in Malaysia is prompting only one form of ‘nation-of intent’ available in the country, whereas, there are other nations as well, apparently. An implication of it is that the concept of citizenship and thus, nation-building in Malaysia is still fraught with confusion. The presence of plurality of ‘nations-of-intent’ in contemporary Malaysia demonstrates the fact that dissenting voices are present and heard, within and without government. To some degree, it is necessary, for the underlying reason that the identification and sense of belonging of individuals and communities themselves are fragmented, not necessarily conducive to the knowledge of national unity. Hence, in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is a need to clarify and explore the meaning of citizenship in diverse and democratic Malaysian as a nation-state, the multiple views of citizenship and the dimensions of citizenship education.

Holter monitors are tools of proven efficacy in diagnosing and monitoring cardiac arrhythmias. Despite the fact their use is widely prescribed by general practitioners, little is known about their evolving role in the management of patients with cryptogenic stroke, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, unexplained recurrent syncope and risk stratification in implantable cardioverter defibrillator or pacemaker candidates. New Holter monitoring technologies and loop recorders allow prolonged monitoring of heart rhythm for periods from a few days to several months, making it possible to detect infrequent arrhythmias in patients of all ages. This review discusses the advances in this area of arrhythmology and how Holter monitors have improved the clinical management of patients with suspected cardiac rhythm diseases.

AbstractRetrospective studies can be considered as the first step towards an evaluation and improvement of homoeopathic practice. Through these preliminary studies, criteria for future prospective studies can be chosen as well as suitable homoeopathic practitioners to conduct them. From this study, we can conclude that disorders of heart rhythm seem to be an excellent subject for research into the efficacy of homoeopathy. Especially for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, all patients were cured and able to discontinue their allopathic medication. In view of the fact that 50% of the patients included in this study stopped the use of allopathic drugs, one can conclude that homoeopathy certainly has a place in the treatment strategy of these diseases.

According to modern data, the cardiovascular system is a kind of indicator of the organism's adaptive activity, and the structure of the heart rhythm carries information about the development of adaptive reactions in response to irritating factors of the external and internal environment. The aim of the study – to investigate the functional state of the autonomic nervous system in pregnant women who have harmful habits by evaluating and analyzing the parameters of heart rate variability in order to prevent complications of non-delivery of gestational process.Materials and Methods. The study involved 73 pregnant women, 53 of them were pregnant (the main group) who had malignant habits in history. Before studying adaptive reactions in pregnant women, a study of cardiac rhythm variability was performed in practically healthy non-pregnant women of reproductive age (25.3±2.2) years). The control group consisted of 20 pregnant women without any harmful habits. Determination of heart rate variability was performed on the basis of peripheral heart rate recording, which included measuring the sequence of RR intervals for 5 minutes, followed by mathematical analysis using the PlsMntr software product. Results and Discussion. It was established that in the main group, in the complicated failure to pass the gestational process, violations of cardiac rhythm variability were detected in 59.7 % of cases. There is an increase in the frequency of very low frequency (VL F) waves (43.5 % relative to control, p<0.05), indicating a predominance of humoral and metabolic rate of regulation of the cardiac rhythm. At the threat of premature births, a decrease in the particle (LF) is observed at 36.6 %, a decrease in the share of high-frequency waves (НF) by 30.8 %. Taking into account the results of the study, one can speak of a decrease in the tone of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, reducing the influence of the reflexive vegetative level of regulation, which, in turn, indicates the depletion of regulatory mechanisms and the lack of an adaptive protective effect of n.vagus on the heart.Conclusions. Our innovative low-invasive method of evaluating the adaptive reactions of the organism through the determination and analysis of indicators of cardiac rhythm variability in pregnant women with the existing harmful habits offers us the opportunity to observe manifestations of functional stress of regulatory systems of pregnant women, preceding the development of complication of non-delivery of gestational process.

We have implemented the structural and linguistic approach to study the cardiac rhythm variability of athletes competing in speed-power disciplines. The athletes were subjected to altitude-induced hypoxia. We have derived the formula that describes the adaptation reactions and the key characteristics of the cardiac rhythm spectrum, such as frequency and amplitudes of main spectral maxima.

120 patients with motor disorders (pareses and paralyses) caused by acute disturbance of brain circulation were examined. Clinical examination, computered analysis of motor potential, spectrum of cardiac rhythm variability before and after treatment, psychologic testing were carried out. After 15 sessions of therapeutic loading suit usage in 71,9% of patients a stable clinical effect (P0,05) was achieved. Patients began to walk without assistance, they were able to serve themselves, their speech improved. It is stated that the results of patients rehabilitation using the chosen method are influenced not only by initial clinical features of pyramidal defect, but also by laterality of injury and safety of the most homeostatically significant baroreflex vasomotor mechanisms and cerebral mechanisms of motion preparation in combination with minimal evidence of emotional and affective disorders.
